I came here to buy parts and tires at 3:52 pm and one female employee told me that they are CLOSED when the store hours stated 4 pm. The employees don’t like their job and wanted to go home early. She told me they are closed at 3:30 pm. I been here many times after 3:30 pm. I am very upset at the employees for closing early and lie to me.I wasted gas to drive here from 30 minutes away and to go home empty handed. I wish these employees get fired.
Came to planet auto at 7:30 in the morning to wait for them to open at 9 they let the Mexican guys from Mexico Inn at 8:05.. I was in the middle of pulling a transmission before they closed on the previous day and they were looking at the transmission.. I feel management does not care about US citizens wanting to make their purchase as well. They were a great company when they first opened up for the first yhas been a steady decline sense.
