HB towing is assigned for towing the Silverado Creek Apartments, I have called them more than five times yesterday and talked with them to tow an un attended vehicle in my parking spot and they didn’t come. And again tonight from 01:00 am till 02:30am I called them, but no one answered my phone calls.
This is a terrible towing company, I would like to give them zero stars, but no choice.
Shady tow service, tows low income apartments cars waits until 4am. Yet when you call about the same reason you’re car was towed they are no where to be found smh can’t bother to come out. Just money hungry trying to get their pay in for the end of the month, zero stars. Pick & choose who they want cars towed.
These tow trucks will make your day miserable. There is no way to dispute the fine or reduce the amount due to a difficult life situation. They do not accept any arguments. Either you pay, or they will sell your car at auction and compensate themselves for all expenses. This is terrible. The service should be more loyal to people in difficult situations without work and income.
my sister got her car towed after unloading groceries in an apartment complex. We both understand that sometimes shit happens. We both recognize that maybe we should’ve parked somewhere else because we didn’t expect this to happen in such a short amount of time, however when we arrived to the towing place, both men didn’t look at us. The only thing they asked for was the keys and the credit card. Their lack of acknowledgment was crazy two girls pulling up to this place tears coming down After spending last amount of money we had To retrieve the car. We even said thank you and couldn’t even get a response back after receiving the car the man who had the car just walked right behind the gate didn’t say anything to us we understand that sometimes you have to put your foot down on things when some customers might argue about why their car got towed, but we simply accepted the consequences and still was treated with no respect. i’m sorry, but life does not need to be that serious. You don’t need to be miserable and being rude to customers. It doesnt cost to be a nice person. and top of that they took my sisters weed she has in the car.
Nothing special about going to pick up your car from a tow yard, but this place didn't go above and beyond to be rude and difficult like MOST tow yards seem to be. I called, and they answered all my questions, had me in and out with my car, in less than 10 minutes.
This is the worse towing company ever. They claim to be responsive 24 hrs however when you call them to tow a car they never respond it goes to voicemail, over 100 times I called them tonight.
This tow company is very responsive to coming out and placing signs on your property when you give them the contract but to get them to tow cars, they are nonexistent. I’m currently in the process of switching all my sites to a new company.
They have illegally towed my car 3 different times. I've called them multiple times to tow cars parked in the handicapped but they never show up. Yet they always tow my car for minor discrepancies such as being over the lines in the parking even though it was only a few inches
Well this is the second time that HB Towing gor my car and the second time they towed it wrong and killed it. My car is an 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid Titanium Edition with AWD and it was not towed on a flat bed both times. The second time it was towed was to a dead battery that the maintenance guy of the apartment complex I was at would not let me run inside to go charge my phone and call Allstate to have them resend a someone to give me a jump. My car doesn't have a gear shift it's a dial instead and a push to start at that so my car was not moving. A minute after HB Towing left I get a call from Allstat's roadside person stating that they could not find my car in the parking lot. After that I get another call from Allstate customer service stating that they had sent someone between 4:30 and 5:30 AM but no one had knocked on my windows as I fell asleep in my car as I couldn't lock it and I had all my personal belongings in the car.
HB towing the worst and they are very rude people…every night they look over all complexes to tow the poor people cars. They towed my vehicle from my parking lot three times.. don’t trust these people and they pay % percentage to the complexes manager.
Tow trucks are always busy and it would be hours or no follow up at all when trying to get a vehicle out of your leased parking spot. Useless service I won't even bother calling them again.
This guys towing cars illegally at 3am from apartments with the manager permission and the security help, ya! can report them in( BBB or at the Hi way patrol,)by the way I call them to tow a car from my parking spot and they Never show up.
If you live in the Eisley this hungry hogs are after you, they will tow you car even though you are just there dropping off your groceries or just making sure your door is locked. They will come in when the gates aren’t working and search for cars to tow and act like someone called when no one does.
My car was towed from a no parking zone in my apartment complex (totally on me. I frantically called to see if they had my car. They did. The guy who answered the phone was polite, understanding and helpful. I went the next day and picked up my car. No hassle. They even put garbage bags over my back windows that were open, when it started raining. Everything was still in my car, nothing was missing.
Employees were just as nice in person as they were on the phone. 10/10. 5 stars.

The staff in longview drive are very rude. We been calling them all day and they kept saying we will be there but no action at all. When i asked them why they aren’t doing anything on my request, the agent on the phone spoke very rudely. So they need better leadership and better customer services.
Called to tow away a car from my priperty, first call 6pm, second call 8pm, 3rd call 11pm, 11:45pm owner of the vehicle drove away... yet to see them come. Same scenario happened just a month ago. The guy who answers the calls has zero customer service skills. As rude as possible. They suck!
This company is the the worst kind of company on the planet. The employees are unhappy and deplorable people, I feel bad for them that they do this type of work. They truly are dirt bags with little to no concern of other people or their lives. I understand that somebody has to do this kind of work, but I do feel bad for the people that work for HB towing. 10/10 do not recommend, sleazy and possibly illegal work ethics.
On 5/6/19 I had an accident resulting in a fatality. I believe the drivers name was Troy who towed my vehicle to the Longview location. He went out of his way to ensure I was ok as this was extremely difficult. I hope his supervisor recognizes him he is a great person. Thanks Jeff
My apartments illegally towed my vehicle / tow company goes through the parking lot looking for vehicles to tow that resembles value! They are targeting people during a national pandemic in order to stay float by illegally towing vehicles charging them 220.00 for the tow and 60 dollars a day!
What does the apartment complex due! And the tow company can’t produce pics of the veh!
Come on guys ! Ok, I get it if someone is illegally parked but to target us knowing and than lie and cover up ! You should be ashamed of yourself and the company your work for!
It's kinda unthinkable to be leaving a 5 star rating for a company that towed your car, however they were doing their job and from the time I contacted them they were extremely polite and helpful. My husband and I were able to get his car back with no hassle and the gentlemen at the facility said he was glad we were also polite and not anger at them, due to they have had bad experiences with individuals coming to get their car. Not that I reccomend getting your car towed but, in the event it happens hope that it's HBTowing. Thanks gentlemen for all your help!
Unfortunately I parked in a red zone next to my garage and was total way by my apartment complex at 2:45 in the morning I had left my garage at 2:30 to get something to eat and drink while I was doing my paper work. Came back out and my truck was gone. It's not the towing companies fall it was my fault and although they only open at 8:00 a.m. or you can pay a $100 for after hours service they opened up right when I got to the office at around 7:40 a.m. they were very respectful and kind. Having your vehicle towed away is a very stressful thing as messy when it is your company work vehicle that is not technically yours. I left a laptop tablet my wallet cash private paperwork my handicap placard all my tools in the back of the truck my ladder on top of my truck was all there when I came and picked it up this morning there are no additional scratches on this truck and I was allowed to get into my work truck you for pain to get my wallet out and ID.
I was there to pickup a car and these guys were great. Totally professional, everyones in a good mood which always makes going to a Tow yard less stressful. The waiting room was clean & comfortable. The parking lot was also clean & roomy. The only bad thing was it was kinda hard to see the small sign on the building from the street. I definatly wouldnt mind if i had to go back there again.
They cam into my appt. complex at 4am on a Saturday.They had the gate code and towed my car that was parked in front of leasing office where everybody here parks because there’s never any available spots in the complex. They charged me $380, they were rude and had no sympathy, this is predatory towing nobody called just came in and stole my car for a quick cash grab. If they tow your car your screwed be ready to drop $380 for no reason.
These thieves stole our business truck from in front of our apartment building as we were loading up our stuff to go to work at 6am!!! We literally had left the truck for meer minutes at 6am...where I have lived for 5 years and they towed it! Now they are charging us $380.00 to get our truck back in the same morning as towed! Thieving crooks! I will be looking to sue them for this as it cost us jobs and clients! I am appalled that this is allowed!
Thieves in the night currently filing a lawsuit against them they have towed my car illegally several times from my parking spot in my apartments. They come through late at night looking for opportunities to make money then lie and say the received anonymous calls to pick the car up. I’m fed up and seeking legal counsel! Low life’s! Get a real job, try running a legit business instead of living off of other people’s hard work! Disgusting Thieves!!! Ugh!!!
These people will tow your vehicle and instead of filling out the paper work there in the parking lot they drive down the street and park and fill out the paper work. Why cant you be men about your stuff and fill out paper work in the property? Also. I tell him about it and he cant take criticism and kicks the side of my car and leaves a HUGE dent. I call and tell them about it and they completly deny it even tho i have the license plate and pic of the tow truck. And proceeds to call me a "tweaker" REAL PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE HERE!
