He was quick to respond to any minor issues that I had with the vehicle, repaired it quickly, in friendly, courteous manner. It is rare to find a business which outstanding customer service. They were awesome! I work for a Ford dealership all the way across the country, and they had a part in stock that is very heavily on backorder. They kept me up to date on when my package was picked up by Fedex which was awesome. Thank you!

My family and I have used Sierra's Auto & Trucks for years now; and our customers have never been let down - if there's any issue with any part, Jonathan has been supe helpful and they get the issue resolved in a timely manner (which is hardly ever the case). This is one of the worst places to buy parts Wouldn’t recommend Customer service is not great Fernando is a piece of trash he make me drive one hour and when I get there this guy change everything prices and parts and he ask me for deposit and he still my money do not buy anything from them.

Worked with a lot of parts places and this is one of the worst. Wanted us to practice unethical business methods by saying we should short change our customers and not tell them if a part is different than original Wouldn’t recommend Customer service is not great

They sell parts more expensive than the dealers. Dealer wanted $61 for part and they wanted $75. Showed proof and still didnt wanna say ok ill lower the price.
