They treated me well today. Got the gas tank I needed and saved hundreds of dollars by buying used. I found them via Craigslist and had no problems. Junior was friendly as we're the Tech's who helped me. I'll go back in the future if I need to.

Yep i REALLY wish i had read the reviews before purchasing my motor. They lied about pricing and sold the wrong parts and the young Asian Kevin said he didnt care. They were a junk yard and i couldnt do anything about it. So i guess thats why the cash offer seemed so good. Dont ever buy anything from them it seems as though they have good prices when you shop around but they are just crooks and they will find a way to screw you. I confronted the owner Dan about the situation but he didnt seem to care about honoring his sons prices or word... This is the worst experience i have ever had dealing with a business..

Bought a transmission from them in march, great price for the milage on it, took the core back for the warranty. Transmission still running strong. 👍🏻 Great customer service, they even helped me load strap and unload them.

EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. Called about an old exhaust part and the person who answered said it's $800 (completely unresonable) and told him that part never sells for under $100. He then yelled THEN GO AND BUY IT then hung up.

I called over the phone about a gas tank for my truck . Young asian guy said he mostlikely had it there or he would order. When I showed up he lied about having any there at all and said he would have to order it . Then he wanted a $100 dollar deposit and I asked if it wasnt the right one if he would return my money, he said no. His attitude and service was really bad, I will never go there again.

They have a part out car listed on CL. The chassis was clean and I could use the structure. I called and asked if they'd sell the shell. The gent replies, "it's stripped, nothings there (goes on about the parts missing)." I said, I understand, will you sell the shell, I just want the shell? He replies again, it's stripped and nothings there. So what are you selling? What's the point of a for sale post if you have nothing to sell? I proceed to say alright, thank you, and they hang up the phone. Rude etiquette. 1 star for: A. advertising things for sale, that you clearly won't sell. B. Being rude; when you work in the public service dept.

Honestly I've never been here. Went in for a door handle. Turned put they didn't have it but I gave the wrong engine size so it was my fault. Than I ask the guys about an issue with my transmission and they give me a good deal. I went back to drop off my car for the install and one of the guys actually helped me check my car to make sure it was the transmission that was bad on my camry. I must say for my 1st experience the guys were pretty helpful and even directed me to go next door to help me find the door handle that I did need.

The individual i talked to was very un-professional and rude. I asked about a specific engine and the individual acted like he didnt care and repeated himself numerous times saying it was sold after i had only said one sentence to him and then i asked about a different engine and the individual again started repeating over and over that it was sold. Very unsatisfied with the lack of professionalism and the rudeness. I will never do business with them and i will make sure all my associates never do business with them either.

This place is a skam and even tho it has been open for a long time i should of paid attention to what the people in the area told me... i purchased a transmission for my truck here that did not work.... they tell me that the mechanic that put the transmission in was the one who made the transmission break down and i was there when he was putting in the transmission.... Bros Auto parts in fontana is a known and well respected place! i trust these mechanics as they are honest and you cant go wrong when observing them work. the transmission was faulty when we bought it and now they refuse to replace it or work with me. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!

Drove all the way from Barstow for a piece they didn't have. Got here at 1pm they said the workers were on lunch come back at 2pm they will have the piece I come back at 4pm he says let me go get the piece I'm waiting for 15 minutes he comes back and says they had already sold the piece Saturn he didn't know. Then he gives me a card with a number and says this guy has the piece waiting for me, I call the number and talk to the guy just for him to tell me he doesn't have it either.

!!WARNING!! Dont ever do business here!! These guys are dishonest thieves and have no reputable service. Stay as far away from this place as possible. Might as well take your money and throw it away. They are rude and disrespectful. They lied to me and wasted my time!!!

Called to see if they had a part and they said call back in 10 min so we can check and i did and they said they did .i get to there shop and they bearly checked if it was good and it wasn't it was broken and they guy just says "its broken" and i told him that's why i called twice to make sure and ge replies with dumb look on his face "well its broken"

Don't ever buy from this place go anywhere else ..all the parts they sell are garbage and the warranty is sucks..they do anything to keep money they rude ..no good service at all stay away from this people don't ever go there all they want is ur money and does it they crook...dishonest ...I will report them to business boreou assap I have the time to go to the office ...warning I lost 650 .down drain

really bad service asian gay its a liar they can give me the vin # of one car to verify the miles on the engine that i want to buy -5 star .Dont buy if they can show proof of what they say on engines and transmissions all engines and transmission have 89k miles thats what theysay

Sold us bad transmission, gave us hard time with refund, and very rude staff. Refused to give name of owner. We will not do business with them again.

Great service great prices great people They had a very nice 40/60 front seat for my 2000 F150 for way less than any competitor.

i order a wheells this morning and i never got it i call tey they told there going to bring to us and never happen i dont recomend this place they lie to you

got hung up on twice in three minutes. Guy told me to take my car to a mechanic and hung up before I could say anything. Helpful at least a little but tho.

On expensive item they will ask for deposit and if you change your mind they will not give you your deposit but will give you credit for the same amount which you will have to renew every 30 days.

Dont waste your time with this people , I just called for information about some parts and they are too rude they don't even know how be polite with costumers , I won't do business with this kind of people
