Took a few calls to finally get driver. Actually appreciated the AI assistant on initial call. The follow-up with human was perfect. Driver was very careful with my AWD so all my needs were met. I'm out of the country so friend oversaw the operation and other than extra calls seems it went smooth
Got a flat this morning. They had someone to my house in about 30 minutes and then it only took 10-15 minutes to get the donut pumped up and installed. And it was cheaper than originally quoted. Very quick service and I wasn’t upsold a new tire or anything like that.
I had a bad car accident that rendered me unconscious, when I arrived at the yard I pleasantly surprised to find my personal belongings to be where they were left. In addition another pleasant surprise was discovering my key ring and the only key missing was to my car. Integrity is not easy to come by these day's.
I had a wonderful experience with AJ’s Towing! The technician was prompt, communicative, polite, friendly and clean. He jumped my battery with a portable device being my car was in the garage and told me it only had 6% life left which meant it needed to be replaced. He said he did not have that battery in his truck otherwise he would have taken care of everything for me. Said my best and least expensive option was to go to AutoZone to buy the battery and they would change it out for free. If I went to the dealer it would cost twice as much. He also showed me that my 2020 Ford Escape Hybrid the battery is in the back under the spare tire.
I went to AutoZone, the price of batteries have gone up because of tariffs…. $320 and done. I called Ford, $450 for the battery plus 2 hours of labor at $145 per hour. Thank you AJ’s Towing!!
Mu driver was more than excellent. Working in heavy rain, he got me into his cab and got my Tesla onto.the tow truck quickly. He was very professional and very pleasant.

Wow, tonight I found myself in serious jam. After work, I came back to a Tesla that was DEAD! To make things worse, l live 35 miles from my job. After contacting Tesla, they sent a tow truck to transport my car to the nearest service center. That’s when things turned for the better. Aussie showed up with the master plan to get my car operational again and on to the tow truck. His professionalism and experience were on full display. He knew what do and how to do it. He stayed positive and encouraged me to do the same! He was a major relief to a stressful situation. Thank goodness the first tow truck driver cancelled because Aussie was right for the job. Til this day, still haven’t gotten my receipt from this AJ towing company, I need it to get a reimbursement from my insurance company, geez. To this day still nothing as far as billing. Not ever doing business again!

Mass was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. He brought my new battery from Auto Zone as discussed and installed it in my BMW without a problem. The best tow experience I’ve had and I’ve had many. Was quoted 1 hour but came in 15 mins! Ramin the driver did an amazing job! He was very nice, calm and composed and knows exactly what he is going. My Tesla Model S had a completely deflated air suspension on rear driver side, inches off the ground. Ramin was very confident he would not scrap the car. He had a whole game plan in place. AJs tow truck driver was the best. He arrived quicker than expected. Very professional and knowledgeable. Very helpful. He did everything he could to make the bad experience of a flat tire as pleasant as possible. Very impressed.
The communicated well, were on time, and in my very tough mental situation which was this horrible Ford F-150 that keeps breaking down and lives up to its acronym (found on road dead... F-er only rolls downhill, etc.) left me do my thing for the entire ride back home while I meditated before I murdered anybody while at work. Thank you AJ's towing for a great ride and good service.
