Ebad was outstanding. He was extremely responsive, patient, and professional throughout the entire tow. The location he had to pick my truck up from was being difficult, but he stayed calm, kept a great attitude, and communicated with me the whole time so I always knew what was going on. Ebad and Kai are great, they have awesome personalities and will make IT work! I had to get a car pulled out of a trench inside my car wash showroom and had no idea how it would be possible and they got it out in 15 minutes, and made light of the situation. Ali came to take my Rivian that had a dead 12V battery out of my impossibly steep and narrow driveway. He knew exactly what to do to get the car drivable enough to back it out of the garage and up the driveway safely. He showed up promptly, got right to work to make the tow doable. Another company had shown up and had no idea what was needed. It’s great when you have someone knowledgeable show up to help. Highly recommend
There were some weather delays that affected arrival time, but Muhammad was amazing. He drove down, picked up the battery brought it back and installed it in awful weather. Very helpful. My actually location was different than what they had in their system, so Ebad spent a long time trying to figure out the best route to me despite many roads being blocked off due to a big event. Ali from West Coast towing and auto repair came to my house to tow my vehicle; I went to drive my vehicle onto his flatbed and I got scared. I said don’t worry about it. I got it. My vehicle had no brakes and he handled the situation like an expert. He was nice. He was professional. He was tactful.
