Not my tow, but a driver was blocking my only exit, complained that I had other routes. When he barely moved out of the way his side door was still sticking out. When I asked him to move it, he told me to do it myself, and when I got out and slammed the door (I was frustrated) he grabbed a big pipe and moved towards my car like he was gonna start hitting me. He backed off but it was terrifying, I wouldn't choose this company if you want to feel comfortable during your service, if this man is who they choose to represent themselves.
The pricing was completely misleading and did not align with what was advertised. I am filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the County District Attorney. Although they claimed to accept credit cards, the only payment options offered were Zelle or Venmo linked to another individual. Additionally, the total balance changed multiple times after I contacted the police. This has been the worst experience I have ever had. 1.5 Tow and hook fee was it a vehicle and a half?
Hector is the best. My wife’s alternator went out and he helped us big time and even put us in contact with someone that could help put a new alternator in. I would highly recommend 1 Stop Towing to anyone who needs a tow.
Had a fender bender today on my way home from work on a 107 degree day. Completely blew out my front tire, with no spare. 1 stop towing took care of the rest . Top of the line service. Hector is the man ( gracias) . Thank you 1 stop towing for the rescue when nobody else was available.

I needed a tow and my car was in a bad spot; however, Hector made it look easy. He was very courteous, quick, and had me home in no time. I could tell her really cared about my and my car's safety.
Hector came to my rescue the other day after my car was vandalized. His kindness and upbeat attitude helped turn an awful situation into one that was somewhat bearable. He called me to let me know he was on the way with his ETA and again when he was getting close! He also helped me to wrap up my shattered window so the car wouldn’t get wet on the inside. I was looking to purchase a car from this company and got the runaround like if the gas company was my best friend traveled all the way to Sacramento from Oakland called several times throughout the day was given several different contacts to contact all for them to say we're off work you got to wait until Monday to purchase the car

Hector was a life saver, showed up within 20 min and was very helpful and kind, we are from out of town and he helped us find a repair shop, after finding out that our car needed more repair than was able to be done at that particular shop we needed to bring it to our home town, once again I called Hector and he once again was my hero he picked up the vehicle and brought it to our home town.
