Navi was so professional and helpful, he picked up the phone at 11:30 at night to schedule an am tow.. He suggested an alternate tire shop from the one I was trying to go because they were not able to remove a striped out lug nut. He got me where I need to go, and we had a great conversation on the way there. Additionally the price was super reasonable. God is good, Thank you Navi!!!!

I needed my car towed from the Midas in West Sac to the dealership in Roseville and finding a towing company that wouldn't cost me an arm and leg was stressing me out. Thankfully, one of my coworkers suggested Rapid Road Service. The owner, Naveed, responded quickly and was available at the time I needed the tow. Furthermore, the price was VERY AFFORDABLE!! They got back to me after i called them with a reasonable rate and decided to get them to help me out. I thought itd be a very simple pickup and drop, easiest call theyd ever have. I wasnt too worried about damages cause was gonna be scrapped. But when he showed up and took his time doing a proper job (could be cause didnt want to damage the truck bed understandably) I was supprised about the care that was taken.
If they quote a reasonable rate you should go with them, hopefully you get the same guy i did.

My car got a flat tire and it was around 11:30pm. I called my insurance company and they connected me with Rapid Road Service. Within the next 15-20 minutes, I got a call from Mohammed and he said that he would be arriving at my location in 10-15 minutes. He was incredibly fast, very friendly, and super helpful. He fixed my flat tire in less than 10 minutes. When I tried to start my car, unfortunately, my car didn’t start since my battery was dead due to the usage of hazard lights for more than one hour. So he helped me jump-start the car. He made sure that everything was fine and then he left. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of roadside assistance.
Naveed was a super cool guy, very nice and prepared to do a quick and painless tow. He also grabbed my arm to stop me from stepping into the path of an oncoming car. In short, picking Rapid Road Service just might save your life.
Absolutely amazing service and very professional the guy charged me a decent rate and was not trying to rip me off. I called another tow company and that guy said he would be there in an hour and shows up a few hours later. Other companies wanted twice the amount to go 5 miles. I called these guys and they had a driver over in 10 minutes. Their truck was clean and the gentleman was professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Rapid Road Service provided excellent service to my call for a jump start. They were very professional on the phone, arrived quickly and gave very competent service. The price was $30.00 less than the last company I had out for the same problem. Can't ask for anything more! Will definitely call them the next time I need assistance!

Excellent service from a local family-owned business. We scheduled an appointment to move a car today. Naveed called about 30 minutes before our appt to tell us he was enroute and asked if he could arrive early. He provided great service at a reasonable price, and charged us exactly what he quoted. Nadeem was courteous, cheerful, and professional. We will definitely call Rapid Road Service for all of our future road service needs.

After me and my two girls picked up my oldest daughter from school yesterday afternoon, we broke down on the side of the road. Well the middle of the street actually. An offcier was kind enough to push us to the curb. It was a lil scary and stressful b/cuz there was no warning sign on the sienna's end and it was hot. So I could'nt communicate to other with lights or brakes either. Good thing my sister in law was near by. Also, it is with a grateful spirit I share that my family had the best roadside service experience too. Of course I said a prayer too for calmness. I never have had this happen to before plus my three babies were with me. The response time was appreciated and impressive. Thanks to Naveed we have our lives as spoils- safe, sound. Bad Customer Service ***My Reply After Owner Response: After submitting a Roadside assistance from my insurance provider, I called to check on status. My Insurance provider directly forwarded my call to the towing company. Calls gets answered without no name. When ask for a name or who I am speaking with. She refused to give her name, rudely she tried to avoid that question. I ask her about 3 times before she hangup. I called again, to my insurance and was forwarded again this time no one was available. I called my insurance to get a ETA, and made sure my insurance knew about the bad customer service experience. I understand is Rapid but, there is also a level of proper customer service that is expected.
I have to say customer service with Rapid road service was ten stars! I called a couple places and I couldn't believe how rude they all were. Until I called rapid road service. The man I spoke with over the phone was very patient. He assured me he would have a truck out to me A.S.A.P. And would have it to Prestige auto before six p.m. The young men who came out with the tow truck were happy and helpful! Definitely recommending them to all my family and friends.

Awesome friendly ,reasonable prices, I had called 4 other companies and they literally didn't want my business. Gave ridiculously high ranges for their service with 6 hour wait time. These guys were half the price with a 40 minute wait! Driver was friendly endearing and kind . I am a forever fan and will be telling everyone how awesome they are!!!!!!!!
My car broke down in the middle of a rainstorm. For various reasons I couldn't get it towed immediately. I called a number of places to ask for a price, but Rapid Road Service was hands down the cheapest. I spoke with Naveed on the phone and he gave me a quote, but told me if I waited much longer it would be more expensive.
When I called back 30 minutes later, there were no drivers available. Instead of literally leaving me out in the rain, all you can expect from a business owner, Naveed not only drive out HIMSELF, but did it for the same low low price.
I hope to never need a tow again, but if I do I know who I'm calling. People like this that can restore your faith in humanity.
I was coming home one night... On a long road called Dillard near the Wilton area. My car overheated and I had no way of moving it, because it was a narrow 2 way street. I called many tow companies but they were charging me my WHOLE pay check. I called rapid road service, Naveed answered gave me a killer price. He said he would be there in 20-25 and was there within 15. Great customer service and greatly appreciated
They were the third company I called. The first company told me they wouldn't drive to Folsom, the second was WAY to expensive, and then I searched the internet and found Rapid Road Service. They were extremely professional, the price was reasonable, and they arrived when they said they would. I would highly recommend them and I now have their number programmed into my phone for emergencies.
Unfortunately, i have had to call for a tow truck when i was stuck on the side of the road and could not get AAA to send out a tow truck fast enough.
My call was answered right away and someone took my information and got the service going. Sometimes, tow companies make you pay in advance or you worry about a shady driver showing up to your house but the driver and his helper at Rapid Road Service was very respectful, well kept, and SPOKE ENGLISH!!!!
