The guy with the ponytail is so rude If you don’t like your job, just quit don’t have to be rude to everyone. I spent 15 minutes waiting for a Fender and saw all calls he answered like he’s the king of the universe.

This is a review of my experience in 2020. I had called them ahead of time to confirm if they had an engine in stock. They said they did have it and they said it is a good running engine ready to install as also displayed online. I tell them that I am driving 3 hours to pick it up and that they better not being lying to me and that it better be in good running condition as they mentioned over the phone and they also showed this engine online. So trusted their word, and I drove 3 hours. Once I get there, everything was disorganized and the staff was being unprofessional. The owner was giving me a 1 week warranty and then the owner pointed out that something on the engine needs to be replaced because of overheating that they never mentioned to me over the phone, like common man really? I left this place and shopped elsewhere. This place is a joke, a bad experience as a first time customer and a waste of time. Don't bother going here!

These people are thieves. We purchased a part from them and when it was received it was glued together. We took it back and requested a refund and they refused. We returned it with the 5 days as noted on their signs with a receipt. They wanted to charge us a restocking fee of 30% which is ridiculous. We accepted as we just wanted to get away from them. They then said we had to wait 45 mins for the owner to get there because he had all the cash. When he got there he said he had no cash and we would have to wait. This is a cash only business so why do they not have cash. We requested a check and he became abusive and threw us out. Do not do business with these people!!! I have never been treated so poorly.

I see why this place gets 1-star; and well-deserved. Nobody has any expectations for customer service when visiting a salvage yard, but I did expect the owner to honor the price for an item quoted on the phone. When I arrived to buy the item the price doubled from $100 to $200 (maybe he thought I'd cave since I drove over an hour). I didn't cave and actually bought the same part in better condition at another yard for $100.

Bought a low mile motor for fair price. Mark was easy to work with.. this is a junk yard... Not pep boys... I think the other reviewers may have never been to a j/y before. Be tactful and your experience here will be fine.

The absolute best part buying experience I’ve ever had!! Thank you so much to Jose for getting this done. I live all the way across the country in Maryland (2,500 miles). M&M was the only part supplier in the country that had the exact rims I was looking for. I contacted them & Jose guided me every step of the way. He texted me pictures of the rims & constantly kept me updated with shipping. If you’re looking for a genuine person to work with ask for Jose! And if you’re looking for parts, even if you’re not in CA. Call M&M! They’ll have the part & ship it to your door. Thanks again for the amazing experience Jose! I will be back.

Stay away from this place! First visit went horribly. Here's why: 1. No parking lot. Barely any space to park on the street. Parked next to other wrecked cars in front of the place. Left my hazard lights on so they wouldn't take parts off my truck. 2. Walked into the office and was greeted by no one. Went looking for an employee and found another customer wandering around instead. Started talking w/ the other customer and he said he called to confirm a part was in stock and was told yes. He drove 40min from Temecula to pick it up and had to wait for the employee to go check for the part then wait again for the part to be pulled. This yard only had one person working. UNBELIEVABLE. 3. The employee [older man, long but balding black hair] passed by both of us and didn't say a word to me. You figure he'd say 'I'll be with you in a moment' at least right? NOPE. Nothing. Terrible customer service. I took my business elsewhere. This place is a joke. Try online or other local junk yards. LKQ has several yards in the I.E. I would give them a shot instead of these clowns

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. After sending one of my workers to pick up a window, he (my worker) called me and told me he had been waiting for someone to help him at the front desk for almost 20min. So I called, spoke to the manager and politely asked if someone can attend to him and with a not so pleasant tone essentially told me he was going to have to wait.

Absolute terrible place to buy parts. They treat you like you are a inconvenience for being there. They are not properly equipped to take parts out of cars. They quote you one price over the phone and try to charge you more once you get there. I will go long and far to get parts elsewhere, before I support this place.

This place over charges for used parts. I found all my oem parts cheaper on eBay. They are charging me $350.00 for 3 electrical interior parts while eBay has all 3 of the same parts (oem) for a total of $235.00.

This place is a dump. I realize they are a scrap yard, but I've been to other scrap yards that are far more organized and professional. Their office is jam-packed full of random crap, everything is dirty and disorganized and the guy I was dealing with was completely rude and shady. I left there completely disgusted with my entire interaction with them. It looks like an episode of hoarders except not entertaining in any way. I will never do business with these people again.

Also I wish I can give zero stars, those people they dont know how to run a business, I call for a computer they have it, in the system say is for $124 when go there they say is $250 , and he say: I DONT CARE WHERE IS SAY 124 IF U WANT IS 250, wait my time, and they are rude.dont so there is more places to go get parts. They acting like they are the only ones in the world

Very poor customer service skills given by staff over phone call to yard. Avoid this wrecking yard at all costs. This Business Needs to close down and go out of business-Very poor service. Avoid at all costs !! You have been warned. Bad attitude, bad customer service .

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE the manager himself literally told me "just go to ther place" on top of that a window switch for a 41 year old car was $50!! just don't even bother with these clowns!! would give 0 stars if possible

Horrible place. Very very rude and disrespectful. I went in there to purchase a part they didn't want to get the part down for me showed them I have cash money to pay. They told me they were not going to sell me the part and that I am just a child. I'm 24 years old and the owner starts being disrespectful after I showed that I have cash to pay. I have never done business with this place or will ever.

Overpriced parts. I went there to see if they had an interior handle for a honda, and the guy told me that he would charge me between 65 and 75 bucks because they had to take it out of the car, how hard is to unscrew one single screw. I rather buy it new for the same price.

I wish if I can leave him zero star , I called for part they gave me a price when I got there after 45 minutes of driving the owner double the price with bad attitude... !? Don’t waste your time and money with them .. bad business

This place is the worst dismantle buisness I have ever been to. Took forever to service me and the guy went outside to take a smoke break before he even spoke to me. I was standing inside their office looking like a jackass not tot to mention their office is dirty as hell.

These people seem to not want money. Called for a part on a car they have and they seemed to not be interested in selling it, said they were too lazy to go grab the part. They'll be out of business in no time with this system.

This place has some of the most competitive pricing around, it is acwrecking hard people not walmart so you first call and make sure they have ehatbyou need. Marc is a cool Dude.

!!!ZERO_STARS!!!!This place is a JOKE, operated by CLOWNS, A big waste of time, I had to talk with them for over a week to inquire if they have my part, the online inventory shows that they have the part, then I drove from the S.F. Bay area 6hours, to find out they actually had the wrong part, ABSOLUTELY UNORGANIZED!!!

Jose specifically is incompetent. Takes an hour to find a computer he says he has. Never returns calls. Waste of time. Typical for a dismantler in Fontana sadly.

Worst customer service ever, I asked to speak with manager because the person I was dealing with was completely rude, he then tells me he is the owner of the business. Worst customer service ever. Would NEVER recommend this place.

I'm not sure how this guy makes money I was looking for Rims for my SL500 and these guys were not interested in looking to see if they had any so I kept my money....????
