Pepe’s Towing are scam artists brother had his car towed for being parked “illegally” when we called to get a location on the car dispatcher don was very unprofessional he wouldn’t tell us where the car was gave us an attitude when all we did was ask why the car was towed and then told us they were closed but it’s a 24 hour service which doesn’t make sense then my brother goes to pick up the car this morning and gets charged $700 to get the car out that was just there over night which is ridiculous

They push me to sing on blank authorization form and get finger print on white paper with full credit card information to get my car realized, it’s absolutely kind of crime in white day and somebody has to stop them.

The 1 star speaks for it self...I look forward to see how there company progress in time....especially how unprofessional they are from experience.....

Honestly this company is a piece of work. I saw this company tow cars over the weekend for the escape event and let me tell you that they damaged cars without caring. Towing cars where they are not supposed to park is understandable and legal. But when you tow without care that’s when this business gets out of hand. Not to mention these gentleman don’t know how to drive on the streets. I have already had two instances where these tow trucks run stop signs on Cajon blvd. Almost crashing into them, i had no choice but to avoid their idiotic mistakes.

These people steal!!! I had $800 cash in my purse which was inside my truck when it was towed. I tried to submit a complaint witj Rialto PD but it seems that they all work together. Im so dissapointed. It was part of my rent. It really throw me off so bad and i was so frustrated with the fact that no body will help. Bola de rateros.

These guys were awesome , they recovered my daughter’s stolen vehicle. They were very kind and courteous when we came today to pick up our car. Giovani helped me put gas in the car for us and would not even except a tip. Really great customer care after a nightmare of an experience with having this terrible thing happen. I would totally recommend them. Thank you for making our day a little easier..

Horrible experience how the hell am I gonna get charged 361$ for a surron, for your information a surron is a electric mountain bike it weighs less than 110 pounds, it’s very skinny. Takes up basically no space. Is not a tall bike. I asked them how much would they charge for a car and they said the same price. I can literally pick up the bike with my own hands and I’m a skinny man. Overpriced. Scamming there own customers. I don’t recommend them at all. I also talked to the supervisor and he didn’t care at all. Money hungry people. Keep in mind that they had the bike in storage for less than 12 hours and that’s how much there charging. That’s not even it tho, they clearly attempted to salvage parts from my bike you can tell since I’m missing parts that I wasn’t missing to begin with, they clearly are non professional scammers.

They are scamming along with Rialto PD. Never seen such a line at a police station to get a vehicle release form. They also cause damage to vehicles and claim those damages were already there. So unless you take pictures as your car is being towed they will claim they were already there.

I just saw the Mazda Miada recovery, simply amazing, simply amazing. I always admire someone who has mastered his or her trade! Use of a drone to watch the recovery of something like 400 feet down into a canyon. Then turn it right side up and set on a rolloff.

If I was able to give 0 stars I definitely would. My car crashed a light pole because my breaks weren't working so this towing company was called to help tow my car.. I specifically told the man who helped tow my car to take it back to my house. He proceeded to say that it was going to take about an hour and a half and that they charge 200 and up for the hour. I told him that my house was 8 mins away from the scene and he was making up all these excuses so he told me he would drop off my car and I went back home. He never brought my car back and at this point it was already 12 at night. I went the next day and complained to a man working there. He told me that the man who helped me said I told him to take it to the lot. Now they want to charge me 1000 for the time it has been sitting there and for me to turn in the pink slip. This is very unprofessional and unfair!

We were in an accident and they literally stole everything of value out of the car. We just got out of hospital and went to get our phones because I pinged it last to their location. Everything gone, all phones and everything of value even my medications even personal items like paperwork.. what is someone there going to try identity fraud? the guy working there acted smug like he knew we wouldn't get our stuff ..

They just towed the car of our deceased neighbor's daughter at11pm after they reported it to the Rialto pd. Explained the circumstances to both the officers and the driver and they took the car still. Even offered to hold the car for them in my driveway, no good they just money grubbing punks. Wouldn't trust these shady people (towing company or the pd) hope they get their's.

Words cannot describe how crooked this company is. I parked in a no parking tow zone, $257.... I get it I messed up, got towed, gotta pay.... But it gets better. They"outside store" my car at a fire ranger station, process it just before I get there to pay the drop fee. $440 later my car is released. BBB And US Forestry has been contacted for administrative disposition. One star for little game they played with my key fob too. Channel 4 news and fox news have both been contacted. DA will be contacted Tuesday for request of prosecution for fraud. Shame on CHP,US FORESTRY, AND THIS CROOKED COMPANY.

Hello i never used this service.. I sold my car in August And it was the other person who got the car towed. Not me. So please stop sending me messages and please stop charging me for the service i never used. Thank you!

After waiting an hr. The tow guy was very rude, seen me turned down the wrong street on purpose, then asked were i am. i told him he came then gave me an attitude and said if i have a ride to the tire shop. He wouldn't take me in his truck even though i had a mask on, then canceled the tow truck. I called there office to complain and they said they didn't have me on pick up and guy hung up on me. Very unprofessional wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

They literally took personal information out of my glove box without my knowledge and did not inform me or return the information. These people are theives and the business is dysfunctional. Never use this establishment they charge extremely high prices and don't even know how to do their jobs and end up screwing over the customer.

Total professional staff from the dispatcher down to the person the sent out to unlock my car door. Did jot wait more than 15 minutes for them to arrive, l highly recommend using them.

I wasn't able to visit my grandma which is 103 years old for a long time, I was finally able to visit her last Sunday, I came to her home at about 11:10 am, I have been coming for years and always parked at the same spot and never got an issue with parking, I didn't realize that at 11:30 they towed my car, when I came out at about 11:40 realized of it, I called to get it back at 11:45 and they said they were closed and I could get it until the next day, I live more than an hour away, had to find a ride back home with my kids, next day I came back at 8am and because it was a holiday again I'm told they're closed, that I could pick it up until 5pm same day with appointment and with a gate fee charge, they agreed to meet me at 9am and I was able to get it back, seems like someone called them even when they say the opposite, I agree to pay the towing fee because it was my fault for not seeing the signs that were further down the street but how come they retrieve vehicles and then they say they're closed, one more of the towing companies doing bad business.

Horrible towing company. My car was towed to this location after being involve in a car accident this morning at 12:57am. I arrived at Pep's Towing around 1pm to pick up my personal belongings. To my disbelief, the towing company left my sunroof open and allowed my vehicle to be rain into. They did not attempted to cover the vehicle or close the sunroof. On top of all that, they stole personal belongings out my vehicle. This business is full of dishonest people. I reporting them to my insurance company for the piss-poor service and missing belongings. Oh I almost forgot, I call Pep's Towing to talk about the issue and they click in my face. Who have taught these guys how to run a business. If I could give this company an zero rating, they would receive it. Please save yourself the headache and unprofessional service, take your business else where.

This place is a scam they stole my truck i went to pick it up in less than an hour and they charged me $320. They took all my tires off so i HAve to tow the car out. So they stole my truck and now i have to pay them to get ot out and i also have to fix my truck. Please beware THIS PEOPLE RIP PEOPLE OFF. STAY AWAY DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR TOWING PLEASE DO NOE ENCOURAGE THWM TO KEEP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. If they charge me $150 that would be fair. Please share and do not come here.

The person driving the tow truck, towed my car directly from the front bumper, and broke my cover bumper. Unless your car is a complete salvage. Don’t ever go here. Had to contact my insurance company. Also the place is completely disorganized and don’t know what cars they are in possession of. If you don’t mind losing your car call this towing company.

These guys are scammers and cons. I got a notice from the complex no parking from 8am to 2pm because pepes was gonna be painting stripes first the show up late and left early so I parked my car 2 hours after the notice and tow truck tried to take my car even tho they left no notice that they will be picking up cars after 2

Ismeal definitely took care of my parents when they needed his help. Got to my dad's broken down truck faster then they did! Definitely the best price compared to competitors in the area. Nothing but good things to say for Pepe's towing. Thank you guys!

The young lady that took the call is really under trained or has no knowledge on how to give/take directions on how to provide directions to where you car is and where you need the Tow. Its just not something you want to worry about when your stuck in that type of situation.

So i get a flat on the freeway and call pepes towing. I agree to there pricing and is told a tow truck would be with me shortly approximately 30-45 min an hour later i call cause they havent showed up and im told its gonna he another 30 min wth. Then they call me 20 min later to confirm what direction i was going after i clearly stated to them 2 times. This is horrible. Bad service wont be using them again
