Awesome work, great experience! I took my Yukon there for some body work on the rear passenger door after it met with a pole at a car wash. Julie got me a quick quote for the work, which I found to be reasonable, and was so friendly and helpful the entire time. They managed to make it look as good as new! I'd definitely go there again and recommend them to anyone.
I brought in a aftermarket rear spoiler for my car. Julie was fabulous to work with. A small communication error with what type of spoiler it was (plastic or fiberglass) the price increased by one hundred dollars. No big deal, still thought it was a good price. A few days later I was told to come pick up the spoiler. After I picked it up and went home I realized there were about 10 imperfections. I emailed the shop with pictures and Julie said to bring it in and they’ll take care of it. A few days later I go back to pick up the spoiler and found it had 1 small imperfection. I left and was called 4 minutes later stating that the shop wouldn’t touch the spoiler anymore because it would ruin the clear coat. Then I was told they would paint the spoiler black and refund my money. I was extremely confused because the small imperfection was the size of a pen dot. So I return to the shop and Ismael takes the spoiler and says he’ll paint it black and give me back my money which I thought was a bit dramatic and over the top. At first he refused to give me my part but I insisted and it was returned to me. I’m fairly certain there was a small miscommunication somewhere but for what it’s worth they did good work which is why I’m giving them 4 stars.
The pricing was reasonable, the customer service was even better. And the job they did with the truck was fantastic! I had a nasty scrape on the side of the truck and not only did they fix it, they made it better than when I left it with them.
Amazing shop. Amazing staff. Amazing pricing. Overall a gem of a shop here in the high desert. I have come to this shop prior to have a rear bumper cover painted and most recently to have some bodywork done. Service was prompt staff was friendly and the work was done not only at a fantastic rate but, the quality of the work is also damn near perfect. I will be recommending this shop to all of my friends and family and will continue to come for any future endeavors.
The people at Mojave paint and body are fantastic. Honest quotes they tell you every detail of what needs to be done and what your options are. I highly recommend them for any work you need done on your car.
Sent bumpers in to get color matched to truck and it’s only white and they came back totally different and they would not redo them so they matched the truck bad attitudes at this place do not recommend to anyone
I bring all my trucks here to get color matched. Julie in the front is super helpful. She always answers all my question and always takes care of my rental car. Ismael is an amazing painter best in the HD by far. What I love the most is that they're always on time with their turn in, not like other body shop that keep your car for month before they touch a screw.
Julie was great help, as for the rest of the shop employees and owner Ismael they are no help and treat the customers with no respect. They did not fix my bumper where the paint was peeling where they made the repairs, they told me it was like that already. And told me they could not help me. Do not take your vehicles here, they are AMATURES!!! Had to take my truck back to them for areas they tried to repair with incorrect parts, and for the paint peeling off bumper in area they worked on. Once again not a professional shop. 100% disappointed. Also took my truck to the dealer for a mirror replacement and when door panel was taken off they found that the clips were broken and panel was held on by double sided tape. And 2 screws missing from bumper area. This place is a joke very dishonest people who are just trying to make a buck!!!!!!
I just had my entire 2006 Nissan Titan painted. I did a color change and they did a beautiful job! They were very professional and I couldnt be happier!
I had to have my front and back bumper redone. Also had some areas repaired due to sun damage. Everything looks fantastic. Fair price and great work. Half the price of a lot of the surrounding areas. Would definitely recommend this place to a friend.
