Overall everybody that I worked with was very helpful except for the people who actually took possession of my vehicle. The email made it clear to make an appointment with them to come pick up my vehicle. When I called I told the girl that I work till 4:00 and wouldn't be available till after, she said that wouldn't be a problem. Then on the Friday they were supposed to come pick it up I get a call and I told the guy I'm still at work I won't be home till around 4:00 and he said that's fine I'll go to dispatch and let them know. In my assumption that was that they were going to send somebody to my place after 4:00. At 5:00 I called and the woman said well we're closing and we don't make available times you have to be there between 12:00 and 5:00. Well most of us work during the week and in the end I had to get off early and use sick time to be there just at 4:00 and then I had to use the rest of my sick time at work to be there on Tuesday because I had to make another appointment and be home between 2:00 and 5:00. The lack of communication and the misunderstandings led me to have to use up all of my sick time and leave work early two different days. If things are just being made clear to me at the beginning and people knew how to do their job I wouldn't be so frustrated. And I called Cash for Cars and told them and the guy then informed me that they could have just picked up my car and then I could have mailed in the title and received a check. This alternative was never even given to me in the first place. The guy did show up at the time he was expected and picked up my car and he was very professional and everything was done well and he explained to me what I needed to mail in, but I did have to ask. Overall it was a way more stressful process than just trading in my car but I am happy the car is gone and I'm satisfied with what I was paid.

This was the simplest and best process ever for selling a car. I actually received more than I expected for my car too. And the gentleman who picked up the vehicle was so helpful because I didn’t have the tool to remove my license plate. I would definitely do this again if I need to sell a used car.

Had a great experience with this company and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! First and foremost they gave me the highest quote despite the extensive damage to front end of vehicle. I had called after hours after submitting for a quote online, and the woman I spoke with verified my info was in system and assured a callback the next morning shortly after opening. The next morning at 9 am got the call back to schedule pick up and they suggested 2 days later, and then asked if I prefer same day, but that the time would not be preset. I agreed and less than 2 hours later the truck arrived to pick up my car and pay. The man who assisted me was prompt, efficient and it was a done to deal with in about 3 or 4 minutes no joke. I got the $771 check I was quoted and that was that.
I called and used the internet quotes of about 7 different companies pricing my totaled 08 Toyota Camry, and the average offer was $601-$640. This company paid $771 which is more than the $745 I originally paid to get it out of the tow yard . Very good experience with them!
