SA recycling has not been right to the consumer. I have gone there several times & each time I walk away feeling cheated more &more.i am aware that the price of recycling goes up and down but it’s always going down there. Some recycling materials they don’t take but the employee do take and they put aside so that they can recycle elsewhere later.
Like milk jugs.They put to the side but they don’t take them there so the consumers can’t
Get paid for them but the employees sit them aside in a special barrel so they can take them elsewhere to get paid for them.
Absolutely pathetic customer service. The staff are not only rude but completely clueless. I called ahead and got one answer—showed up and suddenly it’s a whole different story. Classic bait-and-switch garbage pulled by people who clearly shouldn't be trusted with a phone, let alone a business. Took my business to a real recycler in Bloomington. SA Recycling is a joke—avoid it like the plague. Its companies like this that hurt California.
The two ladies working this place have great services and they really do the job well . However , one of the inspector whom inspected my car has no idea where the catalytic converters located and accused me if I cut it. I tried to show him but he is so rude with bad attitude and won’t listen to me for a second. He can’t even communicate with people at all. Finally I took my car to different location in Bloomington and done my car there.
Great Service. Huge clean place with plenty of parking. Every thing there looks very well organized and I’m amazed at places like this that keep the Mother Earth a little bit cleaner.
This is a good place to go recycling I always go but today it was just a really bad moment I had I went to change my ticked to get my money so one of the cashier's forgot to give me a dollar which them I could my money was missing my dollar so I just went back to said nice that I was missing a dollar n the lady that is not doing her job right she comes n saids o here ur dollars I try to steal an at no moment I toll her she was stealing my dollars so keep on ur money count cuz even by keeping a dollar how many people she doesn't do this
As I am pricing out copper #1 & #2 (9/29/23) I call SA to see how "competitive" they are in regards to the current market price ($3.20-3.30/lb #1 $2.90-3.10/lb #2) after a brief hold I am BOLDLY told $1.90 #1 and $1.10 #2. I was shocked at the confidence with their crookedness of their pricing. Information being as readily available to essentially every human being you would think that they would be aware of, NOT ONLY, the going price of non-ferous metals, BUT, the fact that customer has to have some basic idea of what they are going to bring in; ESPECIALLY if they call and ask a specific question regarding price. My recommendation...don't rule them out completely and give em a chance but be aware of current value of what you are trying to recycle
I wemt there with wife and kiddos as soon as we arrive the attendent javiar was staring at us I didn't think nothing of it the first time I thought he was getting ready to assess our truck and bring more canisters but then I noticed that as he kept staring my daughter walked into view and he is I started focusing on her been wearing a place we know that professional courtesy is allowed to the customer keep in mind that this place is full by the way you know we got people who got a line started in front of me so I noticed Javier close up his cubicle and I noticed him and I would like to say it was a temp worker they both turn around and walked away leaving the worker James there to finish writing tickets so I kept observing the cap observing I seen that James was kicking but boy he was kicking but he was knocking down tickets he was keeping things clean he was emptying you know things that they have thrown back there you know the only thing I don't agree with it is if you guys are going to work as a team I believe that the other team members should have at least before walking away and going to clock out for lunch or wherever they were going they should at least clean the back up a little bit instead of throwing all the junks back there you know they should have more order all right bye
One of the best places to go and recycle your recyclables. Staff is very friendly and helpful. This place also handles residential, industrial and commercial recycling.
It was my first time going to SA Recycling. The attendant was very helpful and friendly. In addition, I received the proper refund! I've recycled with other providers who cheat. It was a refreshing experience to say the least!
Its very industrial recycling center.. for all your recycling needs. The guys there are helpful and quick.

We called to recycle an old vehicle, and the gal I spoke with on the phone was so kind, helpful and professional. I couldn't believe how fast the service was completed. From the phone call to the tow team, these guys/gals are great! Great wonderful service, quick and easy.

DONT BUY SODA FROM THE SODA MACHINE!!SCAM!!
They have a soda machine up against their building. When you put your dollar in it doesn't give you any soda. Asked the lady working there if I can have my dollar back because the machine ate it. She says "That's not our machine we can't do anything about it". Then why TF is it on YOUR property!!?? Scam
Easy in and out process on the scale side.Cashier was awesome. But one of the yard workers wasn't doing his job well. He had no sense of direction where to station me to unload my washer and dryer. Causing a backup on the scale.
Please let people know when they call that your not accepting cans and plastic bottles! So they wont show up ! Just to let them know there! That your not!
i had to wait 10 minutes for the cashier to come to the desk and she didn't even apologize for her absents. she was very rude and ruined the experience there are many recyclers around this area so this will be the last time i go here.. don't risk being treated rudely for no reason.
