Worst coustomer service. I just call the front desk and one lady pic my call and i started my conversation by saying mam i have question she hang up the call on my face then i call her 3 to 4 times she did'nt answer.
Very clean and friendly staff, prices are great, everything is simple, would not hesitate to give this place a try!!! I will be going there from now on.
The kid doing the weighting was really helpful but they need to do something about all these different types of copper not just this company but in general by the time I got done I had 10 different trash cans to take up and then they had to go through them and pick out little things that I thought was a better quality than what they thought it's just to confusing and problems to be trying to sort out
I'd like to acknowledge Chris that works here at this establishment, he was more than helpful with getting me the best price possible and I can't thank him enough. If you have a large amount of cans and only want to make one stop and get the best price, they are the ones to go to. I'd recommend anyone reading this review to take your recycling here.

What a gem of a place to come and recycle!! The staff is wonderful and friendly and help keep the area very clean!!!!! First time experience and it was absolutely fantastic! If all the people I dealt with in this world were like the people at AIM recycling it would be a much better place! Chris personally handled my first time visit and not only was above and beyond helpful, but extremely nice and warm with a genuine smile! Elizabeth helped me at checkout and she was also very, very kind! Highly, highly recommend!! John
EVERYTIME I have gone to recycle I’ve always had a great experience having to go and have Ure children come and help us also a good way to get the kids involved and they give out special stickers and candies as well and not to mention the friendly staff they always have a good attitude and are very helpful whenever I need it and the people in the front are even the best as well they are so sweet and full of life
The best recycling center I’ve came to. The workers are very nice and polite. They pay your recycle at a very reasonable, if not better price. Definitely recommend

Came here recently and Chris helped with weighing the cans and showing us that you can scan a barcode and use an online coupon to get the best bang for your buck! Maria the cashier was also nice. I will definitely be coming back again! Pretty quick service to they’re open till 4:30pm everyday I believe.
Wow! What bunch of nice people! First time here and I received respect, kindness, help. The biggest surprise was that the amount of bags I have turned in , the other place by Costco only given me between 12-15 dollars each time. This place given 24 dollars!!! So honest!!! I loved every single person here. The cashier lady was a sweetheart, the young man so nice and kind. I’m truly got a very pleasant experience with the crew members and most of all honesty ! Thank you so very much all!!
I definitely recommend this place above all else, even if you have to drive a bit more to get here. The worker Chris is such a people person, always willing to help you, and so attentive to customers. You also can not beat the prices and promos they give out for your recyclables.

First time coming to this place and I was in and out fast. The employees were so helpful and friendly. This place is clean and I was able to sign up for their coupons.
Drove out here from Calimesa because it’s one of the few places with CRV recycling. All of the ones near Yucaipa and Redlands area have been shut down. Anyways, I had about 2-3 years of cans saved and found out the hard way that if you have over 100lbs they’ll turn you away, make you drive off the property, you’ll have to remove the amount to get under 100lbs then return and try again. I had 109lbs so I got to experience this process. It’s a state regulation not the recycling location. Sucks to have had to gone through it but took me 5 minutes to drive around the corner remove a little bit of cans to get under weight then return. Cash in hand in less than 5 minutes. Friendly helpful staff. Will be returning once I have more cans.
