We made a appointment for them to pick up our car two days in advance they said they’ll come from 1-2 on Thursday we sat out side waiting for them for 2 hours called then numerous of times they didn’t pick up after a hour passed by I called again & a lady answered “what” I asked her if they were still going to be picking up my car because we had a appointment she responded back “oh no my boss denied it, I forgot to call u guys” I asked why, she told me “because it has no transmission or engine” I told her that there was a transmission just not the motor & she said well because the motor” mind you I called & let them know that we didn’t have the motor & they said it was fine. So they just a wasted our time. so unprofessional & rude!!
