Calling a tow service was my last resort for moving a 30ft 5th wheel that was in an extremely tight space needing to go into a yard. I regret not getting the man's name but he was absolutely great. He had to do a lot of maneuvers but got it in the yard perfect! Even helped remove a fence post. Went completely above and beyond. My family appreciates his help came within 2 hours as well on a Sunday!
Sent a broken truck to tow my car, took ALL DAY PAST my appointment time for them to fix their truck that had my Tesla on in. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I regret that I even have to pay them and still wait for my car to get here. Didn’t know how to tow the car I called them to tow. Worst experience ever. Just let your car get repossessed that’s somehow better quality towing.
Worst experience ever! Car was towed off the freeway less than 2 miles and I was charged almost $500. This was an old rear wheel drive car that didn't need a flat bed. I had this same thing happen to me about a year ago and the tow company only charged me $150. This company didn't even tell me what it would cost up front, but seriously? A mile and a half and $500? When i diputed the charge the dispatcher claimed they had a minimum charge of $380 and he was going to impound the car if I didn't pay. Avoid the company like the plague!

Got broken down middle of the free way had to call police, Felix was the one towing my car got there before the cops could even really do something got me to where I needed to go and even explained and broke down what was wrong with my car. I own a RV but not a tow vehicle so I called this company because they were located close to where the RV is stored. They transported my RV from Roseville to Antioch and back. They were very communicative and informed me if there were any delays. They were helpful: the RV tongue had to be manually cranked up and they did that for me, as well as checking the tire pressure before moving it. They stayed on top of everything. They are awesome and a delight to work with!!
Awesome tow company. My motorcycle broke down (and I just got it out of the shop, but that's a story for another day) these guys came to my rescue. Arrived in a timely manner. Was told 35-45 mins for the truck to arrive and they were there in 40 mins. The gentleman who arrived was very nice and personable. Took extreme caution when loading my bike to be sure nothing was damaged. I had to ride with him in the truck to my destination, and it was like talking to an old friend. I hope my bike doesn't break down again, but if so I know who to call.
I really needed a tow and G&R went over and beyond to make sure I made it safely home. I was on my way to visit my daughter in the NICU from butte county and ended up messing up my tire and getting a flat on the other. Due to it being late no one wanted to tow and they definitely made the effort to come and tow me home. I will definitely use them again when in sac and need help. Thank you again for helping me out

I had an unexpected car failure on a Sunday night when my corvette blew a head gasket. I was waiting around for two different tow companies who took over an hour to respond so I called G&R to the rescue. They showed up and looked at the car and told me it’s too low to the ground and with all the carbon fiber around the bottom he didn’t want to damage it. (Which I totally appreciated) but I needed to have it towed so I suggested running up to my storage and grab a couple ramps to help with the transition? He said cool I’ll wait, (which most drivers would of left) I got back and he worked his magic by carefully loading my car onto his flat bed, he was so careful in doing so that my faith and confidence with this company was at the highest level. And the same care was given when unloaded. Hands down these guys are the best tow company I’ve ever experienced! Totally recommend, you’d be a fool to go somewhere else.
