Avoid like the plague. Contacted through GEICO. Waited one hour to find out they actually did not send anybody out since the location was too “rural”, despite being 20mins out? They didn’t let us know, and promised to send someone out in the next hour. Only to wait another hour for no one to show up. We ended up calling a third time for their driver to start sharing location, which showed no progress for 15mins. We complained to GEICO and there is allegedly a traffic accident, which is funny considering I can see on my maps app there is no traffic. Con artists. Avoid. If you have the misfortune of needing to go with them, make sure they share their driver’s location, and also monitor it to make sure they are actually moving.

An irresponsible service. My husband was waiting for a service for more than one hour. Since they didn't arrive, I checked my cell and they had canceled the service. I called to ask, and a very rude woman said because "you didn't answer the cell phone". They called once, but inside of the hospital, the call didn't go through. We were surprised because all the communication with them had been by text. I don't think they have gone, but they do charge. Dishonest.

GEICO roadside assistance dispatched Roy&Dot's towing. Big thanks to the service tech who flawlessly loaded, secured and transported our Kia Sedona safely to our destination. Professional service and prompt! Accommodating with texting on his phone since my wife and I are Deaf. AAAA+++++ 😊😁😊

Brian from R&D Towing was knowledgeable and professional, he did everything to make sure my vehicle was going to be taken to the dealership safely and not incurre any damages. Steve’s Towing is unprofessional and do not care for the customer, terrible company, do not waste your time with them. They could care less. Thank you Brian!

After waiting an hour they sent me a text saying they’d be here in 10 min. Two hours later, they’re just arriving. I had to unexpectedly miss work because of this. Just a massive inconvenience…

Loved that I received a text message with time estimate. They came at estimated time and was fairly fast. Driver was friendly. He was able to take my husband and daughter in the tow truck. Beautiful truck very clean!

Great towing company! I did not wait long and Daniel knew how to tow a Tesla. Daniel was very knowledgeable and kind. He showed me how to put the car in transport mode. The tow truck had a/c and was very clean. He made sure my car and I got to the charging station safely. It made this experience less stressful and they responded extremely fast! Thank you!!

Manny came to my home in Lake Arrowhead with my disabled vehicle in the driveway. Within 15 mins the my car was loaded onto the flatbed truck. When AAA gave me the link for Manny’s ETA, he came faster than what I thought. I arrived at the dealership in Ontario at exactly the time I estimated. Manny provided excellent service and he is a model for which other roadside technicians should strive to be. Roy and Dot’s Towing has a wonderful person in their midst! Manny has a huge heart! This is the last tow company you ever want to use. They over charge you they are rude poor service. Car was stolen and recover these People charged over 400 dollars to get it back 400 for being a victim

Recently called for a flat tire couldn’t get to my spare due to my trunk door being welded shut, said they would be around 2 hours okay, so I waited 2 hours down the street from my location at a nearby dinner, by then I had called again to ask when they would be here it’s been exactly two hours and 15 minutes they then said another 30, that thirty turned into one hour and a half ! It got dark outside, I was not in a safe neighborhood being a women I was terrified by then a stranger offered their AAA and they came in exactly 30 minutes! moral of the story even a stranger can help you out better then this towing company. Do better !

I’m sorry but not a great experience at all! Requested tow through Allstate for my dad. He waited over an hour & half just to find out it was cancelled at the end & they still claimed the job as completed on the app. Called the place & they said they called 4 times and cancelled it after that. I’m sorry but the Cajon Pass reception is horrible as it was in this case & they think it’s ok to just cancel and claim they did the job?!

I was so satisfied with the service that Daniel provided DANIEL IS THE GOAT the greatest of all time !! HE HANDLED my car with such great care and got it where it needed to go without me being there! His Attitude was so uplifting and refreshing him showing up was the highlight of my week°°!! He is so awesome please SOMEBODY GIVE HIM A RAISE OR SOMETHING HE WORKS WAY TO HARD he got to me in less than 15 minutes and had my vehicle on the way in less than 10 he was super understanding with my financial situation and offered solutions to help reach a consensus and man was I BLESSED to have been taken care of by DANIEL!!!!

I was greeted by the very professional Bryan. My car had stopped and I couldn't drive it. Bryan made me feel so much better. He towed my to the auto repair shop and dropped me off at home. Great price there was a mix up between the dispatch but they still honored the price I was given so I will recommend them not many businesses stand by thier word but they did ! Plus they brought my vehicle up here no issues

Quick and amazing service. Very friendly. They got me off the side of the freeway pretty quickly, and the driver, Bob, was excellent at assisting me and my vehicle! Very careful and caring--he even drove me towards the nearest exit to guide me to where I needed to go, so that was really appreciated! Definitely would recommend if you need fast help with customer service.

Daniel came to the rescue after being passed back and fourth from companies for a weekend. Was very happy someone was committed to taking my long distance tow from mountain to beach and amazing customer service. If I could have a direct line to them for AAA towing, trust me, I would. Roy & Dot’s was sent to me by AAA with an estimated arrival of 1 hour. The driver Brian was there in 15 minutes! He took great care loading my truck onto the tow bed and gave me a lift to the mechanic. Brian provided excellent service and helped me get on with my day.

I got stuck in the mud yesterday morning. I called different tow agencies for estimates and wait time. Roy and Dots Towing was amazing from the time I called until the time they got me out of the mud. Angel was the driver whom came to “rescue” me. I was having a terrible morning and I was not in a very good mood, but Angel was sweet helpful and had a great sense of humor. He really turned an unfortunate situation into a great customer service experience. I will NEVER forget how he went above and beyond for me and my sanity. Lol. This guy Angel was in the mud in the water in the cold shoveling mud and still kept a smile on his face the whole time. I truly appreciate great customer service and Angel did just that. Thank you Roy and Dots Towing for hiring someone whom represents your company in such a wonderful way. I'm on the east coast and had to get a car towed from a friend's home in Rialto because the friend would be out of the country when we would finally be able to pick it up. I had to find a way of moving it to another friend's home. I found Roy & Dot's on a web search and called around other places to compare rates. Other places quoted flat fees that exceeded the mileage-based rate that R&D's gave me, and the high Google & Yelp ratings made it an easy decision. Still, I can't say I felt 100% comfortable instructing my friend to hand over the car keys and release the car to them, *and* sharing my credit card to a business i found online (and before the car was delivered). But it all worked out fine and I'm so glad I found them. Thank you!
