Only reason was a 3 cause driver was great. Having to wait almost 2 hours when am less than 3 miles away from tow company is inexcusable. Dispatch not wanting to let driver get 15 minutes of overtime but instead holding off service fir shift change is pathetic.

I had an incredible experience with Flag Towing thanks to Jonah! He arrived and greeted me very nicely and got to work quickly and efficiently making sure everything was done properly. He also made the ride to where he dropped the car off very smooth, safe, and comfortable, his music taste is also great! Overall, I was provided with an amazing service however my only note would be that the ETA was inaccurate and kept changing but it was not a big issue.

I was on my way home when I suddenly got a flat tire on the freeway. I had quickly pull into the Arco off of La Cadena. Called for roadside assistance. Driver got there quickly. I had a far drive so the driver recommended I put my back tire on the front passenger (which was the flat) and donut on the back. Best advice!!! I was able to get home safely.

My car broke down on the busy passover of a freeway just 2 days after Thanksgiving, and David from Flag Towing came to the rescue! He was super fast at getting to us and really friendly.
