Got a battery August this year, this is the second battery I've bought here. I can't say enough about this retailer. Real helpful people with RI (Real Intelligence). This time I left my lights on overnight, battery is completely gone. Valley Battery helps me get it back up and running. What a place, you can buy helpful service like this.
Battery Valley is an amazing place! They tested my battery for free right on the car without even removing it. I got a used battery through their trade-in program for just $64 with a 3-month warranty. The staff is very polite, helpful, and truly professional. Highly recommend!
These guys are awesome needed a battery for a friend of my daughters who could not afford to replace this trying to be helpful a helpful father & rescue her friend, they had battery in stock refurbished in and out 5 minutes plus they gave me back a cord charge on an extra battery I had so a fraction of the cost, I did not know you could buy used refurbished batteries in the area I do and these guys are the place
I have gone to this battery shop years ago, and what a pleasant surprise. The place was very clean and did not have that strong acid smell. I brought my dead battery to Tony so I could have a replacement. I explained that it would not take a charge at home. He made a quick check and he explained to me that there was nothing wrong with my battery and that he would be glad to charge it for me for free. He also explained that the battery is the wrong size for my car but did not advice for a replacement. He explained many other information that helped me understand the condition of my battery. He was very knowledgeable and a true expert with excellent customer service which I have never seen in any other store or business establishment. What an excellent service at Vallet Battery and just a great person in Tony.

Real helpful guy Tony took care of me. i had some difficult to find batteries he them in the back and I got them cheaper than Amazon. Very knowledgeable and I noticed when he was on the phone he will give you the information to solve your problem even when they can't.

Top Notch! Had no idea this little hidden gem in Sacramento was even there! My battery died and the guy that jumped my car had new car batteries over $200. After I scoffed at the price, he told me about Valley Battery. After the jump was I was back on the road and I drove right there. I was concerned about it being only 10 minutes to closing and if they would even help me so close to closing. Not only did they help me, they did it with great attitude and excellent customer service. I bought a used battery at an incredibly great price and they installed in in only like 5 minutes! Another customer even walked in right after me and they were readily helped as well. Wow! I highly recommend this small family owned business with incredible service!!!
One of the few places I know that will pay you cash for your old lead acid batteries. Auto, marine, golf cart, power wheel, motorcycle. Great deals on interstate batteries, new or refurbished all with warranties. Purchased batteries for my Audi's ( a very large battery), motorcycles, atv, scooters for 60% of cost from local auto parts store, Walmart, Costco and they last longer than competition. The service provided was knowledgeable and quick with no pressure and always fit my needs and budget. Valley Battery is the only place to meet your battery needs!!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE GUYS!! I’ve not only purchased batteries here myself ever since my car died one day when I was attending MTI. I obviously had to find somewhere kinda close to purchase a new one. Found these guys, got there MAYBE 15-20 min before they closed for the day. But they went above and beyond to make sure I was gunna make it to my sons little league game. I’ve purchased BOTH Brand New Batteries AND reconditioned batteries. And I’ve been extremely happy with both. I recommend to EVERYONE I kno.

Amazing service, it was fast and Honest these Guys frfr … we had went to part store before cumin to them they wanted $100.00more than what we were quoted and payed @Valley with Dan he was super helpful…We pulled up and was outta there in about 15 min !!!!
This battery shop has been my go to battery store for the last 5 years. They helped me check my atv battery last time they said it was good and that I didn't need a new one. They let me know they carry those batteries if I ever need one. Great customer service overall and would highly recommend.
I bought a used battery in July for a truck that doesn't get driven very often. It went dead around the holidays and I left it alone until the new year. I tried to charge it at home, but that didn't work. I called to ask about the warranty and was told to bring it in to be tested before doing anything. They charged it for me at no cost and it's working again. Great customer service.
Always great service. I've been a customer for twenty years. One time was there on a Sunday when they were closed and while trying to figure out were else to go the owner came out to my car and asked if I needed a battery. The man opened his store just for me. He has a customer for life.
Battery went bad on my car after calling around for new one found out it was very expensive nearly 300.00, couldn't afford that so someone recommended I check with this business and man did it pay off. Got another battery for 68.00, yes you heard right! What a great find ill definitely come back here again if needed. Great customer service and very helpful. Thanks guys
OK, so this is an update on the massive improvement on customer service, night and day. Helped me out with a battery that failed a bit early, but just out of warranty. Made me a deal on the new one and let me do the removal and replacement work there at the store, and offered me tools if I need any. Really good prices as well. I am a customer, and do recommend them. Thanks!
I took 4 batteries here to recycle them. The workers were very kind and helpful! The process was quick and I didn't have to wait long at all. I was very pleased with how much they paid me for my batteries! I will definitely be a returning customer and spread the word about this awesome place!
I called over the phone as an educated buyer. Absolute horrible customer service, sales associate was rude, arrogant, and ignorant. Nobody there could tell me whether it was made out of recycled lead or virgin lead. They treated me as though I should just shut up and come in and buy a battery without asking questions. The supposed Manager was much nicer, but could still only read me the info from a sales brochure/Internet page. Simply put I will not now nor ever go to this store to purchase anything at all. Save your time and frustration and just go to Les Schwab or Costco. Both of those stores have better warranties, prices, knowledge, and customer service.
