Every time I've ever scrapped metal I must say I always had to stay on my toes when it comes to dealing with scrap yards but all American recycling beyond the shadow of any doubt and is by far one of the best in Southern California. I'm not getting paid to say this by the way all American recycling is one of the only scrap yards I have ever trusted ;the management and staff at this place are the one of the best in the industry, if not the best there's never been; and there is not any doubt in my mind about the integrity and ethical approach to business that this company has portrayed in the years I've been coming all American all the way! thank you and best regards.
I have nothing but good things to say about this place, and no I do not work here nor am I related to this company in anyway, I’ve been coming here for years, my dad worked for a company and used to haul vehicles here, so my dad recommended I use them to recycle as well, this family owned company really treats their customers like family, they are so caring, helpful, & honest, and will go outta their way yo ensure you get top dollar! Todd & Dale are seriously some of the sweetest most, down to earth, honest people I’ve ever met, they have always excelled for their customers, and in today’s world, you can’t even ask for a hot sauce packet in a drive thru without getting an attitude, give them a shot you’ll thank me later, stay safe & GOD BLESS
I came here to sell a little bit of medal and also this is my first time here and I go to the window for help and the guy tells me to go to the back and I’m back there, the work says I need a paper, so I run back and a rude lady is at the window making me run around like a dog to every section ,this is the worst place I’ve been to !
Dont go here. They nolonger accept competitor coupons nor price match. They dropped the price per pound big time. It is a ripoff. Go to ecology better prices there. I wont be returning to this location.

Don't waste your time anywhere else folks. I've been everywhere and it seems like everyone has a certain way of cheating you but not here. These people are straight-up honest, helpful, pay the best prices and I have no reason anymore to try any other place. I've tried them all. A special shout-out to Eric who has always been above and beyond the most helpful person at any recycle place I've ever met. Truly a stellar employee.

I went here for the first time today and They have a better working schedule than other recycling places ive gone to. Theyre really nice and have plenty of containers to put your bottles in so you dont have to wait for other people to use them. And compared to other places I feel they pay a little more. I usually always have the same amount of bottles to recycle and it comes out to about 11 to 14 dollars but here I got 20 dollars. This will be my new go to place for recycling for sure
Have come here to bring a half dozen or so large loads of prep steel and at least one load of prep iron. Prices are consistent, staff is helpful, the girls at the front desk are polite and professional and the yard is pretty organized. I typically come here exclusively these days.
Been coming here for years ,prices are the most consistent and don't have to worry about getting worked .I been to several yards over the years,All American is by far the place to take your metals .10,000 dollars and some change later and I still come here for the honesty and service

Me and my family had a very bad experience when we tried to turn in our recycling at 1:36 p.m. on 4/21/2018. If you are not in their yard by 1:30 p.m. expect to run into Alberto and to be turned away. He will give you the speech and the attitude as follows, "We run the yard and I don't care if it does not state that on our web site and I don't care if you called the office.... she only works here on the weekends and we run this yard and if you have any complaints you can come back or call Monday and talk to Dale." Oh and the backhanded "have a nice weekend." Really???? This is the companies representation to customers??? Some person that obviously don't give two hoots about his job or how he represents his company.
After this encounter I went to Amko recycling on Valley in Colton and they gladly took me... even though they closed at 2 p.m. and their gate was closed!
Most of the men here treat women like they are stupid. Beware. Make sure you know what you are doing if you are a woman, because they will try to pay you for cheaper metals than what you have. 3 stars because the last at the window is nice and they pretty decent if you are aware what you are selling.
I had the unfortunate experience! To deal with a rude,bitter and snappy, disgruntled employee named sandra the cashier at American metal recycling, she rudley grabbed my reciept of the prices of the crushed cans and bottles and ran straight for the shredder and gave me a totally lower price! And dismissed the coupon i had? Horrible experience!! Cant remember the last time i was so mad! Dont go to these people! Trust me the good reviews i have read here must be their coworkers, Dale decarlo the manager dismmised the incident as no big deal!! You dont shred a reciept at that pace unless your ripping that customer off!!! And thats exactly what sandra did she is to incompetent to work period!!!

The most honest scrap yard around and very clean! They pay out top dollar without ripping you off on the back end! Ask for Todd or Dustin, I'm telling all of my friends!
They pay me top dollar for all my metal and scrap! Everyone is super friendly and willing to help if you have a big load. The girl at the office is always on top of it and fast! I used to go to the recycling center in downtown Riverside and I was getting ripped off so bad my them! I honestly did not know any better, and when I came to American Metal Recycling I would get double!!!! Seriously worth the drive from Riverside! A+++ service! Will be bringing everything here!
this place is a rip off you can taking anything that's perfectly clean the way they ask you to clean it, and they'll still cheat you out of the money to your in titled to.
I brought in some material over to give them a try they told me it was dirty when I know it was clean. I stripped the wire myself so I could bet a better price.
To make matters worse they cheated me on the full amount of material I had. I had about 7,000 lbs of copper wire and they told me it was only a little over 5,000!
I hear the cops are looking for the owner of this company now because a ripped a guy off named Vance for a ton of money! When I finally got angry the guy cursed at me but I already drove over so I just took the pay they gave me. Whata bunch of dirty cheats!
