They said I didn't need an appointment when I called to get one but when I had my car towed in, the person who brought it in was told they might not get to it that day... I called when I got off work and they hadn't done anything, same story next morning so I expressed I really needed my car by next business day, not realizing at this time that they close early on Saturday. I then received a call with an incorrect repair diagnosis with no diagnostic testing to back this up and an estimate of nearly $600 on a 2-3 hour job but since they were nearly closing for the day, they couldn't do it until Monday.
I told them I needed my car so I'd just come pick it up. I only took it to them because when I called to make an appointment I was told they weren't busy so I didn't need one. Now they are just throwing me a diagnosis before they close to have time to figure out what is really wrong and still get paid. They tell my step-dad that even after they do the quoted repair they will still have to do a full diagnostic to see if that actually fixed the problem. How does that make sense? Only because they never did any kind of diagnostic in the first place and what they said was wrong, wasn't the problem, they would have performed that "repair" then found the ACTUAL problem and called it a secondary problem to justify charging me more.
I guess I'm lucky I had my car towed out of there but the crooks still robbed me of a diagnostic fee for services they never performed.
I took my 2017 Lexus for a wheel alignment and they charged me $85 which was fine but they did a poor job. I noticed that my car was making a lot of noise like if it was going to fall apart. I thought it was the shocks at first so I took it to my mechanics shop and he noticed that there were screws loose and that's why it was making all the noise. Very poor service and I will never come here again. The sad part is that I was sent here by a good person.

I went to have the a/c fixed in my Altima right before the heat started this year. They straightened it out very quick for a fair price and it's still blowing ice cold 3 months later. Very happy with the service I received and highly recommend them.
I have taken my vehicle's to them, to do oil changes 2 major work. They've done excellent job for me and Reasonably priced and get it done in A reasonable amount of time

Albert did a great job fixing my breaks and solved my noise problem. Plus picking me up at my home after work was completed. Very helpful in my hard times.
I went to roadrunner auto for the first time. I had a saturn ion that needed a radiator fix and they not only fixed the issue. They were kind, efficient, and cost effective. Definitely my new autoshop spot for any future problems. I would and will recommend this place in the future to everyone and anyone. UPDATE they let go of Jessie who was the best and main reason I went here. They wanted to charge 120 for a code scan. I'd shop somewhere else from now on.
Best auto place in town. Honest, do good work and are reasonably priced. This is the only mechanic I have ever trusted and has proven to be trustworthy in my entire life. I’ve gone here for over 16 years and have brought over six different kinds of cars here. They have never failed to do pristine work.

I usually just take my cars to their smog shop for a smog because they're close, but recently I had been chasing an emissions leak on my Jeep and couldn't find it... for 3 years. I got angry and tired of looking, and I called them up to ask for pricing to find the leak so that I could fix it myself. They charged just the simple diagnostic fee, found the leak, and even sent me a video to show it to me. We even had a couple of nice chats about my vehicle during the process, and once I had it fixed, they smogged it for me and it passed.
These guys are good, honest, and ethical mechanics, and I will definitely continue doing business with them.
Quick, courteous and honest. Jesse helped me diagnose my suspicions and validate what I thought was the issue without charging me an inspection fee. He was very honest on what might incur a cost on labor, but he decided to just help me out by taking a quick look and that really showed how honest the shop is. Highly recommend this auto repair shop.
Road runner auto is a great shop. They did an engine replacement for me. It ran great and is running well after 3 years on the road. They struck me as very honest during that interaction. Then about 6 months later I went in to have my air conditioner charged by them and and they suspected that they may not have charged it when they did the engine replacement. So when I showed up to pick up the truck it was a free AC service.
If I could recommend any changes I would say they need to keep their shop cleaner and more organized. As I know that first impressions mean a whole lot. Rest easy if you have these guys work on your car.

Initially, the place is underrated, just another automotive place. I went in to check the engine light and an overheating issue with my Chevy Cruze. From the moment I dropped my car off to the time I picked it up, Jesse, the mechanic there was honest, accommodating, and thorough. My car was in and out of the shop within two days. He discovered a problem, explored other possible problems, and proposed solutions. I have only met two non-referred mechanics that were awesome, Jesse is one of them. Thank you.
I’ve heard of this place a few years ago. I used them then and the tech stated nothing was wrong with my alignment. Yesterday, I took the same vehicle into to them because I knew my car needed the alignment done. They were already busy and it was only 8:15am. The older gentleman told me it would be a few hours before my vehicle would be done. Sure enough around 10am they called me saying it was ready for pick up. All around These guys are professional with the service they provide. I would definitely go back here.
I absolutely love this place! Just moved down here and I will always go here from now on. Andy has always made sure I’ve been taken care of and this shop always does it fast.
They’ve done a lot of stuff on my car, even when I broke down I took it here, Andy helped me out and got my car out the next day. They fixed everything, etc, and still gave me a good deal.
I had called another shop and they wanted to charge 3x the amount and didn’t even want to do everything Road Runner did.
From now on my car will only come here. If you have any doubts, forget them. Come here to get everything you can done, these guys are absolutely the best!!!!!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. As a woman it’s very hard to find a place that is genuinely trying to help you and not just steal your money. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. When I asked a simple and logical question about the work that was being done on my vehicle I was told I was just ‘in my emotions’. The work that gets done here is repugnant and I highly recommend going somewhere that will at least respect you enough to do the job they promise customers.
Our work van started having a issue the other day while we were out and our first thought was where can we bring it since our previous mechanic we used all the time retired. Well I called a friend and she recommended Road Runner. So we brought it there. I have to say this place is great, trustworthy and honest. They diagnosed the problem and had it fixed by the end of the very same day we brought it in. Also the price they charged was great. The workers are all friendly and knowledgeable. For sure they are our new mechanic. Thank you again Jesus and all your workers.
Trustworthy and honest. I've been taking my cars here for years from a coworker's recommendation and he's always straightforward. He even told me when my last car had a really bad prognosis and didn't even charge me for the diagnostics (just encouraged me to get a new one but gave options if I wanted to save it). I work nearby and they've even picked me up and dropped me off when needed. Great little place
Took the car in for a few issues and an alignment. Not only was the alignment taken care of but one of the other two issues was fixed while inspecting it with no extra charges. Third issue was diagnosed and I for sure will be a return customer! Excellent communication! Listened to my concerns and fixed it right the first time.
I would just like to say these guys helped me with brakes, rotors and pads and charged me a minimal price and even changed my oil as an added bonus. Brakes are working great. I had another problem with my van and the alarm system. It became ultra sensitive for some reason and I got panicked and began to get upset with them over the issue. Throughout it all they were highly professional, and walked me through the actual problem. Despite my difficult attitude they never wavered on there commitment to me or my vehicle. Jesus the man in charge at this place looked into the problem himself, adjusted the alarm, and didn't charge me a dime for it even though it took some time to get to the bottom of it. It is so refreshing to find top quality, and low cost in one shop. This is Rocky posting this message I am a customer that has been won over by these guys, they are top notch. I will take my vehicles there from now on, and I highly recommend using them if you want things done right. I have taken my vehicle here several times. The prices were good, but the service was on the bad side of so-so.
I dropped my vehicles off for simple service (oil change, tire rotation, and in one case a smog) and each time they exceeded the quote time substantially. I was once told an hour, only to return in an hour and be told it would be another hour. My vehicle hadn't even moved from the spot!
Today was the last straw. I called Thursday afternoon to ask to have my vehicle scheduled for service at 8am the coming Friday. Told me to come on down at 8 and it wouldn't be a problem. I arrived at 7:55am only to be told it would be 'at least' an hour before they would service my vehicle. I was told matter-of-factly that there were customers who arrived before me this morning and they would be helped first. When I protested that I had made an appointment, they did not budge.
I run a busy schedule and my time is valuable. By refusing to honor an appointment and repeatedly giving out substantially inaccurate quote times for work to be completed they have shown they they do not value my time or my business.
These guys can't professionally handle something as simple as an oil change. I certainly wouldn't trust them with more substantial repairs.
Someone I know recommended Road Runner. I tried them because the other shop I was taking my automobiles was ripping me off. I've used Road Runner ever since. They are several miles from where I live, but it is worth it. They are honest, priced right, and I've never had a problem with any of the work they have done. I'd hadn't been there in over a year and when I brought one of my automobiles in, the owner was asking me how my other cars are. Odd, maybe, but he remembered! If you want a honest place for auto repairs. I recommend Road Runner.
