Knowledgeable crew of good auto parts people here. The parts are O.E. for WAY less than any dealership. Two big thumbs up. Really good with European and Japanese car parts. Great selection. They have specialty oils you virtually can't find locally, like, LiquiMoly and TOTAL and Eneos. They sell to the public.
Very highly recomended!!! Only place in town to buy parts for european cars that are oem quality or better. They will not sell junk and thebprices are than other stores and less than half compared to dealers prices. They have almost everything in stock.
Best place in town for your parts can't beat their prices and service. When they don't have the parts, they can get them in fairly quickly from a few hours to a few days. I can't say enough good things about this place, my go-to for car parts
Super helpful, they had my Audi S8 battery in stock (which is a huge, heavy, 95R, 67 pound battery). The location is convenient but the parking is limited.
Horrible service! This company is very rude! I bought parts from these guys a couple times and every time rude behavior. Who do these people think they are. Never again will I call or recommend this garbage company and personal working! So many other companies and competitors I don’t understand why they think they are the only ones! Just go to Napa or Online is the best! This company is extremely rude! Unbelievable horrible service!

Bought some windshield wipers for a thirty-year-old Mercedes the first pair they ordered didn't work out quite right but they managed to find a good fit. Now I'm ready for more rain.
Yesterday I needed a set of spark plugs and coils for my Mini Countryman, because it was going into "limp mode." They had the OEM Beru parts in stock! I'm really glad that we have a foreign parts shop here in Sacramento. I had to get a replacement coolant bottle for my mother-in-law's Passat wagon earlier this year, and they had the best price on that part.
Quality parts at good prices. One of the few REAL auto parts stores left. OEM and better inventory and hard to find parts are most often readily available.
Recently relocated out of state. Used FPS almost exclusively for my daughter's VW Jetta and our Hyundai Santa Fe. Outstanding parts and customer service. I will be contacting them shortly to ship me some Blue Chem product not available here.
I was on the internet part shopping when i found F.P.S. and calling local parts store to find out that 3 places didnt he know what a universal flex disk was for one of my BMWs until i contacted F.P.S. & Chris knew exactly what i needed great staff that understands
I compared prices for brakes and rotors at 4 different places until FPS was recommended. Almost half the price of every where else. ALL staff was friendly and helpful. Quick too! There was a line of 7 people when I walked in. I still left in less than 10 min.
I learned first hand of FPS customer service being top notch when I lived in East Sac and they were amazing. I now live near Marysville and after trying every auto parts store around for a oil filter housing gasket for my BMW, no one had it or it would take a few days to get it. So I decided to call FPS because I knew they would have the part. Being a Saturday, they were closing at 3pm and I was calling at 2:30 when Dan answered the phone. He asked if I needed the part today, and when I told him yes, he did not hesitate in setting up a meeting in Roseville to give me the part. Who does that? Dan and FPS are who does that. Thank you so much for the help and service Dan, my little rocket is up and running like a champ again thanks to you. These guys may be 53 miles from me, but this just proved to me, they are my parts store for my BMW, they are worth the drive. Thank you again Dan!
Our company has been dealing with FPS for about four years now. They stand apart from our other vendors by providing great customer service and with the quality of parts they provide our customers. JC is the service rep I mostly deal with when I need parts ordered for a repair. JC always shows integrity and commitment for his company and has that go get'em attitude. Which sets him apart from the the other reps, if you want a solid base for parts and great customer service FPS is the way to go.
My go-to place for parts for my VW's when I need something ASAP. You'd be surprised what parts they actually have in stock. The guys here are straight and to the point without contrived "how are you today, sir?" courtesy greetings. I dig the old posters and advertisements on the wall.
Bought a VR6 coilpack in May 2012 and it died June 2013, just out of warranty. Out of desperation, I told Joe the situation who put me through to Josh who okayed me for a warranty exchange! I was thrilled. They went out of their way to help a customer when they really had no obligation to.
i used to think this places was pricey, however the parts i needed at the time were very hard to find so i considered myself lucky that a local place even had them. after getting to know a few of the staff i found them to be regular guys like me who were interested in follow ups to the jobs they didn't know about. that in its self was a win for me. the more knowledge the better. there are other places i go to now for some parts. for all the others i come here.
