Tow truck driver was amazing. I was upset at how long service took and because it took so long I could not get to my original location so I got towed home and the driver made it a point to see why I was upset apologize for poor service of another company that was supposed to come and found away to put me at ease before he left. Amazing guy.

Dont get a car from them they're scammers! We went to see used cars because my sister needed one to get back and forth to work. She had to pay another for a rental and we told the worker Mario we were looking for a good priced one and he said he would. We then went over there and he showed us a Honda he was selling for 1000 which needed new tags backed up 1000 supposedly and he also showed us a nissan altima which he said the air conditioner was broke so he would do it for 800. He told us both just needed a new battery and that was all and I asked him if hes sure it was the battery he said yes. So my sister said she would come back monday just in case so she can get the money and everything. Come monday we get there and he said we had to buy a new battery for it because it wont start, also he figured out the air-conditioner worked on the car so he said he'd keep it 800 but we had to buy a new battery. I asked this man 3 times if he was sure it was the battery and he said yes it was. And I said because we're about to go buy it and he said it was the battery. So we went to go buy it and brought it back. They installed it and it started up but it made a squeaking sound and he put oil on the belt just said it was that. He also said that the car would need the oil changed soon on it because it was black so we said we would do that. He took us for a test drive and it drove fine but he only went like 2 miles and went back and he said it was fine. He told us to get it registered so then it wont get towed and he said it would pass smog. He plugged in a reader to show us nothing else was wrong with the car and said we can go in and do the paperwork. So we did that got the car and I proceeded to ask him again if it was just the battery and he said yes. He went to go fill up the tires there while we did it, which was courteous, and then we told them how much we were paying for a rental and needed one that lasted awhile. Once the transaction was made my sister went and drove it to work and back and it was fine. The next day she drove it an hour away and the car shut off on her. She got it jumped but it wouldn't hold a charge. It sounded like the alternator and I knew something was fishy so I called to see what he would come up with and he said he wasnt sure and he would ask his guy. So he asked him and he told him it could be the alternator and I was like that's a big jump from a battery problem. I also asked about when he did the reader knowing readers show if an alternator is out and he said his isn't the professional reader which is inaccurate to me. He said he would ask his boss what he could do amd that took him a week. I called he said he was waiting on his boss. Another week goes by which is today he said his boss said they couldn't do anything cause its sold as is. And I asked him what he told us was wrong with it in the first place and he said that he said it could be the alternator. I said he absolutely never said that because he didnt know what was wrong with it till he asked his buddy and he kept insisting that he never said it was just the battery and when I asked him about the reader he breezed over that and kept trying to lie. They're scam artists over there and we dont have much money as it is so to trick people who dont have a lot of money to just buy parts for a car or a new one thats low. I should have known better than to trust them when they lied to us because all tow yards do is lie so I should have told her to pass. Don't trust sells because all they'll do is rip you off and pretend nothings wrong with the car then back track and lie. And record everything they say because they'll try to lie to you too. Im very disappointed and disgusted that they would do that to people who did nothing to them. We're good people and treat everyone nice just to get treated like this. If anyone knows any lawyers we can talk to about this id appreciate it as im looking into it myself.

He helped so very much. He tried to figure out what was wrong when my battery wasn't actually what was wrong, and he called in reinforcement. We were on the road again.
Although my car dying on the way up the cajon pass was not fun, Subarus roadside assistance said 70-100 mins. So I called desert valley towing and she sent someone out quick. He got to us in 38 minutes. And was kind and quick and efficient. Made sure me and my passengers were safe and got us loaded up and home in no time. The dispatcher was kind and didn't charge us extra to go home rather than the original location I gave. Thanks desert valley towing, I will definitely be recommending to those in need of your services.

I run a 30 truck fleet thats Units operate the entire US so I’ve dealt with plenty of tow companies that I won’t use again. That is not the case with 24Towit / Desert Valley Towing. We used the Cajon Pass location and I couldn’t recommend them high enough. I wish they were closer to our primary trucking routes as I would use them every time. Christy and the team are prompt, professional and stand behind their work. They are equipped to work on the semi-truck class trucks right down to roadside assistance for automobiles . I called and they used a winch and tow to get me out of mud in Oak Hills. The buzzards were circling and they braved it and Jeffery saved the day. A little pricey but I needed help and they made my day.
I had a tire blow out on the 15 freeway Southbound called this company to see if they can change my tire to the spare one decided to charge me 75 because of the highway so when they told me it would be that price its going to be 75 on highway or if i move my car to the street it would 55. So luckily chp helped me out of the road. And stopped at 76 gas station. The company send there tow man and called dispatch to confirm the price. So when dispatch confirmed she went from 75 to 55 to 65 i thought she told me 55! Money hungry company really bad road trip and this time ill bring my own tools incase something happens again.
They charge entirely too much, the lady there is super unprofessional too and to whoever I spoke with on a Saturday morning because when I went on Monday the lady there said she didn’t know anything about a call. My dad got in an accident on a Friday so there was really no way of being able to go to oak hills and getting it that day (we live in Palmdale this happened on a Monday 3 days later the accident was on Phelan and Green Rd) my dad couldn’t really come because he’s in pain from the accident so when I called they told me to have a copy of photo ID, registration of the vehicle and to type an authorization letter WITH HIS SIGNATURE ONLY, when I got there they said they needed it notorized, would’ve been nice for them to tell me that instead of me waisting gas I literally drove all the way back to Palmdale to pick up my dad (he’s injured) and drove all the way back to this dumb place she wouldn’t even give me the price I had to pay until MY DAD WAS PHYSICALLY THERE . And oh our total came out to $900+ that’s ridiculous, for an accident that happened on a Friday and get this, they’re closed saturdays and sundays and I tried picking up the vehicle on Saturday. This place is stupid.
Timing was not bad, the problem with my truck was not bad. To me where they RIP you off is the port to port. If the man is done with the job my tab should stop there. The fact that you charge me until he gets back, is unheard of. What if he decides to stop off or its traffic or he brakes down? When he is done with a job, that should be that! I should not have to continue to pay while he rides back....that's crazy!

You are 100% unprofessional and rude. As a business OWNER myself I would fire you on the spot!!! Will let you know that I will never do business with this company EVER. And to the owners that employed this lady. You will loose business keeping someone like this around. She is rude, not helpful, and you completely lost any money from my pockets. I offered to pay extra to get in touch with the OWNER of the vehicle SHE says she talked to. Cash is king my would of been friends. But she completely lied about even talking to the owner. Im trying to reach out to a customer on a DMV issue to register a vehicle that has YOUR name on the paper work I have in my hands. There is no way that you cannot help me out. But I guess by reading the reviews. I understand that you guys are struggling with your reputation with the crappy services you provide people. I was even thinking of starting to purchase vehicles from you. I recently found out about the great deals you have here. BUT she has turned me away from spending any money with you!!!
