The extent of my dealing with this business was very brief. In fact, I only had to deal with them over the phone, and a brief conversation with the tow truck operator, because my vehicle was towed there after an accident. The tow truck operator showed up fairly quickly, but the person over the phone wasn't very professional.
RUDE totally disconnected from any common Courtesy. Not a greeting, not a thank you. I wish Rialto PD would call another Tow Co. I was in an accident where my truck was totalled and wanted my truck towed home. It was taken to this tow yard. My accident was on Saturday evening, they weren't open on Sunday I was told to call on Monday- Over $500.00 in fees to release my truck. These 2 old guys at the desk had no compassion for what I had just been through. I called AAA to transport my truck home. That tow truck driver was Extremely Courteous. CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES ALONG WAY.
Motorcycle was impounded 2 days later I received collection agency papers saying they are who im to deal with REALLY I BEEM IN CONTACT SINCE DAY THEY GOT IT . THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE
