I paid the full amount for my RV tow and storage and they refused to take it out of the yard. When 2 tow trucks fell thru they kept my RV and my $2000 I paid. It was towed for a 72 hour parking ticket that I never should've had happen as I reported it stolen. They said they were going to have the city destroy it even though it's a vintage Barth from 1970 made by the engineers that made the Vietnam planes in the same way with everything original included the tube tires.
Made the process quick and easy, was actually concerned about how we were doing after the accident... I hope you never have to use them...but if you do you wouldn't be disappointed in their service
We recently, yesterday purchased a lien sale car from Chimas. $1200.00 for a 2002 Honda Accord . The tags are past due though. 2 years I believe, but it was just smogged. And it's in really good shape. No dents, interior is fantastic also!! So overall, good experience.
Although, I'm happy to say we have a good car due to this tow yard, Unfortunately, it is due to someone else's bad fortune be- cause their car was towed. For this reason, and because we ourselves have lost 8-10 vehicles due to them being towed, I normally would NOT have a good review for a tow yard.
They were unhelpful i didn't like this place at all .not willing to work with me on some thing that had nothing to even do with me to make me pay money or put bad marks on my credit report.
Worse customer service and the owner (Iron and the other Indian ) lady were rude they overcharge plus they don’t respect customer better don’t use this service at all
