  Great customer service and pricing! Stephen walked me through the entire process which made it 100x easier than I anticipated. The crew this morning directed my trucks through the flow of traffic which got us in and out relatively fast. Will definitely be back

  Driver's with trailers be aware of this facility they don't have any experience unloading your trailers they damaged my new trailer and refused to fix it or give me they're insurance to make a claim! They also denied damaging it so I asked for them to go see there cameras when I arrived here they did and said make a claim how ever they didn't want to give me there insurance! Now I guess I'll be seeing them in court but I already have prove it was them because I have the pictures of when I arrived and it was no damaged on my trailer look for your self they refused to give me the light weight scale picture because because u would be able to see it a hole in the trailer these people are liers! DRIVER'S TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR TRAILER BEFORE ENTERING AND GET PROVE OF SHIPPER THAT YOUR TRAILER HAD NO DAMAGES BEFORE LOADED LIKE I DID

  Don’t bother bringing your cardboard or anything else here. The people working here are rude and seem to forget the people bringing their recyclables are CUSTOMERS. I had the worst experience there today that I’ve ever had at any recycling center. I won’t be back and I suggest you don’t waste your time.

  Refused to purchase CA CRV CANS...ONLY BECAUSE I OFFERED TO HELP AND DRIVE MY COUSIN TO SELL HER CANS. SHE IS A RESIDENT AND HAS A CALIFORNIA ID.. THEY REFUSED BECAUSE MY CAR PLATES WERE FROM NEVADA. I THOUGHT CA LAW STATES THAT CA RESIDENTS PAY CRV TO GET THAT REFUND. I NEVER SEEN ANY RULE IN THAT LAW THAT STATES THE VEHICLE THAT DROVE THEM TO YOUR LOCATION REPRESENTS THERE RESIDENYCY. FOLLOW THE LAW.. THATS ALL.

  This place is pretty bad. I brought many large loads here from our warehouses of paper my company was downsizing. This place constantly complained about the condition/binding of the paper and would even make me wait to get the load verified by a yard hand. I could tell they did not welcome our business but I had around 30000lbs of paper we needed to dispose of. Finally they told me I couldn't come back because I had an out of state ID. I doubt they even have an American ID let alone from California. I took this as their not so polite way of asking me not to come back.

  Watch out - they will try to rip you off. They will say your white paper isn't white enough so it has to be put in with the mixed paper (1/3 price). They will say the cardboard has moisture so they can only give you 1/2 price. If you have a large load, I would go elsewhere.
