December 4th, 6:20 pm OPEN SIGN already off, two people on their phones at front desk. You would make more money as a business if you actually kept your lights on. NAPA is not the cheapest but when you have to compete Asa business with other vendors online to keep brick and mortar open, you are losing money. I pulled up and for sure thought you were closed, I was going to leave but decided to pull on the door anyways. It was open. I wonder how many others drive by and you lose customers. Doing business the wrong way here. Paying those kids to sit on phones and they aren't even securing clients or business for you

Good store to deal with. Assistant Manager Travis does good job keeping store clean and organized and getting parts in timely manner. Needed a part ASAP..he Door Dashed it over rather than waiting for scheduled delivery from Napa Warehouse...Good Service.

Friendly. Came in 15 mins before closing and got a car battery. Better brand and has more CCA than what the "zone* had. And to my surprise it was $20 less. NAPA is never less but it was. No problems anymore, car is starting perfect.

I had a part delivered that was not the same part shown on the box. I returned it the very next morning to this store. I was met with comments like "it looks like it's been used", and " did you switch the parts?". They refused to refund me and told me to come back the next day to see the mngr. When I did, the manager says he can only give me a replacement. If I'm trying to return one, why the hell would I want two?! Contacting corporate is my only hope...

I love Napa.....they always have what I need and I always end up leaving with more than I planned on. Great customer service, good prices and the shelves are always stocked up.

Very rude workers. One was alright and helpful the other one very rude and not helpful at all. You would think they didn’t even want you in there. Never go here.

Employee Joseph would not assist with installation of wipers, would not assist with return of wrong part return. It was surprising coming from napa employees. Bummer 😔 😟

Parts are the most expensive compared to other companies and I tried to return a part purchased a week ago under my phone number but they didn't put it under my account so I overpaid for a caliper I'm not using, x3 the price of oreilley or autozone

They greet you kindly at the door ! I was helped by a gentleman today who's name just slipped my mind but he was extremely knowledgeable, taught me so much about my oil and how to maintain a good oil life with tips . Couldn't have asked for a better experience

Horrible customer service there’s a lady telling customers that the store doesn’t have the parts in a very rude tone and I was looking at the part it was there. And also very lazy all of them.

Enjoy the quality of Napa auto parts but prices also seem a pretty large sum higher compared to o Reilly and auto zone. Typically any parts I get for my vehicle that I want to last a long time I get from Napa. I usually order online and do a pick up which is also convenient.

Needed a battery and went on web looking for hopefully a parts store that delivered. Saw NAPA did deliveries with no restrictions as to business or residential as long as 5 miles from store. Ordered battery on line on July 8 at about 10:30 AM. Was supposed to be same day delivery as was ordered in time. 8 P.M. came with no battery. Called little after 8:30 A.M. July 9 and was informed they do not deliver to residents. Informed them I was able to order it with no issues as to delivery via web. Web site gives or shows no restrictions as long as the 5 mile limit. He took my name and number and said the manager would call back. Manager called and apologized and said battery would be delivered in about an hour. Battery came and there was no issue. So I don't know if web site was/is wrong, store people do not know current policy or what. Received battery and back on road.

Very sleepy store. Always empty. (No people) but apparantly they store more at this napa than all the regular ones. They usually have all the harder to find parts kinda like their sub main warehouse.

Not crowded on a Thursday afternoon. Got a new Legend battery for my 2006 Dodge Ram 1500. Previous Legend battery is still working after 9 yrs & 11 months, but is getting noticeably weaker on starting engine. I almost went for a $240+ Optima battery elsewhere, but NAPA battery prices brought me to my senses!

Still on Hold. Need to hire another person. Finally got someone. Said they had 7 of the batteries I needed in stock. Drove 45 minutes to pickup the 4 I needed. Turned out to only have 1. I specifically asked for them to grab them and bring them to the front for me and they didn't even bother to call me to tell me their stock was so poorly counted.

Got their flyer in the mail, saw what I wanted, went to the store and got it. The store was busy but the staff was curtious, prompt and as always friendly and helpful.

I wont EVER go back!! The last time I went to that store I was basically told by an employee that because I walk in the wrong direction that he thought I was trying to steal. Probably cause Im NOT A MAN or a 20 yr. Old in a mini skirt. This time I went in to use the $5 off for spending $100 on a BATTERY and WHAT DO YA KNOW, its NOT there. They can see where I bought my battery, but no $5. Go to O'REILLYs, ESPECIALLY IF YOUR FEMALE!!!!!

Horrible service. Offensive staff members, very judgemental upon customers appearance. Act as tho they're too good to help customers they deem are not good enough to be shopping in the store. Overly rude without just cause.

Place it's good but the salesman , it was super slow, took me 30 minutes to get my part and we were only 2 persons in the store

I'm not one to leave a bad review but everytime I call this store I'm put on hold for an average of 15-20 mins. As a business owner time is my worst enemy. My last and very last encounter will be today. COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTS BEWARE. Better off going to O'Reilly or Napa Riebes. They take care of their customers.

Online and in-store inventory inaccurate. Call and have them visually check for parts b4 having your time wasted by driving to this location. Better yet, choose another store. This one's inventory is unorganized. Btw when you see they have the parts you need, order the parts online otherwise they charge extra once you arrive.

They carry nearly all mufflers, all types of bolts and gaskets, all your engine needs at lower and better quality than Autozone and O'Reilly. I love this place because it saved me from having a professional buy the part from me for a premium.

A tad pricier than Orileys and Auto Zone. All of the above mentioned Arturo parts stores have good customer service. They need to help the customer in front of them first and make the customer on the phone hold. I go where the availability is, the best price is a factor as well.

This place is horrible after they moved locations. I've had several issues with this place, most recently I was put on hold for 15 min then I was asked what I wanted agin. When I asked to speak with the manager he was unapologetic and acted as if I was bothering him. I will be taking my business elsewhere. 02/12/2017
