  Christian was very helpful an helping me get the right parts and making sure that I have the right tools to fix my spark plugs. He helped me with suggestions on how to do it properly and what to use to Grease the spark plugs when I put them in. It is very helpful and very nice and generally a great person. Thank you so much Cristian. I will definitely be coming to O’Reillys instead of AutoZone.

  This store does not stand by the parts they sell! I bought a new air conditioner compressor, had it installed and charged and it did not work at all. The store replaced it but refuses to pay for the labor to replace and re-charge a second time. Now the new compressor is failing. Basically they are say too bad for me. Don't do business with this company Update: The store has now paid the labor!

  First off..I waited three days for a air filter. They never bothered to call me when it came in..I have no idea why. When I went to pick it up..the woman was rude and handed me the air filter. I get it home and it was badly damaged. My bf took it back the next day and asked for the manager..he was eating lunch. The girl at the desk apologized and refunded the money on the card. We went across to AutoZone and they had the filter in stock..very polite and excellent service.

  Out of the 4 O'Reilly's in the high desert area that I have visited, the AV hwy 18 store is hands down the best. The people who work there are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and always willing to do what ever it takes to get you the parts you need. For some strange reason every employee I have dealt with at this store has the ability to do two things at once. That is a skill that is rapidly disappearing from our workforce. Everyone here is great. Most helpful friendly and knowledgeable for me has always been Deanna. And she has a wonderful sense of humor while doing it.

  Sold me the wrong part…. After explaining to them my application was diesel. They gave me a gasoline part. That’s ok stuff happens I took it back to return it.didn’t have the card with me so they could not refund my money. I’m 12 miles from here they would not give me a cash return. These minimum wage employees wanting 20 dollars an logout and can’t even ring up the correct part. This mistake cost my business $1500 dollars due to poor customer service I explained and stated diesel at least 5 times. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. With my 12 vehicles I service regularly

  Placed an order online. An email was sent with instructions on when to pick up the order. Email arrived, but never received a phone call from them stating "your order is ready to be picked up". Had to give them a call in order to complete the order. Arrived and spoke with Gabriel. Very helpful, courteous, and professional. That man deserves a raise! All of my parts were as described, clean, and in stock

  Great store. They always have what I need. Went in and had my battery checked and learned that it was dead. They were awesome explaining the price options for batteries. I also needed windshield wipers. to my great surprise they came out and installed the battery and windshield wipers for me right there in the parking lot and it is 35° outside! Thank you so much guys and gals.

  This store has the worst customer service ever! They don't mind taking your money, but can't come outside for 5 seconds to show you how to apply the product correctly. I would highly suggest going to Auto Zone where they will help you!

  Staff was super helpful and had no problem walking me to the isle and help me pick out a part for my car. Oil prices are a little high but no one can compete with Wal-Mart prices. That said, I've ordered brakes and rotors with ease from O'Reillys. Definitely recommend this place.
