Don’t ever buy anything from these thieves they give you a price in the next day they give you a different price I wouldn’t buy anything from them. They try to sell me an axle for 2500 and then the next day they try to sell it to me for 3500 I would not recommend buying anything from them And then I try to talk to the owner. They said he’s not available.
I spoke with Albert. He assured me he had my headliner for 2020 Denali quoted me $400 so I drove all the way down there 2 1/2 hour drive for me one-way one-way when I get there he tells me the employees left home and that he would get it the following day mind you this is 12 noon so I called back the following day asked to speak to Albert. The person who answers the phone informed me Albert is a driver and he’s out in the field so I then tell him about our prior conversation. Albert said he’d have the headliner ready for me today for $400 he tells me yes we have the headliner. It will be 500. I’ll tell him, that’s not the agreement we had and I already drove two hours yesterday. Can I please speak to the owner or a higher up manager the man on the phone informed me he is the owner starts to getting very rude with me even after I explain the situation, I asked him can he at least honor the price of 400 he says no that’s not what Albert quoted you. it’s right here in my computer I assured him it was , I wouldn’t mistake a price I have it written down with two other quotes. He then throws an insult at me, so I informed him that I’m going to be leaving a review on their website he tells me he could care less. I give this place two thumbs down. Very disappointing in my first experience with this company will be the last.
Honest and helpful. Jonathan did the best he could the find the correct gear ratio for my Toyota. Couldn't find it, and refunded me and picked up the wrong ratio axle. Thank you. Good honest people.
The guys were very helpful and super cool.
Albert even went out if his way to help me tie down the motor I purchased.

These guys are great. Everyone I spoke with was attentive and extremely helpful. I was calling from Colorado, they had the part located within 24hrs and Evan then sent me pictures so I could make sure I was getting the exact part I needed. Shipping costs are honest and reasonable and I look forward to working with them again!
Very unprofessional, very strange email messages and phone conversations, like taking to someone that was intoxicated or still in kinder garden, would not recommend them as a good supplier for used parts.
