I contacted this business as a potential customer and asked for the DOT and a full photo of the tire to verify age and condition—this is a very normal and safety-related question when buying tires.
Instead of answering, I was repeatedly spoken to in a dismissive and rude manner, told to “go somewhere else,” and rushed with “you want it or not?”
Very unprofessional communication. If this is how they treat customers who ask basic questions, I would not recommend doing business here.
I was worried about my tires having a nail stuck in it because the tire pressure light turned on. I called ninth crown roadside assistance and he came on his way asap! He was helpful and made sure everything was good before i was back on the road!

While out running errands I noticed that my rear tire had damage on the side wall. It was Sunday and all the tire shops were closed in Upland so I reached out to ninth crown tire service who immediately went into action to find me the best deal for my size tire. Ken was professional, knowledgeable, and on point. He got me taken care of and back on the road. Definitely would recommend and keep in your contact list if you find yourself stranded on the road.

I had to come leave a review due to the fast and accommodating service.
