  I drove six hours from Los Angeles to pick up my truck at Chevron West and expected a professional, welcoming experience. Instead, I was met with indifference and disrespect. The front desk staff at least helped with the keys, but when we asked for Becky who we were supposed to meet she didn’t bother to show up right away. When she finally did, her attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. After such a long trip, the bare minimum would have been a courteous greeting or even the offer of a glass of water. Becky’s demeanor ruined what should have been a positive experience. Courtesy and professionalism cost nothing, but their absence says a lot about how a business values its customers. Based on this interaction, I would not return as long as this level of service is considered acceptable.

  If you have a tow truck it's a good place to go for parts. And if you're looking for a tow truck they also sell them there 5 stars hands down.
