I called for a vehicle lock out. The dispatcher said it would be 15-20 minutes, When I called back an hour later, the dispatcher said he would check with the driver. After being on hold for 20 minutes, I called from another phone number and they answered. A different dispatcher placed me on hold and returned stating it would be another 15-20 minutes. I found Q's towing who responded in 15 minutes. When I called Pandora's back to cancel, they said there was a cancellation fee.... They never even advised there would be a cancelation fee......

Scammed us, said they would have someone out in 45 minutes and took my card details. 45 minutes later we call and are told they are 25 minutes away, okay nothing too crazy, but then we ask how much it will be and are told to NEGOTIATE with the driver? sounds a little fishy, we then ask to cancel and they HANG UP ON US... very professional. However, we then receive a call from a DIFFERENT tow company that we never called saying they are 15 minutes away. So, what these guys did is call a different tow company and now they have our credit card details which they proceeded to charge for absolutely nothing. Don't waste your time with these scammers. Only rated 1 because you can't give a 0.

This employee did an absolute amazing job! He had the most professional and amazing customer service. We will definitely be calling them for whenever their service is needed. I was extremely happy with the service he even said I’m going to treat this car like if it was one of my own don’t worry. You won’t see any damages to the car during my towing service. He did absolutely amazing. From start to finish. Thank you!
Great service! I had a car accident, and after calling, they came to the rescue after I was waiting over 2 -3 hours for another towing company to come that never did. The technician was kind, pleasant and made a stressful day a bit more pleasant. Thank you!
