My good friend as I expected your work is second to NONE. I was concerned about the availability of parts for the Pontiac but your staff rises to the occasion and delivers what they promise. I would like to meet the mechanic that did the job. Good people are hard to find and even harder to keep, which you have a gift for determining who is good and needs to do the job.
I mean everything I have told you and I believe you have people's best interest in each and every job you complete. I was shocked about the "little old lady", who did not have a clue about her car and what she needs to spend or what the issues with her vehicle. I listened in the background thinking this was going to be ugly ... But the honesty and integrity YOU bring to your company is something other companies lack and for that you have my service for ever. Thank you for the car it's perfect and I could not be more pleased. Also Lillian is a great asset for the customers in explaining the work needed and pricing the cost of the job.

Came into Gabriel’s for front brake service at my son’s recommendation. Gabriel was friendly and communicative. Had my car back in a few hours. It’s been a little over a week now and everything is working as expected.
I have used Gabriel's Automotive a few times. All of the staff are very courteous and professional. They don't try to upset you on items for your car. The whole team is aware of all the cars they service. When you call with question they can all answer your questions. Gabriel. Gabriel’s was amazing the customer service was the best I have received at a car shop. Their knowledge was great. I had to leave my car to get brakes done and they gave me a ride home and even offered to come pick me up to get the car when it was done. Now my brakes are working amazingly!

I've takin my vehicle here twice, both times were a great experience. Lilly, the lady who works the front desk was very professional and answered all questions I had, even sent text updates with pictures included which I appreciated. Both times being in the shop, they fixed the issues and were very reasonably priced, can't beat that! Very honest work.

He took the time to explain everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. It’s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic these days, but David truly stands out. The service was efficient, reasonably priced, and my car is running smoothly now. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for honest and reliable auto service!
I will share my experience. I took my car for a diagnosis they charge me $150., after two days they told me that the repair will cost me $2500. I said no and then I took it to the dealer and not only they found that the issue was completely different that these guys told me but also I paid only $1000 for the repair included labor cost. And I will have a warranty for two years with the dealer. I won’t take my car never ever to these people.

So Gabriel's automotive has been nothing but great to my wife and I. They have gone to bat for us with the warranty. Group did not approve the whole claim. Gabriel's has offered a finance option.No I give Gabriel's nothing but 5 stars so far and they haven't even worked on my car yet.I really do hope.That we work something out and they're able to do the work for me.Because I already know.I feel that they'll do a great job.I do recommend gabriel's automotive
I have had many services done on my vehicle here. The most recent was change of brake pads, rotors, and brake oil. Gabriel is a great guy super friendly and I think the prices are competitive. I like that he follows up with you. For delay in services or something that requires a lot of time they will provide a rental for you. This is a great since you don’t have to be stuck there and could get some errands done while you wait. Overall great experience, great price, and great customer service.
Been looking for a new, honest, reliable mechanic for our families cars. Thankfully I discovered Gabriel’s and my search is over. I approached him stating my truck had an oxygen intake prob. I thought it could be 1 of 3 reasons. Super nice guy and he said it would be $128 to diagnose and then apply that to the fix. Couple of hrs later he called telling me what it was. He gave me a price to fix and added I should take care of some other concerns if I wanted to keep my truck around as long as possible. I’m somewhat mechanically inclined and agreed with everything he said. He gave me a very reasonable price (good work is not cheap and cheap work is not good) and the following day I picked up my truck and it was running better than ever. Very happy/satisfied and have found my families mechanic
There is no trust with mechanic because they're just so dishonest but I can say that Gabriel's has earned my trust & has had my BMW for a couple days to trace wiring from my o2 sensors. I've taken it to a couple shops but never left it. I decided to leave it with Gabriel's, we'll see how it goes. I'll check back in once I know more...
Had a great experience in our first time to Gabriel's Automotive. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. While the technician was diagnosing the problem, I received regular updates on the status of the diagnosis. Once the issue was identified, the part was ordered from the dealer and the car was repaired and ready the next day. I am very satisfied with my experience at Gabriel's Auto and I'll be back again!
Great experience. I took my Tesla in for AC problems, no cold or hot air. They told me it would take a few hrs and offered to give me a ride back home which I agreed to. My car was ready within a few hrs and I was happy with the quality work they performed and the price was right. The owner called me a few day after to see if everything went well. I thought that was nice of him. A plus experience. I found a new place to take all my car for mechanical needs.
If you’re not sure if you should try out Gabriel’s shop… THIS IS YOUR SIGN TO GO FOR IT because you won’t regret it. Also, 1000% worth the commute from LA. As a single mom, I had been taken advantage of by other shops on several occasions and it left me traumatized. I shared my past experiences with Gabriel and David (both awesome) and they provided a level of service that proved to me that great, honest mechanics do exist.
I paid other shops thousands to repair a leak that remained unfixed for over a year. After finally taking my car to the dealership, I was told that my car needed over $10,000 of work done. However, Gabriel and his miracle team took care of my car for only $1,600. They even fixed additional unforeseen issues quickly, ensuring my car was returned with the leak resolved once and for all and in the best shape possible.
I was skeptical until the very end (though optimistic) and regrettably started morphing into a nightmare customer (triggered by previous experiences); however, they remained professional and compassionate… and most importantly, finally fixed my car. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
I had my breaks and rotors fixed on my 2017 Ford expedition front and back , actually every car i have owned. Gabriel NEVER disappoints me. His customer service is excellent. Everyone is friendly, explains everything in detail and they honor all his coupons he sends in his newsletter. Thanks again for making another experience great!
