The numbers that I have for them did not work. It kept saying that the system only accept outgoing calls, so I couldn’t call them to let them know that they could come and pick up my vehicle then someone called or text and they didn’t have any information on my vehicle at all then the representative was gone for a minute. He came back he found my information I share with information I had soon as I hung up with him somebody from the same company called, asking me the same question and asking me for a certain number on the text thread, which I had no idea what it was and while speaking to that representative another representative call me again now I’m getting kind of leery and cautious because I have three people asking me for my information now I don’t wanna give any information so the experience that I had with them horrible horrible and I have been asked to not if it’s my vehicle to not do business with AJ towing again. I did not have a good experience at all. Thank you.
Having your motorcycle towed is not something that most of us motorcycle owners are comfortable with. This gentleman was very very cautious and spent his time loading my motorcycle, knowing how important it is to me. I appreciate the care and time that he took. He showed up on time and.
Til this day, still haven’t gotten my receipt from this AJ towing company, I need it to get a reimbursement from my insurance company, geez. To this day still nothing as far as billing. Not ever doing business again!
Great friendly driver, quick response. Used an interesting AI phone service, which seemed to work pretty well. Overall I enjoyed my experience and if I needed a tow, would not hesitate to call them again.
The driver spoke kinda random when he called (possibly language barrier) so I was a little nervous of his condition but he showed up very professional & helped me with everything, even a ride to the drop off spot. Just doesn't talk much & possibly preoccupied when he called but all good in person. No complaints, appreciate him!

Austin from AJ’s Towing did an incredible job getting my totaled Tesla out of the tow yard and delivered to my street. It was not an easy job getting it both on and off the truck, but Austin pulled it off!
Our motorhome had transmission problems and required a tow.
“Nass” provided Outstanding customer service and was very professionall. AJ s Towing was the second tow company my roadside assist had to call due to our motorhome being on a semi truck chassis. Nass called to confirm some veh details and provided an ETA and arrived on time. He was very friendly and quickly helped me get our rig to the Sacramento Truck Center.
Raheen from AJs towing was able to get my car out of a parking garage while other towing companies in the area refused to even try. I’m so grateful! He brought in extra equipment and spent nearly 3 hours until the job was done. Give Raheen a raise!! Lol
The day was hot, and at the time of my breakdown, it was 103° I was 8 months pregnant, and I had my two year old daughter with me and my 11 year old nephew. He got there quicker than I expected. He made sure my car got where it needed to be and made sure we had transportation out of there. Thank you for being an amazing tow truck driver!
Mass was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. He brought my new battery from Auto Zone as discussed and installed it in my BMW without a problem. Although my car wouldn’t start, he gave me good feedback about how I could get further assistance with my car. I did need a new battery though. Thank you!

The best tow experience I’ve had and I’ve had many. Was quoted 1 hour but came in 15 mins! Ramin the driver did an amazing job! He was very nice, calm and composed and knows exactly what he is going. My Tesla Model S had a completely deflated air suspension on rear driver side, inches off the ground. Ramin was very confident he would not scrap the car. He had a whole game plan in place. AJs tow truck driver was the best. He arrived quicker than expected. Very professional and knowledgeable. Very helpful. He did everything he could to make the bad experience of a flat tire as pleasant as possible. Very impressed.
The communicated well, were on time, and in my very tough mental situation which was this horrible Ford F-150 that keeps breaking down and lives up to its acronym (found on road dead... F-er only rolls downhill, etc.) left me do my thing for the entire ride back home while I meditated before I murdered anybody while at work. Thank you AJ's towing for a great ride and good service.
