It's a towyard. It is what it is. Sorry about your luck- no one likes having their car towed away. But anyway... There is street parking only (on the south side of 14th Ave. just east of the R.R. tracks). They are courteous and efficient and, like any other tow yard, they charge an arm and a leg. Be prepared to pay a bundle to get your car back... If you need to get your car or yo get in to your car over the weekend, you can expect to pay a $150.00 gate fee to get someone to go open up. But if you don't want your car, only what's in it, there is no charge Mon. thru Fri. during normal business hours. Here's wishing you the best of luck

Second time I've used their service and was not disappointed. The rate I was charged was fair, other companies were charging way too much for a 13 mile tow. The driver Lou was very friendly from beginning, treated my car nicely and myself as well. For sure I would use them again. They kept me updated in the ETA of their driver and he showed up within the time frame I was given. Dispatcher I talked to on phone was very attentive and gave me needed information.
