NAPA is the only vendor that offered two options. All other vendors offered one option and it was the wrong one and did not fit. NAPA will be my first choice when looking for parts.

This is a large facility in a warehouse district. They had my part in stock and given the size of it they probably have a lot of stuff in stock. Small staff but they weren't busy. Service was polite and quick.

Ordered parts in the morning that showed available . Showed up after work they said they didn’t have them and said they would be in tomorrow nobody bothered to call . On to today still no call and update about ordered parts . Ordered from another parts store picked up same day no issues

Nathan went above and beyond installing my truck battery after my father messed up the J-hooks installing the old one himself. He was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. We really appreciate his quality service! We'll be back!

This is their local hub and they have a ton of inventory. It's rare that they don't have what I need.

Nothing is posted about being closed for lunch, no issue with that... but how about providing that information posted online or phone...instead of having to see a handwritten note posted on the door... Common sense /courtesy...

Most of the help that works there are Car Guys helps you get the right parts at the first time it's more of a warehouse than a store

Battery crapped out after two years; we drove 45 minutes to get a replacement. Website said it was open til 5; when we got there, the door sign even said it was open til 5; but at 2:16 pm it was closed.

Largest parts warehouse in northern calif.. Counter space for 8 parts professionals to help you. Been coming here for over 20 years. Most times they will have what you need or can order it.
