just called in and the guy over the phone sounded dead and like he did not want to help me and everything I asked about my car he kept saying " cant get it " but not taking a min to look. his vocab and attitude was a bad first time caller.
I brought a bumper and two other parts under $150 total was $137 to be exact.
These people over charged me $1370.39
That is half my rent money, if I wouldn't have noticed they would have gotten away with it. I call and I guess "accounting" isn't working today so I was advised to call back Monday before the guy could say a time I hung up this is absurd. I will be dispute the ENTIRE AMOUNT FOR FRAUD
The big dude with glasses need to work on his customer service and how to talk to people, idk how he works in front desk , the other stuff they are very professional and polite.

Customer Service is amazing over the phone and in person. They keep mostly all parts in stock. Prices are extremely competitive if not cheaper them most places. Levan you definitely got my business for future orders.
They have always come threw with lowest prices on parts for my 1997 Nissan sentra. Hard to find some parts still. If they need to order it it's there in no more than 3 days. Helpful and friendly always. Came to me highly recommended by friends when I wasn't able to ride driver side view mirror. Tried them and was not disappointed in the least! I highly recomend them now too!
this place charges 3 times the price then screws you when they sell you the wrong part . I purchased bumper and rubber mold for the bumper they sold me it did not fit they sold me the wrong part and then charged me $50 to restock it when it was their mess up and their part and I was charged $50 for them to put the item back on the shelf the item was only $80 I called the dealership and they located the part for $35 this place is way over charging dont waste your time or money
They went out of the way to help me,quality products good prices exceeded expectations then I forgot my card they called to let me know so I could go back thumbs up
Nice, quiet place. They seem to have lots of inventory, but didn't have what I need in stock. The employee offered to order it, but I had to decline because I needed the part same day. Overall, a nice experience.
Nice and helpful staff. They had what I needed for 2001 model car but didn't have any parts for old school cars (1979). I had shopped around for the parts I needed and their price was the best by far.
They didn't accept to return the items just because is over 2 weeks! we going to buy online @amazon or @ebay for cheaper, but you guys loose your customers for sure! (Dealer wholesale account!)
A great place to buy aftermarket parts for your car. Best prices and they are quick. I bought headlights and they were not in stock. I ordered them and received 'em the next day. Goos customer service as well.
Terrible Customer Service. I purchase a front bumper for my car and did not fit probably so I try to return it or at least to exchange it so their decision was that I was reliable. I am never buying here again. They are thieves and won't help anybody except themselves. Buyers beware bad business.
They had all the parts I needed in stock and the best price in town! I was in and outta there in 10 mins. Great service and great parts and at the best prices.
