We go here often the last time we were here was on July 31st 2024 at $95 a ton. today 8/15/24 I showed up to drop off 28 pallets of cardboard about 8,300 lb of cardboard. Upon being paid out by Candice I noticed that the receipt said they're paying $63 a ton. We have been coming here for months now at 95 a ton. I asked Candice for the number to the customer service and I spoke to Zaida. Which I'm sure prior to calling and talking to say that Candice has probably already spoke to her. Say that claims that their prices change monthly and that they drop from 95.00 to 63.00 without notifying anybody they don't even have a sign for the price of cardboard and without notice they change prices we lost about $32.00 per ton. We usually bring a truck load. This is an unethical and unprofessional and I will be contacting the department of consumer affairs and scales and measures. This will be the last time we come here
I can believe that this company do not has a first aid kit my friend has some thing on the eye and he was asking for a Eye Cup, Plastic Or a washer emergency and nothing
we delivered the load for them and now they are frightening to not pay the money. Real scam, I do not recommend to work with them ever
