I wouldn’t recommend this towing company. I felt that I was being hustle out of my money. They could do a better job of communicating with the customers and with themselves within the company.
I was in an accident just recently and through the CHP dispatch they found me Q's towing. I had waited two and a half hours for CHP to arrive, I was exhausted, and I am battling stage 4 cancer so I was extra beat from this mentally and physically... within 15-20 minutes of my first call to them, they had a driver out to me and let me tell you! They were professional, polite, understanding, very knowledgeable, and as kind as kind could be. I will start with the drive, he listened to my story and noticed how tired and stressed I was. Once I finished with my words, he jumped in and reassured me and calmed me with his knowledge of similar situations and his knowledge of insurance. He drove me home and was so respectful with what I had told him and informed me of what I needed to grab out of my truck and went about his way. My only regret was not getting his name to put on this review.
Now the dispatcher Omar, he was just as professional, informative, and understanding. He helped reassure me after I was thrown around by the insurance company and calmed my stress by reinforcing his knowledge about my situation. He also offered me an extremely kind offer (which I will not say on here as I am not sure it is normal company policy) but it was so nice to know they had my back and were willing to help me in such a way.
I couldnt be more pleased that this was the company I was offered to help me out when I needed it the most. It was a blessing honestly. If you ever need a tow company, I 100% recommend Q's towing.

Omar was wonderful! Efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. Beyond the basics, he tried to find a simple solution for me. He also made sure I had the documentation my insurance needs for reimbursement. Did I mention he came quickly. He arrived exactly when the dispatcher said he would. A+++ customer service. I highly recommend him.
I received the best service! Sam got to me within 30 minutes! He was able to jumb start my battery within less than five minutes! They also can come to you if you need a battery installed! I am arranging for them to come out to my residence next week and install a battery for me! What service! (-:
I went to leave work and found my tire was flat, Q's Towing answered right away and got someone out in 20 minutes. Omar was fast and friendly and saved my life! Maybe I'm being dramatic but I don't think so. My tire wasn't just flat, it was bald and so worn that the sidewall failed and ruptured and my other front tire was just as bald. After he put my spare on he saw it was also incredibly low and inflated it for me but said that he didn't think it was safe to drive on a spare and a bald tire, and recommended I get new tires ASAP. He even called a place nearby for me to see if they had some in stock. He actually cared and wasn't just there for a service charge, Omar was super nice and probably (definitely) saved me from a bad accident. He went above and beyond and I am so grateful to him! I'd give 10 stars if I could, 100 even. Thank you Omar and thank you Q's Towing!
Great pricing, and absolutely wonderful service from Omar. I needed a tow for my recently wrecked car, and Q's was able to get me quoted and towed within the span of an hour and 15 minutes for $150. Omar even helped me safely get my car into my driveway and picked up the debris my car left behind since he was wearing work gloves and I had bare hands. Thanks again, Omar! I will definitely be recommending Q's because of you.
We used Q’s to extract and haul 4 non-operational vehicles. The quoted fair price in advance, and worked a full afternoon to accomplish the relocation. Service was excellent and highly skilled. I would recommend them for any vehicular move.
Both the employee on the phone and the driver were super nice and helpful. As well as fast and efficient. I had a car accident and they helped tow my car back home. The driver was great and even went above and beyond to give me advice. He told me places I could go to get parts to fix my car and stuff like that. It was very helpful. I would recommend this company they’re great!
10/10 experience, called got my quote and rate for my vehicle. Came within less lawn 10-15 mins. Moved my vehicle fast and helped place it into my garage. Definitely recommended towing company if anything and will use again in the future
Omar was awesome. 15 mins from phone call to show up to get us off the side of the freeway. He will direct bill State Farm. Last few tow companies I've dealt with did not direct bill. Since when do you get a tow truck in 15 mins? You can always count on at least 45 mins to an hour. Not this company. Fast as heck. Professional. Polite. Small business - owner/operator. Keeping his card in my wallet and making sure my kids put his number in their phones.
I left my lights on, the car was completely dead. I called for towing but he was willing to jump the car to see if it would work. He was very fast to get to my location. Hooked up the jumper and my car instantly started up! Was very relieved. Great service, extremely friendly. Highly recommend!

it was 7 am and my car had a flat tire and didnt have a spare. Called up Q's Towing and they answered right away. Told us theyll send someone and will be there in 25 minutes. Jayjay came and kindly reassured us that we were going to be fine. Towed my car all the way to my house with no problems. Appreciate you, Jayjay! Awesome guy, definitely recommend!
I was in a tough spot and they were very patient with me as I floundered through my call and quick to arrange a tow. In the end, my dad was able to help me out with arrangements, but even when I cancelled last minute they were AWESOME and so understanding! Thank you for that.

Very helpful. If you don’t have a mechanic the tow driver will help you find one and he’s very nice and patient. He towed my 2003 Mazda 6 car and was very resourceful.

After traveling halfway around the world at the conclusion of a spectacular trip, we arrived exhausted at the airport to find a dead battery in our vehicle. One quick call to our insurance road-side assistance carrier brought Dee (Ali) directly to our vehicle in the parking lot within 10 minutes. Dee kept us informed continuously with his ETA and was able to jump-start our vehicle within seconds and have us on our way home. Our trip ended on a high note with the efficient and courteous help from Dee. We are grateful.
My car couldn't start off of Power Inn Rd and had to call a tow truck. I tried two companies and they were super expensive, one costs over 225.00 but when I called Q's Towing it was very affordable.

After flying home to Sacramento and arriving at the airport late in the evening, I found that I left my door cracked and my battery was dead. The key fob for my older Prius also wasn’t working. Dee arrived in a timely manner, cheerful and ready to help. Even though I was tired and frustrated with the situation, he was patient and kind. While the call was only set up to charge my battery, he also did the lockout process necessary to get into the vehicle itself. Highly recommend Dee and the team at Q’s Towing. Thank you, Dee!!

I was so distraught. I was in an accident, I had waited 6hrs and AAA was still jacking with me, making me wait for 6hrs and more. I found Q's Towing, the owner I woke him up, but yet he was there in 45 minutes. He took care of everything, with my insurance. This is the "Up Right Business", I am loving. Patients, caring, were not going to screw me over with prices. I went to their business and JJ &Q helped me clear my car out and removed my plate covers. They're so sweet, how sweet are they? These guys are taking care of a mama cat and her kittens. They are needing homes for the babies..
I truly appreciated the driver. Such a genuine person with a positive spirit during a difficult time. I went from concerned to confident that all would be well from the support tonight. (I believe his name was J Or JJ) I want to make a note of his technical ability as well. The vehicle was parked on uneven terrain (on a freeway shoulder lane) and he was able to get it on the truck safely and unscathed. Lastly, whoever I spoke with on the phone was awesome as well.
