I called cash for cars. They offered me a fair price for my total vehicle. At first I was a little leery because this is some scam. I would get a check and it would bounce. But it wasn’t a scam. It was a great experience.

C4C continues to reachout to me saying they want to help but they continue to forward me to the reps responsible for negotiating prices. It gets tiring when an attempt to get help forwards you to a guy on a cellphone on the sidewalk in some far away country.
Despite the positive reviews below, when C4C screws up they define a new level of poor, I mean no, customer service.
C4C appears to be a logistical shell to the auto auction market & nothing more.

I'm maintaining course with C4C as a consumer looking to see proper business practice. I have no hidden agenda, I just want to see C4C show they are legit & honest.

Rating decreased to zero stars for ethical reasons.
Getting a run around. Settled on a price with C4C. I get an email to arrange for pickup and it's 20% lower than agreed upon. Speaking with the tow company, their manager confirms that any price I get from C4C is what they're paying the tow company. The price in the email is what I, the consumer, receive after the tow company takes their cut.
I'm speaking sign a manager, John, at C4C and am not getting straight answers. At first I thought it could be due to a language barrier but apparently that isn't true. The adage "tell the truth (don't lie) as you'll have to maintain the mistruth" applies here because C4C is giving me inconsistent stories in the same phone conversation.
They requested I call back again.
This is obviously for the C4C main service not the local location.
*Update: Finally get thru to a person who finished the order. However I get a confirmation email with the purchase price $100 less than agreed to.
Update: C4C asked me to call to resolve the issue but have a number to the people who CAUSED and perpetuated the problem. So far I haven't been about to find any corporate people in the US who can help.

I've called C4C four times. I received a flurry of emails asking me to call about their offer. However, after talking about the car AGAIN, I merely get out on hold with the agent never returning to the call. This occured again when using the online chat service. I'm not sure if it's a language issue or an agent just doesn't care for some reason but it's not what I expected when I was referred to C4C. Very discouraging.
Praveen and all of his staff from start until pick up was amazing. He made it very easy and simple. When they picked up the vehicle, that team was amazing and so organized from paperwork to towing it away. I highly recommend them to anyone
Very efficient, from initial call from pick- up and reserving a time to pick-up. Everything was done without being to hold for long. Nice customer service operator, walk you through instructions and gave you instructions where to sign title. Very helpful… thank you for your excellent service.

We found them to be very professional from start to finish. We found our initial contact with Esteban to be very pleasant and helpful. When I first talked to Esteban he asked how much I wanted for my vehicle. I told him I felt my vehicle was worth at least $2000 . Having just talked to two other junkyards where they offered less than 1000 I was pleasantly surprised when Esteban came back with an offer of over $2000. I accepted the offer and everything after that went smoothly. My car was picked up within two days and I was paid the amount offered. Great Experience!
I was headed out of town when the car was being picked up, but the agents let me know that I can authorize someone to give up the keys and title, but that wasn’t true. The tow driver needed me to physically be there and if I had known that, I would’ve scheduled pickup on a different day. But no one was clear about the pickup process.
The staff was friendly and the whole experience was fast and very helpful thank you for everything I definitely recommend their services to anyone looking to sell their cars that are no longer in use..
Excellent service, highly recommend. Way better prices than pick and pull for your used/damaged car. They picked it up with a tow truck, paid on the spot. Easy peasy.
The initial call took about 45 minutes, which was a little longer than I wanted to spend at the time, but it was worth it. I couldn't find my title and the car I was selling was parked in a Starbucks parking lot, but they still bought it, towed it, and paid me on the spot.
