I called on Friday the 8th. The person i talked to took my number and said when the boss came in he would have him call me about my car. I never heard anything from them. Customer Service is not very good at this place.
Honestly, I would avoid this terrible junkyard at all cost. I’ve tried multiple times to give them an opportunity in multiple different situations As a mobile mechanic, who does a lot of business with junkyards in the area, and every time I come in there, there’s a problem wrong part, rude customer service, sitting there for half an hour without even being acknowledged, Asked to come Come back because they’re busy with nobody in the lobby. Refusal to fix their mistakes there guys say things that they don’t mean. Done trying to give them my business I’d rather drive an hour away, then have my time wasted here again. Especially after talking to the owner and seeing how disrespectful and rude and Little he cares about his customers.
It's August 8th 2025 and I called. And there's this guy that has a problem with me asking questions about if they accept motors. And he told me geez cause he's talking impediment.
He got mad because I didn't understand him.. He needs to learn social skills and have patience.
Low-vibrational customer service may be trending. That doesn't mean it's cool/ a win-win situation. Perhaps it's time to change the perception of what is possible? The flip side of the weak willed aspect of human nature. Taking accountability for ones actions doesn't imply guilt rather it displays integrity. If you sell a damaged battery with hole in side and customer's clothes become damaged from leaking acid then cover the bill or deduct it from cost of battery. Instead of claiming upon customer returning battery that you didn't know about the hole or of hearing customer voice concern over the issue.
*Overpriced/Rip off* Called to sell a 05 complete Honda Civic Ex then a 07 Chrysler Town and County Touring, complete both running was told $150 each. One rear light assembly I bought new from them for the Chrysler, I paid $80 to them for it. A example of how insulting that $150 was to me. How can they advertise top dollar for your vehicle while they insult your intelligence with lower then low ball offers not near any aspect or range of a decent offer or a somewhat normal offer. Call around and get prices before you call them to make sure your not being extremely cheated.
Very rude over the phone. I tried to tell him what car I was looking for. I wasn't even 10 seconds in and he was cutting me off and demanding what part I needed before I could get out the car I had. Once I told him the part, he then bluntly told me they didn't even have the car and basically hung up on me to take another call.
They have 3 locations an two or min apart your entry is 5 per. But problem is they didn't accept our stamped hands to enter 2nd a location same day ten min away .rip off of fee
Come here first trust me , you want be disappointed .A awesome place to get anything you need or want for your car . The employees are even amazing and they stand by their warranties !
I thought they were a total parts place but they weren't and they just want to buy your car they don't want to like sell anything like they say online So it was a mess
They're taking unfair advantage of the customers are demanding cash most businesses do not demand cash from customers that's taken unfair advantage of the people that need your services
Very nice people, willing to help over the phone. They were even looking for my part that I needed. Was not able to help me, but referred me to someone who could.
So I hardly write reviews for any businesses. As of late I have made it a point to write positive reviews that go completely against the bad reviews these business have received. Let me tell, I lasted on the one, maybe 3 mins tops. I was told they didn’t have tue part and no one sold the part I was looking for separately and I had to by the entire steering column. Not only did they tell me this within seconds but then directed me to a yard that had one for sell to include an estimated price! What more do people want out of customer service!! 5 stars, straightforward, friendly, and done! End of call!
We arrived 3pm today after already calling the company earlier in the day looking for a specific part,I talked to Mike an employee of the company over the phone and he was told by me what part I was looking for, he indicated that they had my part after I gave year,make and model he said they had the part I was wanting!! When myself and my wife arrived at the address I went inside to get described part from mike,Mike, seemed confused about exactly I was saying to him?? Mike informed me that they only had the part I was there for in the L-6 version and I said your kidding me right, we came from Yucaipa to Hemet for this part,no Apology was given, and he didn't seem to give a dam about what I was there for!!
Helpful staff with integrity. Over the phone I was told the part I was looking for isn't normally sold, but to come in and they would get me a price. Upon arriving it turned out that the part I was looking to purchase had to be sold as part of the entire door.
Upon explaining my situation to the staff, that I had come from quite a distance, they were willing to sell me the part, and took care of me.

The one thing that I will never understand about this salvage yard is, they seem to love saying, nope, ain't got it. And you can be looking right at the part.

I was looking for a hood latch, and stumbled upon the parts I needed. The guys here are very friendly, I think the big guy, was the owner, a Dallas Cowboys fan seemed cool. Antonio was very helpful in assisting me real nice guy. This place saved me over $200.
Total sham. I bought an alternator here and it didn't work. Attempting a refund, they give a sham test, 5 guys around the machine jumping wires, then the meter jumps off the scale. "Bravo!!!! It works, must be something else," as they hand it back to me to keep. I ended up buying a new alternator at a major parts store after having it tested again, and it failed of course. Don't buy anything here!!!!!!!
I been there few times the customer service
Is terrible. They seem to have bunch of cars in the back but when I ask for the parts they don't have anything at all they don't even look and they don't even want you to go in there and look for yourself. They're very negative I rather go somewhere else I don't recommend it at all.
place is jankey. car selection blows. employees are rude and have the communication skills of just about any other HS drop out. they won't give you anything or even look first to verify the condition of the part before you have them yank it. Hemet dump hole like most other business. just save your time and commute for better parts and better SERVICE.
My experience with them was realy great...they were very courteous and were able to direct me elsewhere for what I needed. Friendly and helpful...couldnt ask for anything more.
This is the worst place to go for anything. I sent my worker to pick up a part that they said they had. It was the wrong part and a blind man could have seen that. I had to send my guy back to see if they had the right part. While he was gone I located the right part somewhere else and called my guy to tell them we just wanted are money back. He was told the boss was gone and he would have to come back the next day. Went back the next day and the boss said no refund. Then the boss who thinks he is a tough guy wants me to go down there any fight him. I have a better idea I will see him in court.
