Broke down Monday morning on the way to work. Called for a tow and was super happy. Ali called told me his Eta but I got my truck started and thought I'd try to drive to the shop. Called Ali to cancel then broke down again on the freeway. Called Ali back and he came out no problem. Excellent service!
Ali was great! Our boat trailer had an issue and it and the boat needed to be towed. He showed up and ended up getting everything taken care of. He even needed to take two wheels off of the trailer. He went above and beyond to get us taken care of. Thank you so much Ali!

Ali did a great job helping me when my car needed to be towed for repairs! He was friendly, punctual, and very helpful. He took the time to look up instructions on how to manually put my car in neutral so it would be easier to move and wouldn't damage the car any further. Ali showed up and was very professional from the beginning of our interaction. My truck is not the smallest thing in the world and he was able load it and hook it up to the flatbed without any issues. The map that the company uses for tracking is very convenient and handy. Ebad helped us with our tow. We received a text from West Coast Towing before he arrived to give us an eta (15 minutes). Ebad then called us again when traffic caused a delay in arrival. Once here he was efficient and answered our questions about possible reasons why the car was smoking (blue, white or black smoke). He just left to drop our car back with the dealership. Overall good service and would use again.
Kai was great! After being on the side of the freeway exit for 2 hours with two towing companies who strung me along and never showed up, I got in touch with Kai on the phone. He said he’d be there in 15 minutes and showed up quickly. Was very courteous, friendly and efficient. Thanks Kai!
Our problem developed when our starter acted up. We looked at the options, and called our insurance company. They recommended this towing company to us. The tow truck driver, Ali, came on time and graciously worked with us to get our truck out of an awkward situation and to our repair place. I feel he went the extra mile to help. Amazing speedy service. I got a flat and within 30 minutes, a tow truck came my way during lunch hours. The tow truck driver Ali was really professional and helpful with any questions I had. He also made the drive very comfortable and had a great talk with him. Will definitely be letting friends and family about this company
Ali was super helpful! He helped us push the car, gave us a ride, and made the whole process smooth. There was an issue with oil spilling when unloading, but he stayed calm and assured us it was fine. Great service, I’d definitely use them again!
Ali from West Coast picked up my daughter's car at the correct time and had the information needed for the transport. Very on top of things. Even offered to fix the car for a better price. I may send some other business his way, as my son needs work on his car!
This was a great experience for what could be kinda crappy…. Ali, was on time, did a great job, personable and professional, got the job of moving a Sprinter van from Davis to Fairfield quickly. There is a reason so many folks leave good reviews. While I hope to not need them again, I will gladly call them back.
