Bad service wouldn't recommend to buy from this place they will sale you bad engines and not honor the warranty there other dismantling companies that value there customers take your business somewhere else
Horrible service. Not only do they scam you with bad motors and don’t hold accountability but also try to come after you once you tell them their wrongs. Very unprofessional and should be more aware of their mistakes. I would definitely recommend to keep looking for another place.
We are an hour away from their shop and they sold us a faulty engine- we called them and let them know and the guy told us to bring it in and he will give us warranty. He never told us we had to take the orignal copy of the invoice, we get there and he doesn't want to give us the credit because we took him a printed copy of the invoice and we told him he never told us that when we called him in the first place- he said it was company policy but never wanted to let me talk to his manager. These people waste your time- wasted my time in picking up the engine, our labor, and having to go back and fourth for a copy of the invoice and to top it off they gave us the yellow copy they already had the white orignal invoice. If you want to waste your time and money come to this shop.
Drove 2 hours After I was confirmed they had the part I needed from a car that was posted. Once I arrive, not only do they not have the car but try to convince me that a different car was the one that was posted. I understand the cars are similar but you'd think you could quickly doublecheck and make sure for a costumer. Would of been nice and saved me the whole day. If You plan on buying Call them or ask for a picture to make sure they have it before you make the drive.
Amazing place with very knowledgeable employees. I purchased a part for repair on my vehicle and they honored their warranty without hesitation and went above and beyond to make sure that my car issues were resolved. Washed ac compressor with water than pushed water inside compressor with air should of put caps in the holes of the compressor before washing very sad day waste of time and energy
Great experience but dont follow the advice from the workers , I was looking for a fuel pressure regulator for my 07 328i and the worker tried to lie and tell me they didn't have the part before I even got the chance to look.....then I asked if he minds if I looked for it myself and boom!! Found it in less then 5mins on my own , if your not sure if you have something just say your not sure lol
Great place great workers very humble greeting with a nice walk through will find any parts for you if not will let you know in time or in that moment very nice manners nice area to park at overall my five star I'm sure I'll be back again for more business really great place to get any parts what you're looking for or whatever you need for it's the place to go
Do not use this COMPANY! Parts driver assaulted us after we rejected a bumper do to a crack in the grill mounting area. After the driver pushed me around a lady called and cursed out my receptionist. They sell JUNK PARTS not used good condition part.
