Sold my 2017 Chevy volt here which had a cracked windshield, high milage, torn seat, no title, registration over a year expired, and tire pressure monitor issues. The initial offer did seem lower than I wouldve liked, but honestly it was higher than I was getting from anywhere else and the places that would take a car no title, expired registration was very limited. The guy I that helped me through the whole thing was slightly passive aggressive when talking on the phone with me, but to be fair I was giving a little bit of passive aggressivness as well, so we'll call it slightly unprofessional but deserved. The process is so easy it literally feels like a scam. I actually talked myself out of selling to these guys twice because of how scammy it felt and sounded. But being in a rough spot I had no choice and took a leap of face despite the slight passive aggression and intense scam gut feeling. But when I went to drop off my car (yes I dropped off instead of tow) the people in the building were very professional, kidn, and it made it feel much less like a scam. I felt comforted by visiting the actual location because it gave me an idea of what business I'm actually partnering with. I had concerns about check issues or offer adjustments after signing, but I did not have those issues. Check amount was exactly what was agreed upon on the phone and during paper signing, and check went through the when I mobile deposited the night of. It's been a couple of weeks and still no issues. If I have a car that I need to sell that's got some issues, I would definitely get an offer from here and consider selling to them again, just make sure to keep your options open if you can and compare with others. But if you're backed into a corner and you're looking for a way out, this is a legit one even if it feels kinda sketchy.

I had an overall great experience! I submitted some information online for a quote and they immediately called me. At first, I was hesitant because I thought they were going to be very pushy, but Luis made me very comfortable and assurer me it was just a quote and it was OK if I didn’t want go with their business. After providing just a few pieces of information, they offered me more than I was expecting and made the process very easy. My car was gone and I had a check in hand within just a couple of days.
The only room for improvement was that they told me the driver would be here between 8 and 5, but apparently the original driver was not able to do the job. By the time they dispatched another driver, it was after 5pm and he arrived just before 7 PM. Things happen, but it would have been helpful to receive a call to inform me of the situation so I knew a driver would be still be coming a bit late.
In any case, the driver, Mario, was quick and professional. I was glad somebody still came out that day. Overall, I would recommend this business to someone else looking to sell an old car, especially if you are trying to do it quickly and with no hassle.
Great folks, easy to deal with. No hassle prosses. Tow driver clean, respectfull. The first offer I received was for $100 higher than I received but, it's kind of on me for not excepting it within 24 hours. Things change quickly.

Easy to start: just called in, gave general info on my car and got a call back pretty quick with an offer. I ultimately didn't take their offer because I got a better private option. However, they were very professional and even checked in a couple days later to make sure I was able to take care of my car.
