Jeremy helped us out early morning when our car broke down by Descanso as we were driving to Texas. It was shortly after 6 AM so we were discouraged to get help soon as most places weren’t open. But Jeremy came to the rescue within 15 minutes! We were utterly shocked and so happy to get help so quickly. He was super helpful and nice. Had a good ride to the closest Nissan and he was super efficient. Sadly left before we could say goodbye, but are blown away by the quick and helpful service!
I never leave reviews but I had a really great experience. Car wouldn’t start at all while camping in Mt Laguna. Requested a tow from AAA and they sent Robert from Dick’s towing. He arrived in about 35 mins and was kind and helpful. Probably most pleasant towing experience I’ve had.
absolutely disgusting service I called in need of a possible tow and a gentleman who answered refuse to give his name, refuse to give where his business is, and refuse to give me service he just kept on saying what what what what and when I asked him when I can possibly get a toe, he said he does not want to do business with me and hung up on me. I called him maybe five times asking for his name and he hung up on me every time, and he cussed at me every single time saying that I pissed him off. Absolutely disgusting service. Do not go to this business.
They are great and saved us!! We were up on Mt Laguna and stupidly got stuck on a short tree stump that I missed in the dirt road. They had to send a truck from their Campo location instead of Guatuy so that it had the right equipment but we still only had to wait about 20mins! John was also very professional and easy to work with. Got payment sorted and it was very reasonable, super grateful for that!! Then he got right to work and had us driving again in no time!! We laughed about the review of their driving on the way down the mountain talking about how much we appreciated his driving!!
Have yet to use them, and I NEVER WILL. Everytime I see them on the road, their driving reminds me why I think they need a 'Lil' in front of their name...
