Very helpful. If you don’t have a mechanic the tow driver will help you find one and he’s very nice and patient. He towed my 2003 Mazda 6 car and was very resourceful.

Q’s towing provides true strong customer service in an age of dying customer service. My car broke down and I called a couple local companies with lots of reviews and was disappointed by the rude and uncaring demeanor. I figured let’s give Q’s a shot and I was not disappointed! Q’s towing will be my go to for towing service from now on. It’s hard to find good service nowaday. However, our guy, Omar, prove us wrong from the very beginning. He was friendly, professional, transparent, and punctual with time. My car was towed to my destination within 1 hour since I called. It’s just insane for the excellent service they provided with such affordable price compared to others.
This was my first time using Subaru SOS. The dispatched driver was funny, worked quickly and was able to show me where the damage to my tire was. He then helped me repack my car and was on his way. This was one of the best roadside assistant experiences that I've had.
After traveling halfway around the world at the conclusion of a spectacular trip, we arrived exhausted at the airport to find a dead battery in our vehicle. One quick call to our insurance road-side assistance carrier brought Dee (Ali) directly to our vehicle in the parking lot within 10 minutes. Dee kept us informed continuously with his ETA and was able to jump-start our vehicle within seconds and have us on our way home. Our trip ended on a high note with the efficient and courteous help from Dee. We are grateful.
My car couldn't start off of Power Inn Rd and had to call a tow truck. I tried two companies and they were super expensive, one costs over 225.00 but when I called Q's Towing it was very affordable.

Highly recommend. Omar came within 15 minutes to tow my car and recommended another tire place when Les Schwab said they didn’t have the right tire for my car. Price is good and Omar was friendly and helpful.
My daughter and I Broke down on the freeway, my truck lost power while driving . The first place I called was this place Q’s towing . I saw they have 5 stars and 200 plus rating ,so I picked them. I was given a reasonable quote and told they would be at my vehicle in 10 minutes. I have my daughter in the car, so I wanted her safe as fast as possible. They got the job done. Driver was awesome ( sorry can’t pronounce his name). No bs was picked up in towing truck and home within minutes. Wasn’t asked a bunch of questions. Sure beats AAA any day. Would definitely use them again and recommend! God forbid we were to break down again but saving their number in my contacts for future reference. thank you!
I just got off the phone with Q's and I am so grateful for their wonderful service and support. I had a blowout last night on the freeway and spun a couple of times damaging the car to the point it is undrivable. A competitor had agreed to help and just didn't show up. I didn't become aware of that until I contacted CHP and they informed me it was still there. So, Q's has been a lifesaver and they are working with my insurance company to cover the towing charges. Thanks again.

After flying home to Sacramento and arriving at the airport late in the evening, I found that I left my door cracked and my battery was dead. The key fob for my older Prius also wasn’t working. Dee arrived in a timely manner, cheerful and ready to help. Even though I was tired and frustrated with the situation, he was patient and kind. While the call was only set up to charge my battery, he also did the lockout process necessary to get into the vehicle itself. Highly recommend Dee and the team at Q’s Towing. Thank you, Dee!!

I was so distraught.
I was in an accident, I had waited 6hrs and AAA was still jacking with me, making me wait for 6hrs and more.
I found Q's Towing, the owner I woke him up, but yet he was there in 45 minutes.
He took care of everything, with my insurance.

I truly appreciated the driver. Such a genuine person with a positive spirit during a difficult time. I went from concerned to confident that all would be well from the support tonight. (I believe his name was J Or JJ)
I want to make a note of his technical ability as well. The vehicle was parked on uneven terrain (on a freeway shoulder lane) and he was able to get it on the truck safely and unscathed.
Lastly, whoever I spoke with on the phone was awesome as well. Got things going within a few short minutes.
