These folks are the best!! My 2005 Tacoma needed a new engine wiring harness and there were none to be found in the Northeast, so I found SmartParts all the way across the US and they said they had one. Bridgit understood my worry about making sure they had the exact harness I needed and gave me the VIN of the donor vehicle and the advice to contact a Toyota dealer to confirm with that info. Skeptical, I did just that and with a little help from the parts person at our local Toyota dealer, I was able to confirm the harness SmartParts had was identical to the harness needed for my Tacoma. After a quick payment, the wiring harness arrived from CA in less than a week's time, nestled in a box all safe and intact.

i have been buying part from there yard and have had great results , I" am sure there other people have not giving smart parts a real chance to redeem the customer satisfaction that they want, but people have to realize that the parts are used and if they want 100% quality they should buy new or dealer parts for best satisfaction

Very disappointed, bought an engine for our daughters 2005 XB and turned out bad. After installation we test drove for about 35 miles and engine gave out. We had vehicle towed back to shop. We contacted Alex at Smart Parts for the Warranty and immediately denied it, he told me heat tabs are melted and no warranty, I Never told him what issue was when he told me what the engine had, as if he sold me a bad engine from the beginning......very unprofessional....not helpful at all....I hope they enjoy the money they made from our daughter.....another case for the court....
Recently purchased a radio for a 2003 Honda Accord. I received a defective radio. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!...and not just any counter person, from the owners themselves! Never had a purchase go this bad. DO NOT EVER BUY A PART FROM THESE PEOPLE, DONT MAKE THAT MISTAKE. Because when have to return it, and you will have to, you'll be lucky if they even answer you.
