I drove up from Los Angeles for a one-day trip to see the snow and ended up getting a flat tire right after arriving. This was the only place I could find nearby. The guys fixed my tire quickly, and I was able to continue enjoying my day. (Super fair price)

They took me in after a terrible shift at the local ski resort — brake job with 2 rotor replacements. Even though there was 12” of the previous night’s snow and new powder falling as we spoke, they were able to help. Staff is nice and accommodating and obviously willing and eager to help. Will be recommending to my family and friends as well as the guests I take care of at Mtn High ?
I brought in my truck with a busted radiator in the afternoon and had a new radiator in by the end of the day. When I told them it was my work truck and I needed it back as soon as possible, they took it seriously and did what it took to get it done. They found a radiator in hesperia, had it delivered, and worked way passed there regular closing time so I would be back to work the following day. They are definitely who I would recommend to anyone in need of fast service!
The kind of service you love to see from a small town shop. My wife’s car was throwing a code and SOS made a house call to diagnose and fix it. Can’t ask for better service than that!

Service on Site is fantastic. They've always provided quick assessments and fair solutions to the problems they find. But, more importantly, they treat everyone with kindness and respect. My son's car experienced some issues with lights after the flood and Chris and Renee communicated every new hiccup they uncovered within minutes. They were upfront with this prices and considerate of his budget limits. If you're experiencing car troubles or suspect an issue, don't hesitate to give them a call.
I have been going to service on site for years now. The mechanic Chris is always willing to shoot me straight and give me insight when I decide to work on my own vehicles which is very much appreciated. The receptionist Renee is always pleasant to talk to. Overall a very accommodating shop.
Literally could not have had a better experience. My truck had engine problems while I was on vacation (and I was pulling a trailer). They were able to fix my truck in under 24h and for an extremely affordable rate!! They are serious lifesavers ?
If I could give more than 5 Stars, I would. I had my car serviced today at Service On Site Automotive and it was the BEST car service I have ever had. I am so happy with the services provided. Chris did such an AMAZING job with my car. He fixed my car problems that other mechanics and the car dealership service department could not figure out. Renae was AWESOME with customer service at the front. You can really feel the genuineness at this place. You can tell they really care and put in the work and effort into making sure your car is fixed and good to go. From now on, I will be coming here for all my car services and issues. I only trust Chris moving forward with my car. Never ever again will I go to other places. The service my family and I received here was incredible! On vacation, I realized our exhaust pipe was broken in half. Within a few hours, we were good as new and able to continue our trip. If I lived nearby, I would recommend to everyone!

Took my car to Service On Site in Wrightwood and received excellent customer and automotive service. They gave me a prompt diagnostic on my cars issues and didn’t even charge me for it when I found out I had a warranty through Carmax. I’ll absolutely be taking my car here again.

Renee is truly the hostess with the mostess, and Chris is an awesome mechanic! The whole team at Onsite brought my 17-year-old Mercedes back to life—it runs like a brand new car. They handled the A/C, fan belt, pulleys, transmission, and oil change, all with great skill. The work was excellent, reasonably priced, and right here in Wrightwood. Couldn’t be happier—highly recommend!
I've been bringing my cars to Service On Site for years now and I can genuinely say I know the relief of having a mechanic I trust. It has been a constant battle through my life since I know just enough to know when I'm being lied to. Service On Site is THE mechanic I trust. They do quality work and bend over backwards to make life easier for their customers whenever they can. They don't overlook problems and they're honest when they don't think they're the best shop to fix something. I really want to give a shoutout to the front office, too. Great customer service. 10/10 for these folks.
My family and I have been going here since we moved to Wrightwood almost 5 years ago. The staff have always been so friendly and accommodating. They always take our cars in for oil changes pretty much same day and finish quickly, they are so convenient and always let us know if something extra needs to be done! We will always come here as long as we live in WW. We appreciate you guys!
I can't remember the last time I found a mechanic that I could trust so completely with my car. Renee and Chris are absolute rockstars and I cannot recommend the business highly enough. They go out of their way to be fair and take care of their customers and you can tell they care about the quality of their work. Truly good people here.
Chris and Renee are a powerful team of efficiency and skill. They have fixed more than one car emergency for me. As a single person with one vehicle having access to quick and correct car maintenance is essential. I take my car to SOS because they are caring, knowledgeable and affordable. I highly reccommend them.

Brought my jeep in for a smoke test, as it had a check engine light for a small evap leak. The staff was super friendly, and I really appreciated the fact that they sent a video of the leak(just a bad gas cap in this case), and adjusted the quoted price since it was a fairly simple diagnostic. This was my first time taking any of my vehicles to the local mechanic, as I typically do most of my own maintenance, but I was treated like I had been a customer for years.
I also really appreciated the fact that they didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. This is one of the biggest reasons I wouldn’t hesitate to bring another vehicle in.
Bonus points for sending my daughter out the door with a handful of rubber ducks to put on other Jeeps around town.

They have done a great job on my car for years, and Chris totally helped me out by repairing my transmission (instead of making me replace the whole thing ) just last month!

After multiple trips to another shop we decided to give Service On Site Automotive a shot and they were able to quickly and expertly diagnose the issue and my keys were back in my hands within a couple of days. It would have been even sooner had they not had to order and wait for a difficult to find part. Renae and Stacy are hands down, the best. The level of customer care I received was outstanding, and honestly, refreshing! They really made me feel like a person and not just a number. I'm so grateful for this place.

My family moved to Wrightwood 8 years ago. We have used service on site since. Besides the staff being extremely friendly and helpful, they are always honest and fair. We couldn't be more grateful to have them in our community. They have worked on all of our vehicles from our 54 Ford to our 2017 hybrid Volt. Even if you just need tires or oil change they are quick and reasonable Got us a good deal for our Tesla tires.
Always so helpful. Will pick me up when car is done. Also give me a ride home after I drop car. Renae is so kind and thoughtful. She calls me after service to make sure all is well. As a retired woman on my own I’m so grateful to have this help right in town. Their prices are so fair and so much better than the dealer.
