Ran into an issue with .y truck not wanting to start. Called AAA , flag towing was called out. Walter V. Responded quickly arriving. He was extremely friendly which put my stress level a little at ease. Got the truck loaded and delivered to desired location while keeping me informed the entire way. Continuously updated me on their arrival time. When Austin arrived, very professional and straight to the point, he confirmed my destination address and even ensured that I was aware that the shop would be closed after we were expected to arrive (which was fine, had confirmed with shop okay to drop off after hours) but that was a nice touch. Even helped push the vehicle into a parking spot in front of the shop. Hopefully never need a tow again, but if I do, hope it's Flag Towing
2 times now I have had to be towed. Both times my AAA got flag towing to tow me. Both times they were respectful, helpful, and were just there to help. Both times the car wasn't even mine but I was stranded with them and flag towing had no issue towing a car that wasn't mine. Would definitely recommend for great service.

I was doing Uber Eats for extra money and I couldn’t stop for gas without risk of my order being cancelled but as I was driving to the gas station my car ran out of gas and I had no choice but to call my AAA to use my fuel benefits but unfortunately after opening a request for fuel delivery I realized I didn’t even have $12 to my name for gas and after explaining my situation to Ryan he told me not to worry about it and he would give the gas totally free of charge. Walter Valle arrived quick, thank God because it was raining pretty hard. I locked my keys in the trunk of my car after leaving an LKQ Pick Your Part in Bloomington CA. Unfortunately LKQ was just closing and I was the last person to leave. It was so cold and to top it all off it had began to rain pretty heavy. Here I am in a huge dark wet cold parking lot in the middle of what it seems like nowhere (google street view would show you what I mean lol). I wasn't afraid, just concerned that I'd be waiting a long time and concerned that I'd get sick. Just as I was just starting to get soaked, Walter pulled up and quickly got me back in my car and on the road to a warm house. He was very kind and helpful.
You know your day isn't off to a good start when your car breaks down and you end up stranded on the freeway. I called for a tow truck service. I really appreciated the quick response time. Fortunately for me my tow truck driver, Walter Valle made my stressful situation easy going and smooth. Walter was very professional and courteous. He arrived in a timely manner and kept me in my car well he set up a safe perimeter with his cones ( I was stranded on the ramp off the fwy partially blocking a lane). Once it was safe, he had me step out if the car and explained the process to me and had me wait in the truck, out of harms way, well he mounted my car. I was impressed with how carefully he handled my car. It was a smooth towed back to my home. He was able to place my car in my driveway which isn't to wide but he did it all in one try without damaging my car. Over all it was a great experience and life saving.

Gabriel was my tow truck driver and he was incredibly professional, polite and accommodating. No one wants to be stuck on the freeway, but if you ever are, this driver and company were then people you want to be there for you. Very impressed.

The clutch went out on our VW while we were on the 60 freeway this past Sunday. We called AAA and The Flag towing co. responded. Our driver Walter called before arriving and assured us he would take good care of us, and arrive quickly, and he did.

Sunday 10/26/2025 at 10:26AM. I exited the freeway and came to my red light. A Flag Towing driver is headed into Grand Terrace from Colton, however it’s now my green and his red light. He RUNS THE RED LIGHT like it’s nothing. I proceed and happen to be going the same direction and now notice this guy runs a stop sign this time at a 3 way stop by the roller-skating place.
Clearly this guy is careless for laws and safety of others on the road. As a business owner, he’s a liability. Eventually he’ll make your insurance rates increase more than they already are, assuming he doesn’t hurt anyone in the process.
With all the issues going on with class A drivers and big trucks in general, this carelessness is unforgivable. I also happened to have my toddler in the truck with me which really made the experience worse. A business that has their driver running around like this is negligent at the very least. I suggest you get this situation handled.
My driver Jesse was very friendly and professional, arrived very fast to help me. Amazing customer service, even had cold water for me. Jesse definetly goes above and beyond with his service. He took every precaution possible to make sure i got to my destination. I felt safe with his service, if i ever need a tow again, i hope it him.
Rafael showed up faster then our expected time frame (7:15am), even sooner before 630am for my daughter's car. He went above and beyond providing excellent Customer service care. I would definitely highly recommend this towing company.
Gabriel with Flag towing was my hero today. So grateful for him. My tire side wall blew out on the freeway today. AAA sent Me this Angel. He was fast, kind and so informative. Little did he know I had been balling my eyes out and shaking from the traumatic experience I just had. He kept me safe and calm. I tried to offer a tip and wouldn’t take it.
