In Grandview on Birch Jade a fast track towing truck is parked at night is that driver has been seen breaking out windows and throwing huge rocks causing major dents in cars of his neighbors very unprofessional now breaking out people's tail lights and stuff like that's the reason for him to get pulled over so I don't know if you guys are doing this to create fake business for yourself you know create the problem fix the problem kind of deal but be paid in the middle of it

Let me start by saying Travis was the best. Super professional, super friendly and super helpful. Made my wife feel comfortable. We were broke down on the side of 58 late at night He came and got us. He brought us to his shop and let us spend the night in our RV. Everyone was wonderful and a very stressful time. Thank you very much I would highly recommend them and I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Wow! the best towing service I've ever had. from the call to driver. communication and speed is off the charts. I felt comfortable with them from start to finish. Really good people.

The guys are awesome! They helped us out when we were literally stuck with a dead truck. An I still have to figure out what I'm doing with my dead truck.

Charles was amazing. I could not have asked for a better more caring person. He was very good. He went way out of his way to make sure I got to where I needed to go. I highly recommend this towing company.

Everyone we spoke to at Fast Trac Towing was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. The gentlemen that helped us out of a sand ditch were polite and worked quickly. The rates are competitive with nearby towing services and they able to come to our rescue quicker than other places. They were even nice enough to follow us and make sure we made it to the freeway.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful made the process of getting my vehicle out of impound as smoothly as it could I was in and out in 15 min

I am totally thankful and greatful for their service the man that runs the shop or at least the weekend was amazing . We had such a rough night/day him being so reasonable and helpful was a breathe of fresh air. Thank you guys!

The manager Anthony was friendly, considerate, and helped us in a pinch. We were stranded just south of the Mojave in the middle of July on a 114° day at the hottest time of day. We were over an hour away from any help and they got to us as quick as they could. They even brought some cold water for us and the dog.

I was on my way from Las Vegas to vacation to San Diego when my car broke down outside of Baker. My tow truck driver, Zach, was a godsend and truly made my night better. He checked in with me regularly to let me know how far away he was, he asked if I needed anything and offered to stop at a convenience store and get me anything I needed. He got me all set up for my car to be checked on in the morning before I even went there the next day. And he dropped me off at a motel and wouldn't leave until he made sure they had a room for me. Everyone says chivalry is dead but not in this case. Zach was awesome, a true gentleman helping a damsel in distress lol. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I have towing through my insurance so they sent Fast Trac Towing. I can honestly say the dispatcher was unprofessional and rude. She kept putting me on hold and was cagey with her answers on an ETA. I waited 4 hours for a tow that I called and scheduled at 8am for a 4:30pm pick up time. I called back 4 seperate times starting an hour after the scheduled pick up time. I kept getting the same he's 15 minutes out B.S. So here's where my luck changed. A gentleman working the night shift came in to get ready for his shift saw my paperwork work and how long I had been waiting for someone to come (7:06 pm at this point) He got ready and clocked on early to come and get me . Keep in mind Im a woman alone in an empty parking lot waiting for a tow truck scheduled to show up at 4:30pm. He was nothing but professional apologetic of what happened. I only give the tow company 3 stars but the tow truck driver Zach 5 plus stars.

I have used this team for several years to clear our yard. The provide excellent customer service and excellent results. Outstanding!

We broke down about 80 miles from Vegas and zach got to us quick and had us dropped off at our hotel. Cant tell him thanks enough for just being down to earth and helping us through our troubles. Will definitely recommend them if you ever breakdown in the area.

They work with chp so they tow your car Friday keep it till monday! Then quote you a price on phone then u get there and it increase by 40$ Then they find a another issue which charged another 40$ due to 10 min over due to towing your car.... But if you need revenge on enemies call them...

Fast track towing is trying to steal (not repo because it does not belong to them) and sell my car under a false claim for a lien. They were paid for the time that they had my car. They had my car for not even 72 hours, and claimed to have had it for a month and some change. Explain this to me: how am I driving my car if you were never paid for the storage fee?last time I checked, a towing company would not release a car that has not been paid for. Perjury? Not a good look for a business.

Words cannot express how grateful I am for the excellent service I received from Fast Trac Towing on 8/11/18. I was stranded on Hwy 40 e/b in the middle of the day. I "limped" my 2014 Honda Civic 25 miles to the Kelbaker offramp. Jacob arrived within 30 minutes of my call for help, which was projected to be 90 minutes. Jacob was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He and Fast Trac will forever be in my thoughts. Thank you Fast Trac for hiring such great drivers/saviors!!!

An absolute lifesaver! I was stuck in the middle of the desert with no other way to move my car after my back tire blew out. Anthony arrived and saved the day!!! He also was absolutely great conversation. 10/10

My roadside assistance provider (tow truck driver), Zach, was seriously the best. So nice and helpful to the best of his abilities. He wasn’t authorized to help me fix my car, but provided me with the information I needed to get myself back on the road after taking me to a safe location where I could work on my car. He then waited to make sure I was safe and on my way home before leaving me. This was really helpful seeing as I was alone, hours from home, and it was the middle of the night!

My husband and I were traveling via RV through Barstow on I40 on our way back to Florida and experienced a blowout on our tow vehicle. Thankfully, Fast Trac Towing answered the call. Once they were finally dispatched - that’s a different story - they arrived well within the estimated time. It’s scary to be stranded out in the middle of nowhere after dark but Steven, the tow truck driver, immediately put us at ease. He was so courteous and professional. There was a mix up in the location of the repair facility but Steven just handled it without any hesitation. Such a blessing! Thank you Steven and Fast Trac/City Towing!

After driving 8 hours to retrieve my stolen vehicle and paying $400 to get my car, the owner tried to charge me $85 to move my disabled car 20ft to my trailer. What a crook
