They stole all my belongs out of my car after a accident. I called for a week straight they said they didn't have a record of my car but CHP had it towed there. Come Monday when my tow people go pick it up my car is EMPTY like not even my phone stand. I went to confront them in person but that didn't matter they lied they butt off. The location itself is DIRTY so many nasty strays and it looks terrible. If a tow person ever say they taking your car to chimas DONT LET THEM you won't ever see your things again
Horrible experience. So my car got towed by the city of Sacramento due to lapsed registration. I was in the middle of making a repair the car was still on the jack with no wheel on the drivers front side. These idiots put the car on a forklift and almost dropped the car twice. Upon placing the vehicle the on the floor they didn't pror/jack it back up or anything gave me the worst anxiety
James knows customer service! Dealt with James almost an intimidating figure in stature but don't let that fool you this man goes the extra mile to be friendly accommodating and answer questions with patience! He was supposed to go to lunch but delayed it to assist my friend and myself in our towing car questions and needs.( who does that!)
Truly a fine representative for the company) The other two people I encountered were also proactive and friendly! This isn't your normal tow company these people care in a sometimes very cold industry. Thank you again Chima Tow and of course James! Feel good dealing with this establishment! Thank you.

This people have the worst attitude ever they don't have any respect for customers I won't to use them never again they even told me elegal Mexican without even know me bad people I hope they go out of business soon
They quote one prove them charge a “service” fee almost as much,, $300. for a tow all in town, not a journey. When I tried to call to ask about the fee I was hung up on, which is Evan worse
Staff was easy to work with my rental got towed by CHP with all my stuff in it and they didn't give me a hassle about getting my stuff out like other places would have
Unprofessional! Person who answered the phone barely spoke english and was not helpful at all, use a different towing company. This company is useless!
Chima' towing is the BOMB.... They are quick reliable and friendly... I couldn't imagine calling another company for service other than Chima' Towing.... Call Chima' Today.... !!!!!
DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!! I’m sitting in my car right now about a mile away from Chimas I’m stuck in mud just my left tire all I need is to be pulled out a easy 20 min job they wanted to charge me 215$ a hour and I must pay for at least a hour this company is terrible spend your money elsewhere
I got a flat with my motorcycle at 4 in the morning. I've riding all day from Oregon so already I'm thinking F my life. Called Chima's and the guy on the phone said the truck was gonna be an hour wait.....because the truck was being used already. It's 4 in the morning so beggars can't be choosers right! Low and behold a guy named Harp comes to save the day. They charge a towing fee plus by the mile so I was happy when harp's suggestion matched Google. He help me drop off my bike, he didn't have another tow and helped me get to a nearby Denny's. He really shed some sun on a crappy moment. I'm very thankful these guys are around.
-5 stars is more suitable for this trash company! Disrespectful receptionist and the fact that they stole valuable stuff out of our vehicle that was only at their location for 2 business days. I can't even express the hate and disappointment I have for these lying thieves! Karma is a B and this so-called family company will fail!!!
If there was a, “NO STAR” option that would a be compliment to their service. They deserve so much less! The level of disrespect shown by this company should be illegal. Calling for a quote shouldn’t leave a long lasting distasteful impression. This company couldn’t probe for the information to produce a quote without displaying numerous counts of unprofessionalism. When you as for a supervisor you expect a turning point or some type of redemption to salvage the company’s name. Unfortunately when I spoke to a supervisor his words without a greeting were, “ What are you expecting from a supervisor? “ I can’t speak for everyone, but if you’re calling for a tow you can imagine the reason why maybe extremely stressful. More then just a towing company. They also have a decent selection of used cars for sale. Friendly service. Professional atmosphere. If your in need of a reasonably priced used car, I suggest giving them a visit. They are willing to work with you and no reasonable offer is refused. Check them out, I know I'll be back.
I had a really great experience with Chimas towing . They were both very nice and even offered to give me a ride back to town after I dropped off my motorcycle. Very prompt in getting to my house and very good customer service ! Definitely would reccomend them and use for every tow.
Customer service is completely horrible the older woman in the front is very rude!! Although my car was towed, You would think i would be the rude one, which by the way I am very respectful to my elders, customer service alone wouldn't permit me to go purchase a car there, use there tow service or recommend anyone else to buy a car there or use there services. Sorry to say for a local business I'd always support in any outcome
Great Great customer service, Driver showed up in 30 minutes went out of his way to help. Chimas Towing Sacramento is close to freeway close, well trained staff, clean truck. Will definitely call them again.

So far, I've had to call four times to get information. The first she picks up and says they are closed. The next she promptly tells me it's 230 dollars to get my car back and there's a flat tire, no "hi, welcome, how are you?" just give me your money. I had to prompt her to tell me about the condition of my car. She was gone for 5 minutes all the while I hear her fiddling around, finally she gets back and says they don't know because they don't have the keys. Then I called twice more to ascertain the address and the name of the business. I got "GMS" when actually it is "Chima's". She says the name so fast like i'm not already confused.
Terrible Terrible service, and I haven't even been in yet. Someone get this woman off the phones! She is rude and not at all helpful!
