We were in a wreck in a rental car, and they towed it to their yard. We had to get a replacement car and these guys waited after hours for us to get our things out of the wrecked car. They were very professional and friendly!

Harry towed my Freightliner Cascadia and he did an amazing job. He did so amazing that I called him back the next week to tow my Peterbilt 579. Been having a lot of truck issues lately, but I’m glad I have a reliable towing company to rely on!

Francisco towed my car and took me home. He arrived earlier than the ETA time that was given to me from my insurance. Francisco even called me when he was 15min away and knew exactly where I was located. (I was by a baseball field & some business. I had such a hard time describing to my insurance where I was but Francisco knew right where I was, since he knew the area) He was very professional, a great driver, and played some good music. I worked here back in 2012 when they had a yard in Rialto. The company went bankrupt and left the CHP / FSP contract. I did have a lot of fun while I was here but once my checks started bouncing I had to part ways. Well I noticed they were back and I did try to work with them ( once again) and was severely disappointed in what they came out to be. For the one month I was working with the company in recent times, I was blamed for things I knew nothing about nor did I have anything to do with! My integrity was shot down by casting accusations without finding facts. Being that these accusations were a regular ordeal, I Naturally had argued and fought for my Innocence in the matter. Well they turned it into my overreacting, when all I was doing was protecting my good standing ethics as any red-blooded American would do when falsely accused. In all my years of trucking, mechanic work and towing I have always spent a great deal of time with trucks checking for every inch of welds ,bolts, hoses, airlines etc. As that is what a professional towing / truck driver will do. Well as we all know there's not much of professionalism these days and every truck I had checked on that fleet had some kind of issue which was due to neglect and lack of checking. The skill set of the drivers kind of blew me away as they had claimed to be the best in the world. But I saw nothing of the sort. I have worked with some of the best in the in the east coast and (Roy and dots) does not even come close to the definition of (Best in the World). But I guess that's the way it is these days, All talk and no show. Everyone has the right to run their shop the way they want. That's why it's complicated to find a good company these days as everyone advertises something they are not. I did make one friend while I was employed, , he was fired because they were going to change his hours without him knowing or without warning, and he said no because The hours he has was agreed upon before his getting hired and he got those hours so he can be around for his family. Well they just booted him out the door since he could not take the night shift. So there is no stability, If they don't get their way you get fired, and you are not accepted. This review is only intended for drivers trying to get hired as a Fair warning and proof of experience before making a decision. I wish (Roy and Dots) the best and everyone to be safe at this company but what I've experienced needs to be known so others can make their decision based on factual events as to not waste time in finding out the heard way weather it will work out or not. Be safe, Take care! It is a crazy world we live in.

In times of sadness (my most prized possession, my 2023 BRZ, got totaled due to a girl texting and driving the other day) Daniel brought numerous laughs and smiles to my face. We had great conversation about cars while he was helping me place my vehicle on his tow bed, and was extremely kind and welcoming. Someone give this man Daniel a raise, out of all tow experiences I have had (at least 15) this was by far the best experience. 10/10.

This company is rude, I received a parking ticket from the city of Los Angeles. I am fighting the ticket. They requested any documentation showing my RV was towed. After going back and forth with Good Sam. Was advised the company could simply provide a work order. This towing company refuses to assist me. They are rude. Show no compassion. I am unhoused, and do not have an extra $93.00 for a parking ticket. I have advised Good Sam to never send this towing company for future service calls. It's unbelievable this day and age, people do not want to help out each other. Smh.

Avoid like the plague. Contacted through GEICO. Waited one hour to find out they actually did not send anybody out since the location was too “rural”, despite being 20mins out? They didn’t let us know, and promised to send someone out in the next hour. Only to wait another hour for no one to show up. We ended up calling a third time for their driver to start sharing location, which showed no progress for 15mins. We complained to GEICO and there is allegedly a traffic accident, which is funny considering I can see on my maps app there is no traffic. Con artists. Avoid. If you have the misfortune of needing to go with them, make sure they share their driver’s location, and also monitor it to make sure they are actually moving.

Brian from R&D Towing was knowledgeable and professional, he did everything to make sure my vehicle was going to be taken to the dealership safely and not incurre any damages. Steve’s Towing is unprofessional and do not care for the customer, terrible company, do not waste your time with them. They could care less. Thank you Brian!

An irresponsible service. My husband was waiting for a service for more than one hour. Since they didn't arrive, I checked my cell and they had canceled the service. I called to ask, and a very rude woman said because "you didn't answer the cell phone". They called once, but inside of the hospital, the call didn't go through. We were surprised because all the communication with them had been by text. I don't think they have gone, but they do charge. Dishonest.

The highway patrol effd me up, paying the impound charges drained my bank account... But this business has great employees and I'd give them 5 stars ✨

Loved that I received a text message with time estimate. They came at estimated time and was fairly fast. Driver was friendly. He was able to take my husband and daughter in the tow truck. Beautiful truck very clean!

After waiting an hour they sent me a text saying they’d be here in 10 min. Two hours later, they’re just arriving. I had to unexpectedly miss work because of this. Just a massive inconvenience…

Manny came to my home in Lake Arrowhead with my disabled vehicle in the driveway. Within 15 mins the my car was loaded onto the flatbed truck. When AAA gave me the link for Manny’s ETA, he came faster than what I thought. I arrived at the dealership in Ontario at exactly the time I estimated. Manny provided excellent service and he is a model for which other roadside technicians should strive to be. Roy and Dot’s Towing has a wonderful person in their midst! Manny has a huge heart! Great towing company! I did not wait long and Daniel knew how to tow a Tesla. Daniel was very knowledgeable and kind. He showed me how to put the car in transport mode. The tow truck had a/c and was very clean. He made sure my car and I got to the charging station safely. It made this experience less stressful and they responded extremely fast! Thank you!!

This is the last tow company you ever want to use. They over charge you they are rude poor service. Car was stolen and recover these People charged over 400 dollars to get it back 400 for being a victim

Recently called for a flat tire couldn’t get to my spare due to my trunk door being welded shut, said they would be around 2 hours okay, so I waited 2 hours down the street from my location at a nearby dinner, by then I had called again to ask when they would be here it’s been exactly two hours and 15 minutes they then said another 30, that thirty turned into one hour and a half ! It got dark outside, I was not in a safe neighborhood being a women I was terrified by then a stranger offered their AAA and they came in exactly 30 minutes! moral of the story even a stranger can help you out better then this towing company. Do better !
