Was traveling back from Las Vegas to LA when my radiator cracked as I was passing Baker. I limped back to Baker and found A-1. It was getting late in the day. I tried to get Enterprise in Barstow to come and pick me up but no go. Dave came over and said he and Justin would stay late and do the job and get me back on the road. Talk about going ABOVE AND BEYOND! These guys are FANTASTIC! It is not very often you find people who will go out of their way for you. A BIG Thank You to Dave and Justin from the bottom of my heart!

If you are looking for a first class mechanice in the Baker, Californit area you will find it at A-1 All Night Service. Recently we were stradnded 11 miles out of Baker, CA and Justin, the owner, came to our resuce.Our 17 year old Hummer had over heated in 111 degree weather. They had to keep it overnight because it was a complex problem. Justin even towed all our 5 passengers and all of our gear into Henderson to get a hotel at 11:P.M.Justin is compassionate, honest , efficient and knows how to get the job done. His invoicw lists every detail of his repairs and his prices are fair especially when you are stranded in the hot desert and can't get to your destination..I just wish he were my mechanic in my city cause he's the best in the west in my book. Amazing service. We stopped here on the way to Vegas after we got a flat. Even though it said they were closed they were out here working on a Saturday afternoon. They didn't have the tire we needed, but called a local guy who brought one over in 10 minutes! Guys were super friendly and had cold waters for us while we waited. And did not over charge us!!! They'll get you all fixed up, if you need them definitely stop here and check to see if someone is out here working.

Chema is amazing job done mostly this area tire shop doesn't want repair A1 towing is the only honestly take time and we'll job done i was so impressed bc of Chema

Not only was this Towing Guy a Gentlemen but he knew what he was doing! Was super careful with my dodge Ram. I Love how Careful they were and sweet he was with my truck. HEY. THANK YOU A1 (MATT I THINK WAS HIS NAME)

Towed me from just past Bakersfield to Las Vegas, I can’t remember the drivers name but he was a big grisly looking guy who was the most cheerful and courteous tow truck driver I ever met. These people charged me $25/mile ($960 for a tow from primm to Henderson). They definitely take advantage of the situation you’re in. I still gave 3 stars because the driver Eddie was nice. His boss is over charging people in bad situations. I’d say stay away, but if you’re calling them you probably have no other choice and they know it. Just be prepared to pay up.

Shout out to all the blue collar working people! They really are the backbone of our country! Dennis-wonderful Dennis-come to our rescue after our truck died on the first leg of Baker grade. AAA unfortunately gave him wrong phone number and GOS location. Dennis drove on the highway and found us! He rearranged his guys so we would have 2 trucks-1 for our dead truck and another for our 5th wheel. They towed both of our vehicles to Henderson. Not only is Dennis a nice guy, but wealth of knowledge of all the happenings of stalled/stuck vehicles between Vegas and California. Dennis-we can never thank you enough for saving us during this hot day! God love you! This company is so awesome!

Stay away from this shop, they will overcharge you for the easiest work possible. Came for a quick 10 min tire pressure valve stem replacement, they charged $21 for the part and $30 for labor when the part should be $5 and labor no more than $25. We were coming thru from vegas on our way home to california so we had no option of going somewhere else because we were running out of air the more we drive. Overall, this place are scammers.

On Wed 3/14 AAA had send A1 all night towing to my location they responded in less then 30 min. I apologize for forgetting the drivers name but he was very nice and took us to Vegas jeep dealer. You have a great employee that represents your company. Thank you

Dispatch was very friendly, fast, and helpful, and Juan arrived within about 45 mins despite us being a dozen miles from Baker, and it being late at night. Tow cost was based on an hourly rate, and Juan got us into Vegas quickly and safely. Thanks, A-1!!

I request service from AAA and this towing company was designated to tow my vehicle .Instead the woman call me and cancel the service because they were not interested in towing my vehicle a far distance. Very inconvenient. They will not go out of their way to help. Make sure that you ask who they are before requesting service from them . Not reliable at all. Specifically on a Sunday afternoon when all you want is to get homa safely. I also blame AAA because they should know, and make people aware of the company that are not willing to work with you on a tow service.

20 minute wait. Matt E. Showed up quickly. We were on our way to CA from Vegas when the engine blew. Okay, so my husband did the money shift and the engine of the Golf R was mad. Matt picked us up and took us back up to Las Vegas quickly!! Enjoyed riding with him!! Nice guy, easy to talk to on the long drive!

I was stranded on the freeway in a very remote area. The tow truck driver, Matt, immediately called me to let me know when he would arrive approximately 1 hour. The closest town (45) miles away had no tires for my car. In the end he had to tow my car to another location about an hour down the road. He was aware of my situation and stayed in touch with me through the whole process.

Called late night, there was a heavy wind storm, winds 75mph on I-15 Jaun pulled up at 2a.m. very tired, we where too , decide to rest till 8:00. He stayed with us in his truck, we in our RV, he hooked up and towed us Napa parts store in Las Vegas, great service, great driver.

The driver that tow my truck from Baker To fontana, 130 miles was really professional, super nice to my parents. 100% great costumer service. You guys at A-1 have an awesome human being as a truck driver. Thank you.

We had an amazing experience with Matt. He was very friendly and kind. He treated my family with such care. My kids wanted to talk his ear off the whole way and he stayed engaged without being bothered one bit. Very great guy. Handled our car with care and got us to our destination safely. Thank you Matt!

Five Star service! Broke down 110 miles from Vegas on a back road. Drivers picked us up in an hour and drove us to Vegas. Professional and very courteous. Would recommend!

We were stuck on the 15N, 18 miles from NV border from San Diego, when the car needed to be pulled off the road due to a flashing oil light. It was 9/9/21 around 4pm and we were on the side of the road in the desert in 100+ degree heat! We contacted AAA for assistance. They told us someone would be out in 90mins. It actually took 3 hours! Just before we were going to call AAA and make sure we were not forgotten, Dennis from A-1 called us! He let us know he was on his way and he was sorry for the delay. He got there right when he said he would and made sure we (2 females) were ok and asked if we needed water or a bathroom stop before towing the car to the dealership. He explained that unfortunately just when we'd called there had been multiple accidents and breakdowns between us and NV and that was the cause of the delay for everyone. Dennis was more than professional, he was a saving grace! He got us safely to a dealership and made sure we were ok before he left us to go help more motorists! I hope I never have that experience again, but I will not forget Dennis!

Dispatch was friendly and helpful. Billy got our 22’ camper van out of the sand in less than 5 minutes then escorted us back to the paved road and explained where not to drive in the desert to avoid getting stuck. I give him my highest rating. Very fair pricing as well. Thanks Billy!

I was told $225 hourly from baker to Las vegas. Eurinque charged me $900 Cash,for a 2 hour trip. I'm filing a small claims case. Also he left me in the car on a flatbed. I was sick from the moving vehicle. Dispatch is rude and they should be out of business.

The truck dispatcher was very rude and threatening to me. He was putting his face right in front of me and acting like he's about to fight me for some reason. He took my car to a repair shop where they just put a wrong kind of oil and ruined my car. When I tried to start the engine and couldn't start it, they just kept laughing at me and mocking. On the way to two my car home, he kept complaining about how he would not get any extra money for towing my car back to Los Angeles.

After calling AAA, we received a call from A-1 All Night Service to verify our location. The lady let me know the driver would be there in about 30 minutes. The tow truck driver was a few minutes early, very polite and friendly. He towed us 98 miles and was such a great driver I was comfortable enough to doze off in the back seat. He did an excellent job unloading our dually truck in a tight residential area with cars parked in the street, making it even more difficult. I definitely recommend A-1 All Night Service.

We're AAA members but even if we weren't Dennis and his wife saved our lives in 115 degree heat and miraculously had gear oil we needed to get our van back on the road with our 2 young children and Boxer dog. Thank God they are in Baker to help husbands like mine out of a sticky situation. Super nice and very generous A++++++ service and more stars than I can select on here.

I received THE BEST customer service experience with this company. AAA dispatched them to help tow my vehicle. When they came out I noticed that I had my b husband's AAA card and my husband had mine. He was very patient with me and assured me that he would at least let me to a safe place. Everything checked out and he was able to tow my car. I WISH I could remember his name...however I will make it a priority to find him and pay it forward!

I must say this place is so nice, the people are so respectful and helpful. My husband was stranded in his work truck and I started calling these towing places to find out were he was because his phone died and i was super scared for him. The Man Tylor was very sweet and told me he had a service call for him. I had found my baby :) He was so nice i thanked him so much for being so kind and concern about my feelings as well.. i Must Rate this place a 13/10
