Was recently helped by Rami when my car wouldn’t start and he went beyond what I have experienced from other tow truck services. He inspected my battery and actually drew attention to a serious problem I admit I never would have noticed. The battery and cord attachment were fried and driving it any longer could have caused a fire. He literally saved my life! Rami stayed with me throughout the process and explained everything; he was absolutely so kind and amazing. I’m incredibly grateful to have been helped by Rami and I can’t thank him enough for all his help!
Completely unprofessional and cowardly They were assigned my tow from one place to another and didn’t want to come out at all. What a way to run a company. I’d give them zero stars if I could. Spend your money some where else
Just another money wrenching outfit with no compassion for those who are struggling to get their vehicles back. Like all other tow companies. This one isn't any different.
Extremely happy to never receiving any of their services. This vendor was contracted by Geico to tow our vehicle. After 50 minutes of waiting they contacted us to tell us that they do not have necessary equipment and could not communicate back to Geico about this. After we reached to Geico having them still on the line they started giving attitude saying we are not their boss and shouldn't tell them what to do. Good luck going out of business, amigos.

Enayatullah helped me with a winch out. Service wasn’t bad, but they gave me an original price of $1800. I was able to talk them down to $1000, which means that they charge a hefty premium, even for just for a winch out.
At the end of service, Enayatullah called dispatch and informed me my payment hadn’t gone through, despite showing up on my bank app. Because of this, he tried to convince me to let him take a picture of my credit card! Luckily I didn’t let him.
Not only this, but he asked my age and pressured me into giving him a $100 tip. I’ve since learned that it’s not common to tip your towing service at all, let alone tipping $100. I felt taken advantage of since I am young and inexperienced, but I was in a pinch. It seems this company is fine with taking advantage of young people to get a quick buck. Extremely unprofessional behavior. Would not recommend.
Called to get a tow and when I got the estimate I was told 180 and when I called back to go forward with that price after calling around he said 230 because he said the labor since its the front wheel that's messed up so he said the tow guy would have to do more work and we would need a flat bed. If it's getting towed from the front it shouldn't need a flat bed. When I told him i would do it he basically refused service and said he just got a call and his driver wouldn't be available anymore... All day. Horrible customer service
AJ himself is a very nice, personable and knowledgeable person. Unfortunately the other people I dealt with left a lot to be desired. My insurance company contracted with AJ's Towing to pick up our truck. Long story short, I attempted to reach AJ's and left 4 messages. I was assured the tow would be scheduled and a truck would not just show up. On the 3rd day I received a call from one of the owners, Ajmal (very rude and condescending) advising me the truck was on it's way. I explained the tow was to be scheduled and I needed to explain the situation. Ajmal asked for pictures and assured me he would call me back. An hour later the tow truck showed up. The tow truck ended up getting stuck (because NO ONE listened to me or spoke to me about the location and circumstance of our vehicle). The tow truck driver at one point told me he "risked his life coming up here" as his truck was to big for our roads - we are rural.
A very large skid steer with a very large winch eventually arrived to pull the tow truck up the hill and then recover our truck. The entire process took 7.5 hours.
Again, AJ himself was fine, but the other owner and employees were not anyone I would recommend dealing wtih.
Unlike many other Towing companies, Aj’s Towing actually answered my call and did so immediately. The entire process was very quick and simple. Additionally, the driver that towed my car was extremely kind and made sure me and my car were brought home safe. I truly appreciate this company and would highly recommend them if you are in need of assistance.

Excellent service! Battery died at the gas station, called this company and the driver Raheem was there to help me within 20 minutes of my call! Prices also beat everyone else in the area. I got a flat on Christmas Eve afternoon. I contacted GEICO, my insurance company. At about 1:30, they tried another auto service/towing company but no answer. I was very thankful your company sent a gentleman out within an hour. He put my spare (donut) on in 20 minutes which was wonderful. He was very professional, considering it was Christmas Eve and everyone was busy getting ready for the holiday. Thank you for your excellent and speedy service! It was very much appreciated
Absolutely awesome customer service. I had a flat and needed to be towed on Christmas Eve. There was an issue with my insurance not paying them and they were so nice about it. The tow driver was polite, professional and extremely fast. He was so good at his job! He let us ride with him to the dealer and was very kind. Not a lot of people would be so kind working on a holiday. We had so much bad experience with other tow companies in the area that this service was a breath of much needed fresh air. They have towed me in the past and each experience is just as awesome. No one wants to be towed but if you have to, they are the best!
They came at the time they said they would, and were pretty efficient in loading up my car. I was a bit confused about why they asked me several times what was wrong with my car - maybe just to be polite? I had also received a text saying that they wouldn't allow people to ride with them, so I made other arrangements, but then he offered, so maybe they aren't consistent about that. Overall though, the process was smooth. It's nice that they give you a digital way to track where your driver is!

So helpful, so quick, and they went beyond expectations! My husband's car's starter went out. We called them, arrived in less than 15 minutes, and even helped us push the cad into our driveway. I hope our cars never have trouble again, but if it does we know who to call.
Their tow truck driver was literally blocking me in. When I asked him to move he told me, "F off." Truck number 6, drivers name is Idress. The owner below was trying to say, he's not "in" my way. Which totally explains the companies lack of professionalism. I will be calling the owner to follow up on my AAA complaint. That office is not ok with drivers telling AAA Plus Members to "F-Off." Even if this company is.
Hamidi was great. The dispatcher did not communicate with him that it was a AWD car but when Hamidi arrived on time he made it easy and said no problem he has a solution. Making the whole experience very smooth, great driver as well, I felt safe Would recommend. Thank you.
Before we called AJ's towing AAA had sent another tow company to help us haul our trailer the rest of the way to Orville from where we broke down in Sacramento. That company, to be nice was a joke would not help us so we called AJ'S towing. The driver, Qai, (sorry,not sure on the spelling) was absolutely wonderful very helpful arrived on time, Awesome to work with I highly recommend this company for all your towing needs.

Hamidi was 20 minutes early excellent service took great care of my car and we had a nice conversation on the way to the drop. normally you don't have too good an experience when your car breaks down but when a man like Hamidi shows and up early and is friendly, your day gets that much better! We hit a lot of traffic and I know that tow truck drivers work on commission so it was nice when he didn't complain about the extra time. I will definitely use AJ in the future and I will tell my friends with a good experience I have. Think of anything else that sound good
Ajmal was awesome! We were stranded on hwy 5 with a flat tire and he arrived in 25 minutes to pick us up. He found a tire shop for us and convinced the shop to wait since it was closing time. Thank you so much for the great service!

I had an issue out of town, on a Sunday, with my classic car. AJ's towing was fast and courteous. The driver, Ali, took special care of my car and bought us home. Great driver, great service and I high recommend this towing company! Ali even helped my diagnose my car's issues when we arrived at my house, which allowed me to park my car in the garage. Ali towing really saved me today. My car is lowered and it was unable to start and he helped me push it out and even had wood blocks to make sure I wouldn't scrape.
Hamidi was amazing he showed up at 5 o’ clock in the morning with the greatest attitude. He helped me through the whole process not even just the towing process but what might happen with my insurance company and he was just really great. Definitely would use there services again.
