Everyone is great here! The service on my car is always good and everyone is pleasant to interact with. My mom got a flat tire while dropping me off to pick up my car after getting it serviced. They did everything they could to help us with the tire. The hole was too big to patch but we were able to get the car to a tire place because of Aaron’s help. He saved our day. Super thankful. They are the best!

I like going to Toyota for car maintenance. I like friendly and experienced stuff. Also I like Toyota's new building with ability to use a free Wi-Fi and phone charge stations. Also, they have very nice waiting area with comfortable seats and tables, free coffee, drinking water, several big screen TVs, little Toyota car accessories and snacks shops.

I had an appointment for First 5000 miles maintenance, the service advisor Micaela Alvarez was so nice and professional. The got the job done in less than an hour. Elk Grove Toyota is the best.

I am elderly and called Toyota first when I had a slow leak from a nail in my front tire. From the call to the people at the service dept to tire manager and paying the bill, every single one of the personnel was extremely kind and and very efficient. They did everything humanly possible to assure I was safe to drive my vehicle again. They all deserve 10 stars.

I was given very good instructions on what to do. The rental service was fast and courteous and as soon as the rental guy was done the man that helped me to check in my car for service was right behind him to give me my papers and keys. It was so easy.

I like most of their service managers. But I’m not sure about their upper management. They used to offer a van to drop off. Then they used to use a Lyft service. Now none of that is available. I went in for a recall last year; they covered a loaner. Today I went in for another 2 recall works along with regular maintenance. They don’t cover a loaner. Instead, they offer me $10 an hour ($40 max per day) for a Corolla. Other cars are more expensive. Does this sound like a good service?

Elk Grove Toyota Service Department was a life-saving when my car broke down on the road and I had it towed in. They turned it around in less than a day and repaired the wheel lug nut issue. Meanwhile, I was able to rent a vehicle very convenient to the service operation. All in all, it was a seamless process and they addressed an emergency situation with professionalism and a sensitivity to turnaround.

I brought my wife's new Corolla Cross for a ceramic coat. John Nguyen got got us in with no problem and had the car ready on time. We had a rental car while the work was being done. I did not catch the rental car guy's name. He was very good as well. Overall a very good experience.

My service advisor was great. He kept me updated on the status of repairs and was instrumental in getting the 3rd party extended warranty to move the repair quicker. Milton worked with the extended warranty people and they with him. Our vehicle is an accessible vehicle which is needed for our son to get out and go

Overall, a positive experience. The communication was constant and appropriate and the service was reasonably quick. It was determined, after our tire realignment, that we needed a new cabin air filter, and this is partly where I'm taking off a star. I was told it was $40 for our Rav 4 Prime, and when I asked why it was so expensive, I was told the install was free and that I'm only charged for the part. In hindsight I should've tried to haggle down, because everywhere I've looked, the most expensive cabin air filter version that we got is only $20, with most $20 versions being a two pack. So waaaayyyyy overpriced. And after looking online at how easy it is to install, I feel a bit swindled. Additionally, while there is complimentary tea and coffee, all of the chips, donuts, and other food items were waaayyyyu overpriced. Every other dealership I've been to had complimentary everything. So while the place was clean, the reps were professional, and the work done was good, there is a missing part of the atmosphere that's lacking, so minus one star.

Christina was very nice, as were two other guys that I spoke with. The waiting room was comfortable and peaceful. I got a snack at the service desk and caught up on my social media. My service was done within the hour and a half timeframe they quoted. And they even washed my car. Nice!

Andy at the service was beyond helpful when I arrived for my recall appt for my RAV4. He saw I was with my 5 month old & went the extra mile to ensure I was out of there as quickly as he could. I appreciated him keeping us updated throughout the process. I’d highly recommend Andy for any of your service needs!

I had an issue with my Toyota today and when I called them, they were able to schedule me in today. They provided me with written information regarding my battery Reflecting, no issues with my battery. The service rep was very helpful, kind and professional in his interaction with me. I was very satisfied and pleased.

Gustavo was very friendly. I feel safe and comfortable bringing my car to the dealership. My 2017 RAV4 has 100K on it and has given me no issues. Every oil change and set of new tires has been done by the dealer. I won't go anywhere else, the peace of mind is worth any additional cost, and the pricing is very competitive.

I was truly pleased with the service I receive on my van and customer service was exponential!!!! When I called in they had my parts and was able to get me in in two days. When I pulled in to the service center I was greeted at my van by Andy. Just the way he greated me with such a nice smile, and kindness was like a cup of hot cocoa on on a winters eve!!! Everyone there I met or past by greeted me with same warmth and kindness as well as service companion and Best bud Max. The work on my van was better than the orginal! They were All so warm and welcoming, they made me feel I was special. Micky handled my sign in . She is extremely knowledgeable on cars and answered all my questions concerning my corolla. Mickey was very kind and professional to my needs as i had another appt that afternoon. Love the coffee and snack bar great idea in customer service. The gentleman who signed me out explained everything they did to my car. Another great job and experience at the dealership. The service was fine. My issue are 1) your coffee machine is awful. Just regular or decaf? No other options?. I know those machines are capable of flavored coffees, cappuccinos and steamed milk. But we're forced to use powered milk? Disgusting! And 2) you have a phone charger but it's basically useless. No USB-C options and other cables that no one uses any more. It's 2025! Fix it! The tire rotation and oil change was free as part of my paid service package. That was fine. The second time I went in, I dropped my car off and caught an Uber home. This was for an recall/update to the media screen. I also had a tire that was continuing to lose air. There was a nail or something in it But I had purchased a premium package so that was all covered. They called me when it was finished and everything was fine

Every time I get my car serviced here they're quick, efficient, and friendly. They're honest about what they do and are honest about their recommendations but also respect your decisions. The waiting room is large and comfortable, with free coffee and reasonable snack options. They're reasonably priced as well! Worth the trip.

I went in and waited an hour for my service which is fine, I asked for the complimentary car wash and was told that my air intake needed replacement amongst other things. I got my car back and didn’t get the complimentary wash even though it said on my copy that I did get it washed, and I noticed driving off my car sounded louder when I gassed it, I stopped at an autozone and checked my engine and they forgot to put back my air intake. I had things to do after and now I have to waste my gas and time to go back and get it put back.

Got a coupon via email from EG Toyota for an Oil Change at just $69.99. So I called them and asked, is that the price for my 2020 4Runner. They then said that covers only the first 5 qts, and my 4R takes 7 so the real cost was $113.00. I then called JiffyLube who had a $31.00 off oil change coupon. They quoted $113.00 as well. I was in no hurry, and a few days later I got a call from EG Toyota and I spoke to a very nice woman. I told her that I had the coupon, but the cost was the same as JiffyLube and I could drop in anytime there. She then said: it shouldn’t be $113.00. She then checked and said: it’s actually just under $85.00 w the 69.99 coupon to cover the extra oil. So I booked it, came in this Tuesday at 9:20 and they in deed changed my oil for just under $85.00. My experience was very good, they do a great job, and I do like knowing that my 4R is checked out by authorized service techs. My only issue was that they said when I booked my appointment that it would take 75-90 min for my Tuesday morning appt. When I got there, at 9:15 and got checked in, they were pretty swamped and my service advisor said it was going to take 90-120 min. It took 2hrs and had I known Tuesday was going to be so busy, I would have picked a less busy time so I didn’t have to wait there for 2 hours. JiffyLube never takes that long. But it was a great price, they did a great job and I appreciate it.

Consistent 10+ service for the past 4 years and counting! It really boils down to your trusted service advisor and I've had the privilege of working with numerous advisors at both sites. There are two sites, one is specifically for quick maintenance (oil changes, rotations) and the other site is for diagnoses-repairs-recalls. Friend's Taco has been to both sites and we have never run into an issue. Appointments at either sites have always been made utilizing their online scheduling system and I know having that appointment makes a big difference in terms of wait time and meeting expectations. Staff are transparent and communicative: if I don't want to wait that long for any service, they will float a few options so that I have the choice to either stay or request a rental. I also plan for these types of visits, so typically bring my work along. If you don't like excess noise, then bring your earphones as well as your plug adaptors to keep the battery going. Both sites also have good waiting rooms as well as modern amenities such as nice restrooms, vending machines, and coffee. If you don't like to wait onsite, take a stroll outside and go check out other dealers, walk to the Starbucks down the street, whatever! There are other options available so boredom is held at bay. In terms of cost, it is definitely a little more than traditional repair shops but at least you have the guarantee of genuine Toyota parts, no to mention keeping your warranty intact. Thank you for keeping the Tacos up and running smoothly!

Thank you for the service. However, I was told that a complimentary car wash was included, but it was not done. That makes me wonder if the services I paid for were actually completed. For example, I had to open the hood, and at a glance the battery terminals do not look cleaned even though that was part of the service. This experience leaves me unsure whether I can trust that the work I cannot see was truly performed.

I worked on Prius myself after the cooling performance of the hybrid battery notification came on. Luckily it was just the cleaning of filter. Needed light off. Brought it in to double check my work as well as turning the light off and everything checked out. Every time I come I’m always given the best customer service. Thanks!

Super disappointed with this dealership. My over experience has been terrible and confusing. Waited 3.25hrs for a simple oil change. Then waited another 28 minutes just to finished paperwork in order for me to paid. After my advisor left for lunch, my paperwork was passed from one advisor to another until I haunted it down. The original advisor said they will do a courtesy car wash but they didn’t wash my car🤬🤬. Very disappointed with the service there.
